We mentioned special request on Hotel.com but they did not pay any heed and mentioned that it was requested to them and not to hotel. Water was leaking from shower cubical. Out of four nights there was no body lotion for two nights as house keeping did not bother to replace the empty bottle. No hand towels were placed , neither foot mat was placed. Terrible house keeping. I requested towels and body lotion at 11;05 PM and never received anything, so next morning I requested again and when I said that it was requested last night so they simply said information was passed on to house keeping which is not my concern as I am not here to check who is doing what. Room service was another disaster as when you ask them to send something specific, they will send everything except what is specially requested. Anything you ask takes minimum 30 minutes to deliver. It seems no one listens or cares. Since hotel has ONE TOUCH dialing for all the services so they don't connect and instead take all the information and pass on to the concern person.

We highly recommend the Radisson at MG Road. The hotel is clean, smells nicely, has excellent safety procedures in place, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent and priced well. The hair salon is amazing, first class. The entire hotel staff is very polite and courteous. We recommed requesting Uber for car rides rather than taxis, their service is faster.

The room was clean, however bathrooms were quite small. The staff were very friendly and attentive. However, at check in, the staff member who helped us said breakfast was not included, despite my family and I having paid extra for breakfast to be included when we booked. Then a female staff member told him to add breakfast to our package, she was very nice. Ayush is a very hard worker and had great customer service skills. Overall it was a great stay.
