Parking was a nightmare, to get in the lift to reception, I had to dial 3 times cause the staff spoke so quickly you couldn’t understand what they were saying. I had guests partying and smoking in the room next to me, not that I mind a party, though not when The walls are so thin and you came for a relaxing respite night to yourself. I ended up leaving that night, cause when I went to reception twice, the first time the line was so long it was crazy with one staff member and the second time, no one was there to check me out. If it’s 24 hrs you should have 2 staff on for such a busy place! Wont be staying here again!!! Wasted money!! ;(;(
