We booked here to be close to the hospital for an early morning appointment. Very convenient. Quick 4 min walk. Left vehicle at hotel so no parking charges at the hospital & breakfast when we got back before checking out. Very convenient all around. Room was very clean & staff was friendly & helpful.

The hot breakfast was very nice each morning and the property was convenient to the VG hospital and surrounds. The WIFI did not work well, and I needed the connection for work, thus that was discouraging. Otherwise, the hotel was a good place to stay at a good price.

The Internet connection is not stable and the TV YouTube is not able to launch sometimes. The late night the speeding motor noise could be heard. I don’t know why the daily cleaning was not done. Because I stayed for two nights and the second day afternoon when I was back to the room. It was still what it was looked like- no garbage bag change, no new shampoo or soap replaced, etc. I felt disappointed about the stay this time. By the way the air conditioner was outdated so when turned on it has loud sound.

We were impressed with the hotel at first until we turned down our beds at night and 1 of our beds was filthy with food and stains. I was upset. At 1000 that night we were moved to a new room, however when I asked for compensation for this issue, the staff stated they could not help us and to talk to manager in 4 days when he would be available. I spoke with the manager and sent photos on request. That was 3 days ago and have not received a call back. We travel extensively and a filthy bed was the first for us. Very disappointing and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience

Our room was clean, tidy and spacious. Beds were firm and comfortable, washroom was sparkling and supplied generously with crisp towels. Breakfast was hot & tasty with every item you might ask for. Check in/ check out staff were very friendly. We would be happy to stay here the next time we visit London. Well Done Staywell - the name says it all !!

Rooms and common areas very clean. Staff very friendly. Was expecting a continental breakfast, but they had a variety of eggs, sausage and home fries. Plenty to eat and constantly topped up by staff. Would definitely stay here again! Excellent value for the money!

When we were ready for bed, we pulled the covers down to find body hair on the sheets and hair on the pillows. Obviously they did not change the linen after the last guests vacated the room. It was gross and it could have been an enjoyable stay but because of the other services we rated this average. Unfortunately, we will not stay in this establishment in the future! If the bed linen Cannot be routinely changed, it then time to seek other accommodations. $580.00 for 2 nights was $300.00 too much! I classify this as a motel 8. We removed the bottom sheet and used the top sheet to cover the matress.

Déjà, lorsque l'on possède une résa avec un nom d'hôtel, on aimerait bien être informé du changement de nom... Accueil moyen. La chambre a été mal nettoyée. Il traînait des cacahuètes dans le bas de la table de nuit. Il y avait aussi des tiges de cerises au sol à plusieurs endroits. Le bureau était aussi un peu poussièreux. Bref, les économies ne font pas bon ménage avec un hôtel. Il restait également 1 boîte avec de la nourriture entamée dans le frigo et un gobelet. Nous pensons que juste les draps et les serviettes ont étés changées entre le client précédent et nous.

This hotel is okay with a good breakfast and the cookies and coffee upon arrival are a nice touch. Was very clean and bed was comfortable. We were very surprised to find our room was in the basement (this should have been made clear when we booked, especially as it cost $230-All hotels were more expensive due to an event at Western I think). Loud banging noise whenever we used the water or flushed, and ventilation very loud.

This hotel is practically across the street from Victoria hospital, which was why we stayed here. Super convenient location for hospital access. They had the flooring in the hallway ripped out to replace, but it didn’t pose any hazard or inconvenience. The room was very clean and in good condition, but the mattress and pillows are ready to be replaced. The pillows looked nice and full, but they completely collapsed to flat and uncomfortable when laid on. The mattresses in our room were noisy, and we could feel the springs moving every time we’d shift. Unfortunately, the condition of the mattress and pillows made for a very poor night’s sleep. Otherwise, we appreciated having the coffee/tea and cookies available in the lobby, and breakfast had a nice selection. Overall, the hotel was good for the price and very convenient location.

We had a ground level room (basement). It was ok but the air conditioning was quite loud and the fan was slow and noisy when stopping. Other than that it was a good stay and handy to Victoria Hospital if thats your reason for being there. Easily walkable.

Excellent place for stay over 2 nights, good connections and quiet neighborhood. Clean hotel and room with nice big tv and great wifi connection included to price. Self parking close range, with lots of space. Good breakfast buffet included to price with enough hot and cold options.

Lower level room wood floors were ice cold at all times. Huge furnace in room loud enough during run made it impossible to sleep soundly. Otherwise room fantastic especially king bed. Service and breakfast enjoyable

Barely was told where my room was after asking. Not given wifi password nor told of breakfast or any other info. Very unfriendly. No one was at the desk at any time (went in and out several times). Room was in the basement, down a long hall. All the windows were covered in the hall. As a female, travelling solo, didn’t feel super safe. The room was quite comfortable and quiet which was nice. Wifi kept coming up with warnings so didn’t use. Had to turn tv on and off twice to get channels to work. Would think twice about staying here again.

Hotel was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the waffles. Matt at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. He allowed us to check in early, this was very much appreciated. Visited a friend at the Victoria hospital across the street, so the location was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and stay there again.

We stayed at the Hotel because of the proximity to the hospital. Our family was going through so much at that time and the hotel staff did everything they could to make our stay as stress free as possible. Matt at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He did everything he could to accommodate our family. I can't thank you enough for going over and beyond. The hotel also has a very delicious breakfast in the morning to start your day, and coffee and tea in the lobby at night.

Was offered a refund for a cancelled trip through expedia. Expedia reached out and manager offered to wave fee - I still have proof in my email. It has now been almost two weeks and still just a bunch of back and forth and no refund. Lack of this being rectified in a timely manner is the main reason I will not return. Do not offer to wave fee and refund - if you are not provided to do it. Horrible customer service on management part.

If you are visiting someone in the hospital then this hotel location is amazing . Across the road and can walk to it and save on parking too! The room was spacious, clean, the flooring were new, and had a microwave which came in handy and breakfast included. For what I paid It really deserves a solid review and I will use it again.

A nice option near the hospital. The hotel has been renovated relatively recently and had friendly, helpful staff.
