Beautiful historic hotel. Very comfortable and the receptionist was so helpful. The hotel is a series of four buildings. The upper building where I was is up a series of outside steps. When booking, you may want to request the lower building. The room was larger than you would expect of an older building.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location is great, service is great and the rooms are top. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I couldn’t swim since the pool was busy for two days which was a bummer but totally recommend

From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. Within a 5 min walk from the subway station. And right on the water. Beautiful views. The hotel also has a work out fitness room and an outdoor pool and spa. They have a sister hotel across the road you can also utilize. Staff will give you a city pass for free transportation. HIGHLY recommend and would stay here again.

The room we stayed in was impeccably clean. It was well designed and was very well appointed. My only complaint would be that we were staying on the top floor and the room had low ceilings so there were many times that my husband (who is 6 feet tall) hit his head. My other complaint is that the parking garage was a bit inconvenient. There was a stairwell leading to the main property but there was water accumulating at the exit of the garage so we had to navigate not falling into a puddle and carrying our bags up the stairs. The pool was nice. The restaurant was delicious and had excellent service despite being understaffed. The location of the hotel was excellent being right by the waterfront. We were very close to the boat launch—which was lovely. The Hotel staff was very friendly and kind.

隣接のBeau-Rivage, Chateau d’Ouchyとは運営が同じ姉妹ホテルとのこと。値段が近いChateau と迷ったが、バスタブ必ず有りでこちらに。部屋のマーク・ロスコは複製と思うが、ホテル内の美術品はセンス良く美術館のような雰囲気。プールはあるが、サウナ、スパ利用はChateauを利用ということなので、これを優先する場合はChateauか。Ouchy地区でレマン湖に面し環境抜群、朝食も良い。

This was a great property! We loved the location and the easy walk to the waterfront and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and the onsite parking was great. The room was clean and we really appreciated the blackout shades and comfortable bed after a long flight. We would definitely stay again!

The staff was sub par and unfriendly, but the property amenities were pretty good. I really enjoyed the pool and the view from the room was nice. If you can't afford the Beau Rivage, this is a good second choice. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed being in the updated building.

Hotel lindo na beira do Lago Leman, perto do metrô, restaurantes na orla e mercados. A infraestrutura do hotel é muito bonita (prédios, piscina, jardins), ótimo restaurante e nosso quarto tinha vista para o Lago. i had a wonderful 3 nights at this hotel. I have stayed here several times before for business but this time was as a short getaway with my husband and my dog. The hotel were very accommodating and gave me the room I requested (which I knew I liked from a previous stay). My dog got a comfy bed, a towel and a dish for water and food. The rooms are bright, clean, and we had a great view of the lake. I would stay here again.

３部屋エグゼクティブルームを予約しましたが実際は1部屋のみがエグゼクティブルームで２部屋はスーペリアに通されました。写真と違うアパートのような洗面台。チェックインの際おかしいと話しましたが変更してくれなかったので我慢していたら部屋には蚊みたいな虫が２匹もでました。堪え切れす再度ルームチェンジを頼んだらやっとマネージャーが出て来ましたが、結局嫌味たっぷりに交換された部屋はもっと小さい屋根裏部屋タイプのスーペリアでした。アメニティがロクシタンと聞いていましたが違いました。上の階に行くには途中からバゲージを持って階段で上がらないといけません。スタッフの対応はとても悪かった。朝食が美味しかったのはよかったですがボーリバージュの姉妹ホテルと聞いて宿泊しましたがお勧めしません。駅に近いホテルの方にすればよかったと思います。

I had an executive room with lake view which was well attired, comfy and spacious and overall delivered a feeling of luxury. The staff from check-in and housekeeping were extremely proficient and friendly, with any request sorted straight away. I enjoyed a quick swim in the pool which was great. The view was lovely and I was just a little unfortunate as the weather turned rainy that evening.

After a bad start we enjoyed our stay. The room they gave us to start with, the air condition wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it but the grumpy women at the front desk refused to move us. Eventually after 2 hours we did get moved. Everything else was lovely.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The service was great from the start with everyone we came in contact with. The room was first class and a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Location, location, location as well, right on Lake Geneva. The tram from train station will lead you straight to the edge of the property. Couldn't be more pleased!! P.S. - Umbrellas offered all over property to take, borrow, and return, was a nice simple touch!!

This property was so lovely, and we would stay there again. We booked through Expedia, so I don't think we had the option to add breakfast, but I would include that if we go back. It's very close to the lake, and there's a little Coop grocery store close by in case you need drinks and snacks. Highly recommend this hotel!
