Palm Beach Marriott Resort Spa 2 bd/2ba On Beach Great Ocean View Now Available

Great rooms and access to the beach. Two amazing pools and very kid friendly.

The property was great minus some aspects of our room. Apparently not all the rooms in the hotel are managed by Marriott and are owned by 3rd parties. This leads me to believe that the upkeep of the actual rooms themselves is different than all rooms. We had a two bedroom suite (one with kind bed, the other with two queens) with a common area/kitchen. The door to one toilet didn't close (pocket doors) which essentially made the toilet unusable outside my kids and the other bathroom had pocket doors leading to the entry of the entire bathroom with only one of the doors in working shape. Otherwise the property is nice with two pool options, the employees very friendly and the access to the beach easy and smooth.

Our stay started off rough as a 4 o'clock check in time is way to late. Then we get into our room.it always a very nice room I ordered a ocean front view and I got a little bit of a side view ocean so ocean front it was not the king bed had a dip in the mattress on one side and the blow dryer didn't work and the spa which we were so looking forward to was closed due to a water problem which we were very disappointed abt, but other then that it was very nice the people at front desk and concierge the restaurant for all extremely nice. Very nice room. Beach access, area and staff were great. Ocean 3800 restaurant had renovations underway and was closed which was a surprise. Mixed results at the other onsite restaurant The Reef. Valet was also hit and miss. Biggest problem there was simply a lack of communication as to why it was taking >30 minutes to get our car. Room service was excellent.

Very nice. Loved the lagoon pool area with the slide for the kids. All staff very nice with the exception of young lady working in Starbucks, extremely rude.

Hosts were quick to respond. Wonderful accommodations. Very clean. Beautiful sitting out on balcony. Beach and snorkeling with so many fish was perfect. Grandkids, even adults had so much fun on waterslide. Convenient on site restaurant and store. Also close to many restaurants. We wish we could go back tomorrow!

We had a great time at this resort. Our condo was so spacious and clean. The private beach access was amazing and with this included a full setup (chairs, umbrellas, and food & drink service). Could not ask for better! Only bummer was the main restaurant’s kitchen was closed to reconstruction but they still had other food options at the tiki bars and on campus Starbucks.

Beautiful hotel and amenities. Two pools were great. One was more relaxing and another one was kid friendly with an awesome waterslide. There were many places to find food or a drink. The bellhop was amazing when traveling with kids. Everyone was so helpful. We stayed in a suite and it was huge! There were some issues with the room, but we were only in town for one night. I would have made sure to address some of the issues if we were there longer. Doors were broken and wouldn't close or lock. The bathtub stopper wasn't working, so we had to use the one bathtub. Complimentary snack and beverage upon arrival. If your room is not ready, they will let you use a temporary pass for all amenities which was great. Highly recommend!

Everything was nice, spacious and very clean. Everyone was nice. They didn’t have the standard set up for the kitchen such as a sponge or hand soap. No laundry detergent either which we normally get when we book rooms like this. No creamer and sugar but tons of coffee. The other thing I didn’t like was the undisclosed mandatory valet parking fee for $40 a day. We have kids and have a bunch of stuff and like access to our car so this did not work. I wouldn’t have booked if i knew this. Plus they work for tips so it’s like every time you want to get your car they’re expecting something. Overall, it was a nice place, but the parking valet should be optional.

This is connected to the Marriott singer island but it is not managed by the Marriott it is managed by a company that is not on site and if you have a pro they don’t answer the phone we checked in and not more than being in the room for 5 minutes a huge cockroach ran by it came from behind the refrigerator within ten min of being there we seen 7 more as we were trying to kill them more kept running around it was a horror movie!!! We went to the front desk and she said because Marriott dont manage that unit that she can’t help and have me a number to call I called the number 20 times to ask for a new room no response!!! At 4 am with no sleep, grossed out by roaches all over the place and no help we left and drove 4 hours. Back to Orlando. I videoed the roaches made sure in the video you can see it is that unit made sure it is time stamped and dated so the manager could see all the roaches next day I email Expedia for help and thry finally got a response from the manager that says there is no cockroach’s in his place and the cleaners found nothing he refused to look at my video and pics that clearly show them running around . But he refused a refund and denied any roaches but won’t acknowledge my video of the proof Of you go to this hotel go through the Marriott don’t rent through singer island resort and Spa they have out dated units that have not been renovated for 20 years and cockroach’s

Hotel location was beautiful but the room was dirty. The kitchen floor had crumbs under the chairs from before our stay and was never cleaned the eight nights we stayed. Carpet was never vacumned while we stayed. Bathroom towel, sheets and pillowcases all had stains. Even if they were clean, for the price we paid their shouldnt be any stains. Carpet was stained all over. Bathroom shower had a leak that left water pooling by the toilet which caused the shower track to have mold. Also somehow my yankee mug disappeared. My only regret is not taking a picture to show. We wont be going back. The mirror in the bathroom above the sink had toothpaste stains all over it.

The property lacks maintenance. Room had poop stuck to the floor in bathroom of our room (beyond gross). Curtain rods were missing. Outlets weren’t working. Fans weren’t working. AC failed to keep set temperature. Room service and housekeeping subpar. When asked to change linen it was not changed or cleaned. Pool had loose unsafe tiles where my toddler fell over from. Gunk all over the pool deck making it unsafe and slippery. Pool water was dirty. Poop toys and play things are broken. People who were not guests meaning just public beach goers were freely coming and going to pool. No one is checking who is or isn’t a registered guest. The beds are really uncomfortable. Only feather pillows even after asking for foam or poly fill. Water coming out of faucet is yellow (gross). Balcony floors were filthy (not sure when the last time it was cleaned). No handicap parking nearby (which is ridiculous). Children’s program only in effect when no rain (hello this is Florida) resort fees for what exactly?

The hotel staff was fantastic. The common areas were well kept. Even though expedia said the resort fee was included, it was not, But we only had to pay it for the one day we used it, rather than the whole stay. The unit we were in had an odd smell when we entered. Either the unit had not been used for a while, or the carpet needs to be replaced and they tried to shampoo it. There was a visible layer of dust on the ceiling fans and the phone in the bathroom. There were no spoons in the kitchen, there were a ton of forks and other items. There was no dishwashing soap for handwashing dishes. The water in the bathtub came out brown, so a nice tub bath was out of the question. Their version of premium oceanview was a north facing room with a view of the coast and the intercoastal, not exactly the corner oceanview unit I had hoped for with all around views of the ocean. Overall, I feel as though I will not order through expedia again, I’d prefer direct with the resort. I would not stay at this resort again.

The sink was broke, there were cockroaches and I have pictures to show it. It was very expensive for one night for this nasty environment.

Unit we rented needed new furniture- ripped backer’s tools in the kitchen and sagging bed

I booked two rooms with ocean views. Upon arrival they gave us one room on floor 16 which you could see the ocean and the second room on floor 5- the view was trees and bushes. When asking to upgrade to a different room we were told that they couldn’t do that. If you pay for ocean view then you are supposed to see the ocean not just trees and parking lots.

From the moment I checked in, it was hot and the a/c was broken. They sent “engineers”to look and they just changed a filter and left. Some the a/c didn’t begin to cool, then sent another engineer the following day. The the reset the system and told us to wait a few hours. On the third day, a real a/c mechanic determined that the system’s motherboard was shot and it would’ve never began to work. After 3 HOT days, they moved us to another room. The promised to contact me for refunds and NOBODY ever did.

I only had problems with the room, not the hotel. The room was supposed to have a bedroom, it was a large efficiency with open walls, no privacy or sound control. The room flooded in the middle of the night, I think water was coming from the Fridge. When we got into the room the trash was full from the last visitors.

The unit we stayed in was amazing! Such a great size and beautiful ocean view! This Marriott is a great location and offers all the luxuries that you need dor a wonderful vacation!

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The room was extremely clean and beautiful views. The setup is great and extremely spacious with one king bed in one bedroom and 2 full size beds in the other bedroom. 2 separate full bathrooms. From check in to room service to the food the beach the pools. All around amazing. We will be going back.

Had a great relaxing weekend.. would recommended. The only issue we had is the second bathroom shower was only cold water and ended up taking a long time for the hot water

Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all.

Room was perfect for our family. Host was very easy to reach to ask questions. Pools were great and very easy access to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating! 100% recommend

No parking options means expensive valet parking is a requirement. This should be disclosed up front. Parking cost per day were excessive and with many long waits. Similarly, Convenience fees for a list of things I don’t use, is a ripoff. All in all, given the fact, I was already there across the country with no options, it felt like extortion.

We waited for our room as we were early which was no problem. We went to check in after 4pm check in time. We were taken and put into a dirty room. Housekeeping staff reported they only had the kitchen to finish. So we waited on the balcony. The staff apologized and told us that this room was own by third party so they could not assist we needed to contact property owner. They left dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dust everywhere. Toilet was broken. And making a loud buzzing noise. We called the number on the app to contact property. We wanted them to be aware the toilet issues was before we got in there. We spoke with manager of guest services manager James. Who was very rude and condescending. Never once apologized. The only thing he offered to us was to leave the room and have housekeeping come back and re clean the entire condo. As it was already past check in time and long day travel that is the last thing we wanted to do. Manager james continued to question me regarding toilet. Stated that toilets break they will send someone to fix it. Someone had to come 3 times to fix it. The second toilet then kept clogging and we were given a plunger. The pool and beach are great. Just rent with caution as you are dealing with third party with this room. Front desk can only help so much. Its a lot of money you spend on room to have to clean it and plunge toilets. Luxury Suites needs better customer service for their guest and better communication

Let me start off by saying this property is amazing but book directly with the hotel. I booked my trip with Expedia and when I arrived to the hotel they did not have my reservation because Expedia canceled the reservation without notifying me and refused to issue a refund. Apparently there is a third party company that leases a few rooms from Marriott and offer them to Expedia. The hotel cannot alter the reservation to those specific rooms in fact there cleaning staff aren’t allowed to even enter those rooms. I had to re-book a room directly with the hotel. They were more than accommodating to help with the situation. Imagine traveling with your 3 year old and by the time you arrive to your hotel there’s no reservation because Expedia messed up and refused to take responsibility. It took me over 4 hours over the span of 2 days and 3 managers to finally get a refund for a room that was never provided. Let me be clear this hotel is beautiful and highly recommend, but do not book through Expedia. That old saying you pay for what you get there’s a reason behind it. There’s a reason Expedia offers the room at a cheaper rate. Upon check out there was another family experiencing issues with these same leased rooms. According to the family the room was filthy and one of the beds was broken. Unfortunately Marriott could not do anything in this situation because they are not allowed to alter these leased rooms.

What a horrible experience for this hotel. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We went for a long weekend. They force you to valet car - no regular parking. Valet damaged my car. Put a huge dent in it. When I called after seeing it as gas station two hours away they tried to say for me to come back. They eventually put in claim with adjuster. Adjuster never pulled tapes to see when damage occurred and gave me automatic email saying I left the property before disclosing it to them. All I asked them to do was the right thing. They damaged my car and won’t take responsibility for it. I will make sure that I tell people about my experience and your hotel doesn’t take care of their guests and especially not the cars. Stay away unless you want to pay for damage to your car in addition to your stay.

Where to start? This was by far, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so incredibly kind and nice I felt like I didn’t deserve such treatment! They were extremely accommodating and ready to literally serve us with anything we needed at whatever time. The hotel itself was beautiful! The beach and beach staff was amazing as well. The restaurant, front desk, valet staff, everyone in general really made an effort to make sure our stay was unforgettable. Our room and view were top notch! There was a need for some minor upgrades in the bathroom but everything else was so good that those little details didn’t even matter. Our family had the best time here. Such good time that my 6yo cried on our last day there because we were leaving. I definitely plan to stay here again many many times :) very happy with this property.

Wonderful property, i didnt like the valet parking only option. There is not much to do walking distances, so a car is needed, waiting for valet a little inconvenient.

The property was exactly as advertized. The ocean is visible from the balcony - the property has a nice beach, pools and onsight dining. The 24 hour marriot staff is helpful and allows for check-in/out anytime. The mandatory valet is not ideal but overall the property and location were great. I had limited need to contact the owner but sent one question and immediately got a useful reply.

We loved our stay at Springer Island. Everything was so easy as we felt part of the hotel but with the conveniences of a condo. We are a family of five (three teens) where we need at least 2 rooms. This space was so spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. Convenience is key as you have all the hotel amenities at your fingertips. Beach was great, food at hotel was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Property was excellent. There some minor issues with upkeep(electrical socket didn’t work, multiple lights strobing, hot water took several minutes to heat up), all very minor things- but would def stay again. Convenient walk to the beach and a lot of options in the resort. Limited dining options within walking distance if you don’t want to eat in the resort.

Nice location close to the beach

I really enjoyed the stay. The place was really nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The beach view was exactly what I wanted.

We had a 2 bedroom suite that was well done and reasonably priced. Property overall is well maintained and staffed. Location is good and down the road from the beautiful MacArthure Beach State Park. Singer Island itself is pretty soulless.

All of the staff at this location are friendly and attentive. The food ONA was delicious and the drinks on the beach were delivered quickly. The room was clean , huge and comfortable. The security is top notch and my friend and I felt very safe. This location has fewer “ cheeks on the beach “

For the price, I was disappointed. 4:40 check-in?! No continental breakfast?! Should be at most a $300/night rate not a $500/night rate. I am puzzled as to how this resort got a 4th star. The place wreaks of mismanagement & needs to invest in its staff & their professional development. Staff I encountered in reservations, guest services, housekeeping & dining were polite & deserve better. The customers certainly deserve better. There are also areas of blatant inefficiency -standing, staring off, not helping people. The furniture in the lobby is dirty and worn. Same w/ the grounds outside and a lot of the furniture except the pool loungers (seemed fine). We were the first to arrive at the Lagoon Pool (kids pool) Sat & Sun & the grounds were not clean--there was sticky residue from spilled drinks from day before (why is there hard alc. there?); so was the bathroom (from the day before) to the point of unusable. The bathroom off the lobby was also not clean in the morning - there is no attendant to maintain it more regularly. So then just go up to your room--but with only one elevator working on Sunday that could take 15-20 minutes (30-40 roundtrip). W/ children, elderly or anyone really it's unreasonable. The quality of the food - w/ the exception of fresh muscles is poor. It's like eating at Friday's only prettier. The cafe also needs to get w/ the 21st century. No one wants to eat a cupcake the size of their head. Nor do we want fake Greek yogurt...

There's a lot I can say about this place but rule #1 - don't book through a third party, the hotel treats you like a second class citizen. Booking directly might have bumped my rating up one notch. Rule #2 - don't eat at the restaurant...it was tasteless and reminded me of cafeteria food. Rule #3 - 90% of the staff there had an attitude problem. I found this to be the biggest complaint when re-thiniing about this place which I never want to think about again. Positives were the pool was nice, good water slide, good pool/bar food and the guys that set up your chairs were cool but misleading information (kids area is not free) and the valet fees trump this and you end up spending way more than you should for an average place

The staff and food were excellent. Limited menu and only one restaurant open. No water for 7 hours and no hot water in shower. Somewhat dated decor.

The beach was beautiful as were the pools. Bed was very comfortable and I appreciated that it was a condo set up. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. At some places you stay the staff can be a bit snippy and a bit bossy. Not here! They go over and above to be sure you enjoy your stay. Food isn’t very good but you don’t stay here for the food
