La habitación está bien, camas cómodas, aunque la limpieza un poco escasa. Amabilidad y ayuda del personal en un entorno silencioso y tranquilo Aparcamiento en un parking justo al lado. Parada del tranvía a 3 min caminando o andar al centro en una avenida, como 20 min.

Hôtel bien situé, à proximité des transports,c'est pratique pour aller visiter. Bon accueil en réception. Literie correcte. Mais je n'ai pas aimé l'éclairage jaune, insuffisant dans la chambre. Les poussières sur les bords de fenêtres et la tête de lit de lit etaient négligées, dommage.

J'ai même demandé l'aide d'1 voisine => impossible de rentrer Signalé à l'acceuil qui a réinitialisé la carte. Au bout de 5 nouvelles minutes, enfin on rentre dans la chambre. Nous recommanderons l'hôtel.

En la recepción, la chica no había ningún esfuerzo por comunicarse. Volumen mínimo de voz y sin repetir las cosas una segunda vez. Se te quedaba mirando esperando aunque le preguntaras. Después el chico intervino y muy amable nos trató fenomenal La cocina sucísima, en la campana es indescriptible la suciedad acumulada

Le ménage était sommaire. L’alèse avait des polis, des taches de fluides,…. On a dû demander à la changer. Même pas un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Pas de notice pour le four micro-ondes alors qu’il faisait fonction de four traditionnel et les pictogrammes n’étaient pas intuitifs. Quand nous sommes allés signaler ces éléments l’une des personnes à la réception semblait mécontente de nos remarques et demandes. « Un four c’est un four, pas besoin de notice ». Finalement on nous a bien donné une autre alèse et un torchon. Autre élément dommageable le four était assez haut ( à la hauteur de la tête donc pas des plus pratique. La climatisation était très bien.

Personnel accueil trés bien. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses et bien équipées. Seul petit bémol : le petit déjeuner s arrête à 9h, un peu tôt quand on est en vacances , 10h serait bien et j'ai remarqué que le personnel débarrasse le buffet déjà à 8h55....

Chambre grise, salle de bain et kitchenette très datée, douche avec une pression très moyenne, chauffage d’appoint nécessaire avec un gros coup de froid dès que vous êtes à côté des vitres (passoire thermique annoncée). Il faut juste y dormir mais ne pas vouloir y passer plus de temps.

Faut pas rêver ?alors que lhotel est complet grace Vannes rugby impossible de prendre une douche odeur d égout. coin cuisine la hotte grasse. la cafetière sale.le frigidaire complètement givré .pour 3 personne le divan pas de drap pour dormir .

It's scary to visit a country where I don't speak the language, but the people at the front desk spoke English and were able to help me. The place is convenient and close to transportation and the apartments were spacious. On the other hand, I was surprised to see no nearby restaurants open on Sunday. I guess this is part of culture shock. On the bad side, the cab I requested at the front desk, to go to the airport, didn't materialize, and I had to use the tram.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable though needing a little refresh but very good value. It was close to a tram stop for access to city centre and airport - the tram system is excellent. A few places fairly close for meals and drinks. Friendly staff and good continental breakfast options.

Family stay for one night. Found the appart'city to be a great base for exploring Bordeaux with the tram within 5 minutes walk away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We required a cot and it was no problem at all. Comfortable beds and a nice place to stay a few nights. I would happily recommend to friends or family.

Check in out of hours was very poor ,we were given a code for the main door but received no code for the safe to get our key cards but for a friendly laundry man who turned up and made phone calls we would have not gained access . Showers were dirty and no kettle in one of the rooms

we arrive at 11 pm the hotel doors ware not working due to the technical problems . we have been told wait and tech support guy arrived , nothing happened. At 1.30 am we were told to find anothe place . Absolutely no customer service

The AC was a welcome with the summer heat. Great kitchen with new coffee pot (good filter). Microwave and a small oven. Location is a bit out of town center but walking a mile isn’t so bad. Safe area. Easy reception. Last minute booking and extended our stay.

The AC was a welcome with the summer heat. Great kitchen with new coffee pot (good filter). Microwave and a small oven. Location is a bit out of town center but walking a mile isn’t so bad. Safe area. Easy reception. Last minute booking and extended our stay.

La habitación está bien, camas cómodas, aunque la limpieza un poco escasa. Amabilidad y ayuda del personal en un entorno silencioso y tranquilo Aparcamiento en un parking justo al lado. Parada del tranvía a 3 min caminando o andar al centro en una avenida, como 20 min.

Hôtel bien situé, à proximité des transports,c'est pratique pour aller visiter. Bon accueil en réception. Literie correcte. Mais je n'ai pas aimé l'éclairage jaune, insuffisant dans la chambre. Les poussières sur les bords de fenêtres et la tête de lit de lit etaient négligées, dommage.

Personnel accueil trés bien. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses et bien équipées. Seul petit bémol : le petit déjeuner s arrête à 9h, un peu tôt quand on est en vacances , 10h serait bien et j'ai remarqué que le personnel débarrasse le buffet déjà à 8h55....

The accommodation was clean and comfortable though needing a little refresh but very good value. It was close to a tram stop for access to city centre and airport - the tram system is excellent. A few places fairly close for meals and drinks. Friendly staff and good continental breakfast options.
