We could not have been more impressed by this property. The level of service meets the expectations of top rated properties we’ve stayed at in major cities around the world while nestled in a jungle. The pool area was so peaceful and beautiful with 3 levels for guests to enjoy. Food options are limited with a very nice restaurant that offers creative chef specialties and a lobby bar restaurant that was very basic cuisine. The concierge and front desk staff were helpful with all of our questions and needs.

Hotel antigo mas bem cuidado, belos jardins com 3 piscinas de água morna, piscina interna com SPA e saunas. Academia razoável ,quartos amplos e limpos, confortáveis e silenciosos. O Hotel tem um cassino integrado e show de tango do Madeiro de Buenos Aires que vale à pena conferir. Café da manhã apenas razoável para um hotel 5*. Conta com um bar e mais dois restaurantes. We were super impressed with our stay at the Iguazu Grand. I was a bit concerned as I had read some poor reviews from some people complaining about various things. We arrived after a weeks stay in a 5 star hotel on Copacabana (well known global brand) but we have to say this was far superior in every sense. We had a junior suite overlooking the pool that was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. The Breakfast was super contrary to some of the reviews I have read.....The pool area and the gardens were wonderful and very relaxing. We also used the hydrotherapy pool which was a nice chill as well. Overall it beat hands-down the prior stay in Copacabana by a long shot. We would highly recommend and if we come back to Iguazu falls we will defo stay here again. Oh, and thank you Fabio (concierge) for your super efficient and friendly help in arranging all our cars and private tours !!

Excellent services from the friendly staff. Slightly dated shower in my room.Quite well kept swimming pools and also wellness center with indoor pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub. Breakfast buffet had a decent varieties and quality was good

A estrutura do hotel e quartos são fantásticos. Problemas: 1 - piscina adulta interditada, vazia e com lixo dentro. 2 - piscinas infantil e intermediária sujas, lotadas e com água turva. 3 - comida do restaurante do lobby demorada e deplorável (carne dura e totalmente fora do ponto pedido). 4 - café da manhã faltou reposição de ovo mexido, salada de frutas e até doce de leite, além de não oferecer panqueca ou omeletes. 5 - necessidade de reserva para todas as refeições, inclusive café da manhã. 6 - deixei o hotel 1 dia antes com prejuízo da diária por total insatisfação pelos motivos listados acima

Property is unfortunately quite dated and in need of a facelift. The floor in my room had a huge unidentified stain on it and the carpet is past the point of replacement both in the room and hallways. They charge extra for services that are typically included for a resort hotel. They even tried to charge me for a lost plastic key, which seems completely over the top. The food was pretty terrible all around and due to the location, it is hard to go somewhere else. The spa was the best part about the place but I would not come back.

Das Hotel hat keine 5* Kategorie, sondern zw. 3 und maximal 4 *! Vieles war kaputt, es tropfte von der Decke in der Lobby wegen Regen, dafür wurde ein Eimer gestellt. Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, aber das dazugehörige Restaurant für Abend - das war sehr gut! Das Frühstücksbüffet war miserabel und sehr begrenzt: 2 Sorten Wurst, nur bereits vorgetoastete (teilweise verbrannte) Toastscheiben. In der Mitte vom Büfett Tisch stand ein großes Korb mit Baguette, Schwarzbrot und vielen anderen Sorten - es war nur ein DEKO!!! Für Spiegeleier mussten wir extra bezahlen! An der Rezeption konnte niemand englisch. Bezahlen sollten wir gleich beim einchecken - war stressig!

Local is a little outside the town and it’s not safe to walk after dark but taxis are cheap. There is no Uber. We had to change rooms as AC noise is deafening in some rooms in ground floor and we ended with a smaller room but without the terrace. AC works intermittently Staff are very nice, helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet is very extensive and the the food at Le Jardín restaurant is very good. Nice wine menu and very reasonably priced. No currency exchange on site but you can charge everything so not too inconvenient. You can charge taxis to your room and town taxis take credit card to return. Gardens and pool top notch.

Sinks don't work. Staff doesn't speak English including front desk. Was asked to come back later to pick up extra room key as it would take too long to make one. Check in took forever as they had to manually enter the credit card number. It's a three star at best.

This hotel, resort, and casino is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy good food, and have a spa treatment. We stayed here for 2 nights. We toured Iguazu Falls for over 7 hours on our 2nd day in Puerto Igauzu, and this resort was a great place to relax, dine, and sleep for our brief time in Iguazu. The staff are amazing! SO friendly, kind, helpful.

We had to change rooms as AC noise is deafening in some rooms in ground floor and we ended with a smaller room but without the terrace. AC works intermittently Staff are very nice, helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet is very extensive and the the food at Le Jardín restaurant is very good. Nice wine menu and very reasonably priced. No currency exchange on site but you can charge everything so not too inconvenient. You can charge taxis to your room and town taxis take credit card to return. Gardens and pool top notch.

Excelente apartamento e roupas de cama e banho . Pecam muitíssimo na temperatura dos alimentos. Cris de Natal com ótimos cortes, porém, gelados … lakehtavel . Costela de boi grudava na própria gordura. Preços quando convertidos em reais são muito mais caros que no Brasil.

Muy buenos los espacios comunes, tanto el parque y sus piletas como la zona de gym y spa. (sin duda lo mejor del hotel). Las habitaciones espaciosas pero con detalles en el baño. El personal de recepcion es el mas flojo de todos, salvo alguna expecion. Los mozos y el personal de piscinas muy buenos y cordiales todos. El desayuno variado y abundante. El restaurante terrazas, estuvimos bien por el mozo y mal por la comida. En el otro estuvo todo impecable (servicio y comida)
