The hotel was very clean and smelled great, so no complaints at all there. Unfortunately, the bed was SO uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. We really did not sleep well. We also weren’t impressed with our check-in experience. We had never stayed here before and didn’t understand how the parking worked, so we asked the person at the front desk who checked us in. She wasn’t helpful at all and basically left us to figure it out ourselves. A quick explanation would have made a huge difference. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, but for the price, I expected a more comfortable bed and a more helpful experience at check-in.

Parking was easy. The front desk lady, (I didn't get her name) made sure we were able to go in and out of the garage w/ no problems. Due to a late event, and only one night stay, we weren't able to indulge in the Hot Brown. The kitchen doesn't stay open late. And there wasn't a mini fridge in the room☹️ Other than that, very pleasant and quiet stay. I especially loved that we were required to use the key entry pad, in the elevator, to access our floor very VIP.

Love the older atmosphere. Everything was clean. Slept great. Just remember the higher floors, the water pressure isn’t great.
