Beds have seen there better days. Older hotel but decent for the price. Reason I chose this hotel was the free covered parking. Has nice bar and above average restaurant. Did not eat here but appeared adequate. 20 minute walk thru nice neighborhood to arrive at lakeside area or downtown area.

Superbe accueil dans cet hôtel avec restaurant. Tout le personnel est souriant et attentionné et on s'y sent très bien. Chambres confortables et hôtel calme. Parking souterrain à proximité et centre d'Annecy à 20 minutes à pied. Petit plus, possibilité de louer des vélos électriques directement à l'hôtel pour profiter des alentours. Je recommande, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

This is good hotel, a bit off the beaten path in terms of the old village and the lake but both about a mile away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing fancy - just a nice place to spend the night after sightseeing all day. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you out. I rented a a great e-bike from the hotel at a good price with none of the lines and hassles of renting them on the lakefront or in the village. The breakfast was good - again nothing spectacular - just reasonable food at a reasonable price to get you going on your day. I did not eat dinner at the restaurant as I chose to try local places in town but there were always guests having dinner there when I returned to the hotel a night. All in all a good place to stay!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel très confortable et fonctionnel. Nous y avons été tres birn reçu par toute l'equipe et nous y avons mangé une excellente fondue. On s'y gare facilement et comme l' hotel est situé sur la route des stations de sport d'hiver, on peut même y prendre son petit dejeuner à partir de 6 heures du matin.
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel très confortable et fonctionnel. Nous y avons été tres birn reçu par toute l'equipe et nous y avons mangé une excellente fondue. Übernachtung auf Durchreise nach Südfrankreich. Not a place to return to, 3 star rating seems extremely generous. Very dated, almost clean, tired towels and not enough for all the family. Parking is actually public, and very limited. We could not find a space on any of the days and had to park on the pavement nearby. 2 star rating would be more accurate, felt massively overpriced for what you actually get. Reception staff were helpful. Not a hotel to come back to.

Hôtel Excellent, personnel très acceuillant et fort sympatique. le restaurant est au TOP, le petit déjeuner parfait il y a tes tas de choix à volonté. La chambre est très bien spacieuse, climatisée, salle de bains assez grande, des placards de rangement, une grande télévision, il manque juste un mini frigo pour avoir de l'eau au frais, mais il y a quand même le bar de l'hôtel. Sinon il y a des navettes de bus gratuit du 1er juillet au 31 août, navette N° 2 ou navette N°3 mais l'idéale est la navette N°4 qui se prent à 300m de l'hôtel pour aller de l'hôtel à la vieille ville et au bord du lac et ça c'est vraiment super. Tout a été parfait pour nous dasn cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons sans problème peut être cet automne ou même avant.

Lage war super. Auch wenn es bis an den See etwas zu laufen ist, ist die Gegend eine ruhige und sichere. Parkplätze sind allerdings Mangelware. Frühstück hatten wir keines. Das Zimmer für 4 Personen (Doppelbett und Stockbett) mit Bad war ok. Zwar eher eng mit all unseren Taschen auch wenn es einen Schrank gab, nur etwas sauberer hätte es sein können. Aber wenn man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, ist es nicht so schlimm. Personal sehr freundlich.

Hôtel restaurant d'assez bon rapport qualité-prix. Situé à 2,5km environ du lac ( ~30' à pied) dans un quartier calme. Tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer la nuit confortablement, clim, salle de bain avec une baignoire. Personnel accueillant et agréable. Pour ma part, la literie n'était pas des plus confortable (2 petits lits juxtaposés pour en faire un double), trop raide à mon goût, et comme dans beaucoup d'établissement, les joints de la sdb mériteraient d'être repris. Ça reste du détail. L'établissement fait le job sans problème

Accueil, renseignements et services : BIEN. La salle de bain est décevante car des joints sont noirs et l'émail de la baignoire est abimé sur une surface. La climatisation est bruyante. Les commentaires sur la restauration ne donnent pas envie d'y manger mais pas testé par nous même.

This is good hotel, a bit off the beaten path in terms of the old village and the lake but both about a mile away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing fancy - just a nice place to spend the night after sightseeing all day. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you out. I rented a a great e-bike from the hotel at a good price with none of the lines and hassles of renting them on the lakefront or in the village. The breakfast was good - again nothing spectacular - just reasonable food at a reasonable price to get you going on your day. I did not eat dinner at the restaurant as I chose to try local places in town but there were always guests having dinner there when I returned to the hotel a night. All in all a good place to stay!

Übernachtung auf Durchreise nach Südfrankreich. Nach langer Fahrt hätten wir gerne im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen - es hatte aber zu unserer Überraschung und ohne das auf der Website anzukündigen, geschlossen. Wir haben uns dann (bei ziemlicher Kälte) bei einem nahegelegenen Thai etwas Warmes "to go" besorgt, das wir freundlicherweise in der Bar des Hotels verzehren durften. Zimmer ok, Frühstück am Morgen dann gut, Service hat sich korrekt entschuldigt und war insgesamt sehr freundlich.

Hôtel restaurant d'assez bon rapport qualité-prix. Situé à 2,5km environ du lac ( ~30' à pied) dans un quartier calme. Tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer la nuit confortablement, clim, salle de bain avec une baignoire. Personnel accueillant et agréable. Pour ma part, la literie n'était pas des plus confortable (2 petits lits juxtaposés pour en faire un double), trop raide à mon goût, et comme dans beaucoup d'établissement, les joints de la sdb mériteraient d'être repris. Ça reste du détail. L'établissement fait le job sans problème

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel très confortable et fonctionnel. Nous y avons été tres birn reçu par toute l'equipe et nous y avons mangé une excellente fondue. On s'y gare facilement et comme l' hotel est situé sur la route des stations de sport d'hiver, on peut même y prendre son petit dejeuner à partir de 6 heures du matin.

Hôtel Excellent, personnel très acceuillant et fort sympatique. le restaurant est au TOP, le petit déjeuner parfait il y a tes tas de choix à volonté. La chambre est très bien spacieuse, climatisée, salle de bains assez grande, des placards de rangement, une grande télévision, il manque juste un mini frigo pour avoir de l'eau au frais, mais il y a quand même le bar de l'hôtel. Sinon il y a des navettes de bus gratuit du 1er juillet au 31 août, navette N° 2 ou navette N°3 mais l'idéale est la navette N°4 qui se prent à 300m de l'hôtel pour aller de l'hôtel à la vieille ville et au bord du lac et ça c'est vraiment super. Tout a été parfait pour nous dasn cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons sans problème peut être cet automne ou même avant.

Lage war super. Auch wenn es bis an den See etwas zu laufen ist, ist die Gegend eine ruhige und sichere. Parkplätze sind allerdings Mangelware. Frühstück hatten wir keines. Das Zimmer für 4 Personen (Doppelbett und Stockbett) mit Bad war ok. Zwar eher eng mit all unseren Taschen auch wenn es einen Schrank gab, nur etwas sauberer hätte es sein können. Aber wenn man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, ist es nicht so schlimm. Personal sehr freundlich.

Accueil, renseignements et services : BIEN. La salle de bain est décevante car des joints sont noirs et l'émail de la baignoire est abimé sur une surface. La climatisation est bruyante. Les commentaires sur la restauration ne donnent pas envie d'y manger mais pas testé par nous même.
