For starters, something should be said to customers well ahead of time about online banking. They was about to reject me because I bank with chime. I’m pretty sure a refund wasn’t gonna come out of it either. The staff was reasonable yet slow. The room was surprisingly comfortable. Parking was simple but the signs in the parking lot makes you think you might get towed. Overall a solid 3.5/5.

I liked the location, the check in process, and the friendly staff. The patio section could’ve been maintained better. As soon as you walk out of the back door it was a gutter or drainage pipe leaking at it caused some of the patio furniture to be wet. Also, the bar and restaurant was supposed to open at 5 and it was well after 5 before someone came to attend to the bar. We will come back and stay here though. Marking this as a safe place to stay in the area.

The Four Points has a very nice lobby and very inviting staff. They made you feel right at home. The one bedroom king suite had plenty of room for a family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and my wife enjoyed the fitness center which is adjacent to the pool.

Our bed sheets were unclean. It seems as if they had not been removed after the previous guests left. The floor was unclean. There were no bath towels in our room. Even the manager was unable to tell me the amount of the incidental deposit. They tried to charge me a second time for my entire reservation. It was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.

My room was nice but two issues came up. One was the trash can was not emptied; however, it wasn't bad and not a big deal. However, I decided to take a quick nap before dinner and found my bed linens were very wet when I opened up the top blanket. It had a strong odor of bleach and required immediate replacement; and the staff did so quickly, quite weird. Afterwards, the room was just as I am used too but felt compelled to give only four stars.

Upon arrival at 5:30 p.m. my room was NOT ready along with many others. It was after 6 p.m. before I was able to check in. I also did not have any towels in my room. I could still see a cup ring next to the bed meaning the nightstand had never been wiped off & that led me to believe the room had not been cleaned thoroughly either.

I was thinking great things about this hotel the entire time except when I was going to sleep and seen a roach on the floor. The room was clean with no issues until I seen that and it was a no for me and my family. We had prior reservations for the end of the month but cancel it.

I stayed for 5 nights since we were down there for March Madness. Positives: the area was very safe it seemed, not far from downtown, not a super busy area, and the hotel front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good rates. Downsides: Not the most comfortable of beds, but you do get what you pay for. Housekeeping never came to our room but 1 time in 4 days? I was confused by this. We continued to have to ask the front desk for towels, etc once we got back from our long days. Only had the do not disturb sign on the door at night so unsure of what happened here. Lastly, the walls of the hotel were extremely thin, you could hear every noise from the hallway, doors slamming, people talking loudly - I was constantly awoken. Overall - not a terrible experience especially for the best price around town but some improvements could be made to improve stays.

Our stay was amazing.. Everyone at the Hotel was so helpful and refreshingly nice. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. We rented 4 of the king suites with pullout sofa's. On our trip we had 6 children with us and they had a blast. This is a 10 out of 10 experience and hotel. We loved it.

The hotel had to call expedia when I was checking in because even though I paid through expedia days prior, they couldn’t confirm the charge for some reason nor my room. Took 37 minutes to actually check in once they were able to get ahold of an expedia representative to sort out the issue. The hotel room was very nice, and comfortable. The bar/ restaurant was below average and not worth spending the money. Atrocious wait times as well for service.

They finally put us in other room we get ready to take a shower we have no towels we call downstairs first she say we have no towels, Then she say we have some towels but you need to come get it don’t forget is 10pm we been driving all day. I am giving this stay 4 stars (really 3.5) because the worst part about the stay was the check in. We arrived around 4:15pm or 4:20pm check in was at 3pm. I was told that they did not have a room available for me and my mother and that the wait may be approximately an hour. It was also shared that when I book through a 3rd party instead of through the direct website or be a rewards member that 3rd party bookings usually do not take priority over the aforementioned. I was confused at this statement because not only had I stayed I at this property before (which I booked through a 3rd party site) I have never experienced this problem before and I have been using 3rd party booking for years. So after approximately 50 minutes I was told that they finally had a room available for us. No actions were taken to compensate for the inconvenience at all. Staff members were nice and friendly and conversational but I am not sure where the ball was dropped with the check in process.

We called front desk 3 times to inform them out air was not working was told they would be right up after waiting sent someone down to see what was wrong and was told be right up well they never came so needless to say we went with out air the entire night.

The hot water did not work and there was no maintenance engineer on campus until morning and it still took hours for someone to help us. The TV was not clear and kept buffering energy few minutes. When I inquired about that happening, I was told to unscrew the cable cord and unplug and try that. The coffee was not good. The staff at the front desk were nice.
