Overall the hotel itself wasn’t bad. Upon check in, I wasn’t told the pool wasn’t open. I found that after I had three kids ready to swim so that was disappointing for all. The air conditioning wasn’t great in our room and even though I got a nonsmoking room, the smell of cigarettes was there especially when the ac kicked on. The pillows were just bad so my nights sleep was not good. Breakfast was okay but I would hope they get another waffle maker because there was a constant wait for it. I checked out a day early and booked a different hotel in the area.

Our room was beautiful. Very spacious and smelled so good. Our only complaints were that the trash cans around the property were overflowing and the pool was very small and cloudy. We didn’t end up using it. Several different food choices close by.

Upon arrival, the pool was out of service. The hotel is moderately clean but could be better. We stayed in a suite, and there was no blanket or sheets for the couch bed. We were able to go ask for some, but there were no extra pillows or anything.

I booked two rooms here for 4 adults and 4 kids to stay one night while we were coming home from vacation. We needed somewhere for the kids to swim and let loose some energy after a long day on the road. At check-in, we were so disappointed to learn that the pool was closed and bc of the Hotel.com deal we purchased, we were stuck there or would’ve lost the money we paid. I understand that pools break, but then management should’ve called people (especially those with kids) to alert them that the pool was broken and try to work out a cancellation on their behalf. We definitely wanted to stay at another hotel in town with a pool- there were plenty on the same street!!!

Found a bed bug after the first night. All phones were down meaning. I couldn’t call the desk to alert them or to any rooms. Final night of 3 found no breakfast provided as included due to the only employee on duty having to drive the shuttle to the airport. They were kind enough to leave the previous day’s dry and stale food out though. After my company used this hotel literally dozens of times without incident (or at least reported incident) this one occurrence may not be a normal, but bed bugs aren’t anything I’d choose to stay with again. They only wanted to change my room for finding it, without even so much as an apology.

Check in staff was great. Room appeared to be clean. But floors were very dirty. Kids ran around barefoot in the room and feet were black. I wet a towel to rub across tile and it was black. For $209 a night, the floors should be clean.

When the onsite came to review the issue he plunged and got nasty toilet water on the floor then told me the slow moving flush “should get me through the night.” It wasn’t fixed until morning when I was checking out…

The beds were not as comfortable as all my other stays at Comfort Inns. There was a hall party going on until 2am. Couldn’t sleep until after that and had to get up early and drive all day. It was on the first floor right outside the main desk so surely they were well aware of the noise. And , if not, I did call at 1:30am but it didn’t help much … just heard people telling each other to be quieter 😡Was hoping for a good nights rest given a 14 hr day of driving only to be followed by another such day. Was a terrible night.

The customer service here was not good at all. Staff blatantly ignored customers and would just keep walking. I was made to sleep with a top sheet only. When I asked to cancel for a refund so I could go somewhere that had covers available I was told no. I then asked to cancel my 2nd nights stay and again was refused a cancellation refund. I’ve never in my years of travel experienced customer service like that and will never book with a Comfort Hotel again.

Overall was a good stay for one night. Upon entering to check in, employee did not greet me and could have been more welcoming. In our room, the phone did not work, and there was a big crack across the toilet seat. I reported it to the front desk, but again, no real urgency to fix problem or apologies for the problems.

So, at first it was a minor thing but then things just started piling up so I started taking pictures. Initially I checked into my room and the shower rod was on the floor, and I had no shower curtain. A lovely man came and replaced it without issue. Then 5 minutes later I needed to go in/out of my room to bring in more items, my key stopped working AND a housekeeper saw that my key wasn’t working so she took hers out and let me in-no questions asked. The key was an inconvenience in itself but the housekeeper letting me in did make me feel unsafe during my stay. The toilet seat was broken, the shower flooded the whole bathroom with use, even when I had a replacement key it would take multiple attempts to open the door (the light would turn green but the door was so janky that it had difficulty opening), there was dirt and a TOENAIL CLIPPING on our floor, the cap was left on our conditioner and we had no body wash, the pool (**which was our entire reason for choosing this hotel**) was FILTHY inside and around the deck area, the zinnia flowers in the breakfast area were dead-accompanied by a view of an AC unit with no cover propped up outside of the pool area, and the hotel was EXTREMELY noisy 24/7 I am terribly disappointed with our stay, in addition, I had to change the reservation from 1 night to 2 nights-I could not get refunded for my original 1 night reservation even though I stayed at the hotel that same night PLUS another night, I paid for 3 nights of a TERRIBLE experie

Staff were all amazing especially the guy who checked us in! We stayed 4 nights. Breakfest the 1st morning was pretty sparce (however they were clearly getting their truck order so they were probably just low) the staff did a great job keeping everything stocked and continued to stock as they unloaded boxes off their truck order. The hotel could use a good deep clean, however it was not dirty or nasty, our room was clean and huge!! My only true complant about the room it self is in the room we had (2 queen beds and a double sleeper sofa) for a room that sleeps 6, there were only 2 drawers. We traveled as a family of 5 so this was a little inconvenient, but not a huge deal. If you are wanting a 5🌟 hotel this is not it, if you want a clean place to rest without all the frills, losts of food choices around, walmart and a Sams club not that far, nice staff this is the hotel for you! We would stay here again if we were to come back to the area.

Was an overnight stay to be able to attend early games at a basketball event at the Expo Center. This was a great location to be able to get to the Expo Center in a timely fashion. Room appeared to have been recently renovated and was very nice and clean. Food was hot, well prepared and easy to access for breakfast.

Room was clean. Water got left on in pool,and flooded the whole pool area...water ran under door to outside parking lot. Got up and still had time to eat breakfast,employee snatched Sausage & Eggs up right in my face taking them away. Alot of food items were completely out,or almost empty(Waffles & Orange Juice looked like water). I left the area having only 2 pieces of toast and still very hungry! 1 of the reasons i chose this hotel was the fact it offered free breakfast. Not happy at all!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff told us that breakfast was served from 6:00 to 9:00, but on the weekend, they did not set up until after 7:00. We missed breakfast those days. If we had known this, we may have made different plans
