Todo genial solo la alberca demasiado caliente su agua

El servicio del restaurant pésimo, tardan mucho en servir y la comida sin sabor, tienen mucho que mejorar en esta área. En el área de la alberca llevas tu vaso térmico con alguna bebida y te amenzan los meseros con enviarte a la guardia nacional, argumentan que el hotel es de ellos y por eso lo hacen segun, al momento de llegar a la arberca nadie se te acerca para ofrecerte el servicio, la michelada es pésima. El agua de la alberca esta demasiado caliente que no se pude disfrutar. No hay donce conectar celular en las areas de camastros solo en el baño de la alberca. No hay amenidades en el hotel solo te ofrecen si quieres jugar en una mesa de ping pong y una mesa de billar. La atención de los operadores de los carritos de golf que trasladan del estacionamiento al hotel son muy atentos al igual que los oficiales de la guardia nacional que estan en el looby.

La atención es de 10 al igual que las habitaciones. Me decepcionó la alberca que al ser poco profunda el agua está hirviendo. La comida es buena y tiene buena ubicación.

La música de la alberca es insufrible, nada que ver con el hotel y el ambiente que ofrecen

Lovely property, comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff who helped us arrange tours and taxis. We also enjoyed nice massages at their outdoor spa. The food was fine, but we don’t usually expect too much from resorts. We’re happy we picked a place that was closer to nature at this location.

One of the best and safest Hotel/Resort in Chiapas. We stayed 5days total. The best part of the Mundo Maya Hotel? You are immersed in nature and surrounded by the jungle. My daughter loves animals and the primary reason we chose this hotel. We saw 4 colorful macaws flying by while eating breakfast at the restaurant terrace, saw howler monkeys, a gigantic owl butterfly landed on her head, tarantula, geckos etc too many to list. The sound of the crickets at night is magical and seeing the stars sitting by the pool was beautiful. My daughter and I had nightly walks around the hotel with our flashlight looking for insects along their lighted wooden pathways. The hotels also has a mayan burial site close to the spa area. The hotel is conveniently located across the ticket office of the Palenque Ruins. The resort has bike rentals too if you prefer to use that to visit the ruins. This resort is new and just opened April 2025. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. This is an incredible hotel being owned by the government and is a national gem! The resort employs Mexican National Guards as their security team. The lobby area has billiards, fusbol, and pingpong (which we enjoyed playing many times a day). The pool area is beautiful and clean. Our room was cleaned daily. Hot shower works each time. TV remote was complicated to use. Wifi was great only at the lobby area. Food at their restaurant had good variety of western and Chiapaneco food but was mediocre in general.

El cuarto olía muy mal , el olor venía de la coladera de la regadera. Tuve que colocar una toalla húmeda encima de la coladera de la regadera para contener el olor. Instalaciones muy bonitas y a unos pasos de la zona Arqueológica. Servicio a cuarto excelente y buen sazón de cocina del restaurante

La persona del carrito iba a exceso de velocidad y tiró mi maleta a un grado de romperla y el hotel no se hizo responsable, la cama súper incómoda

I spent one night at this recently-opened hotel and I wish I had spent more. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms spacious, the beds very comfortable, the linens first-rate, and the interior design impeccable. Moreover, the staff are very gracious and have obviously been very well trained as the service was basically flawless. And the location is unbeatable—in the heart of the jungle so you can experience all the sights and sounds and directly across from the entrance to the Palenque Archaeological Zone. I arrived on the Tren Maya and the hotel provided a courtesy shuttle between the station and the hotel. The service is free, but you do need to contact the hotel at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a space. All-in-all, I had a great experience and have to hand it to the visionaries who created the Tren Maya and its network of supporting hotels. Job well done!

Está muy bonito, nuevo, con excelentes acabados, habitación muy amplia y cómoda.

El lugar muy bonito, pero en el restaurante me estaban cobrando la cuenta de otro cliente, tengan cuidado además de que el platillo llegó incompleto y me hicieron un cobro de 1,000 extras porque se manchó un poco la almohada por el tinte del cabello que llega a quedar, se me hizo excesivo, para que no se pinten el cabello cerca de la fecha de sus vacaciones, sin detalles que en este tipo de hoteles no deberían suceder

Todo muy bien únicamente tengo queja del servicio en el area de alberca no habia meseros y el unico que de repente aparecia con una actitud fatal, mal servicio nos fuimos de ahi

Room - it needs at least a kettle with two cups! Staff - At the beginning struggling to converse as my Spanish is poor was becoming annoying as I couldn’t get any help. Then by day 3, I started using translator which made the stay more pleasant but by then it was already too late.

Nosotros fuimos en familia, grupo de diez personas y desde el momento en que llegamos nos recivieron con una sonrisa y con una buena actitud. Nuestra avitacion espaciosa , limpia y con todo lo que nesecitas para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. El restaurant esta increible y su comida riquisima. Todo el personal super amable y siempre ofreciendo otras opciones de bebidas y siempre ahi al momento que nesecitavamos algo mas para satisfacer nuestro paladar. Realmente toda mi familia y yo nos despedimos muy contentos despues de pasar unos dias memorables. El hotel es excelente en todas sus areas y superaron nuestras expectativas. Al final de nuestro viaje nos despidieron de mano a todos y deseando que regresemos pronto. Muchas gracias a todos, no recuerdo sus nombres pero ellos saben bien quien nos atendio y este mensaje y saludo es para ustedes por ser un excelente personal. Heel mooi hotel, luxueus en volledig nieuw. Is in een heel mooie setting. Je parkeert de wagen op bewaakte parking en wordt met een golfcar naar het hotel gebracht. Ligging rechtover archeologische site Palenque, ideaal dus. Je moet maar oversteken en je bent er. De menukaart is eerder pover, het ontbijt te duur voor wat het is en het personeel verstaat geen Engels. Wel super toffe restaurantjes in de buurt. Ontbijt bij Casa Nicho, lunch bij Cafe Jade zijn aanraders... Hotel is zeker een aanrader

Tal como su origen, empezó bien, gran obra, con altas expectativas pero como toda gran obra de estos tiempos al poco tiempo salen los defectos y empiezan a caer, en este caso en condiciones, servicio, seguridad, etc… Es increíble que en un hotel con esa categoría (la que es, no digo que sea un GT) sirvan alimentos de servicio a la habitación en platos sucios, tazas con labial y que el gerente, encargado o lo que sea no sepa/pueda más que decirle al huésped que eso le toca a él y preguntar que le manda! Bueno de entrada un café en una taza sin labial y el platillo en un plato sin manchas de comida anterior…

Todos quedamos gratamente sorprendidos en nuestra primera visita a este hotel, vistas y paisajes increíbles, limpio, buena atención y un diseño que se mezcla con su entorno de selva lacandona. FELICIDADES

Servicios y habitaciones excelentes. Muy cerca de la zona arqueológica.

Excelente hotel, limpio, ordenado, la comida está deliciosa, el personal muy respetuoso y capacitado

Beautiful hotel! Our overall experience was great (for 1 night). The food is not the greatest so don’t expect 5 star quality. Probably more like 3 star. We had our baby with us and they didn’t have a baby crib. I found this unacceptable! So keep this in mind.

Todo excelente, el lugar muy bonito, servicio muy bueno, la atención del personal es muy buena,. solo algunas mejoras se requieren en los servicios en el restaurante, calidad en comida y tiempos para servir es un poco lento en algunos platillos. Requieren experiencia en servicio como tipo hoteles de Cancún
