Staff was super friendly, accommodating and caring, and that's comforting when you are away from not only home but your own country. The common area's were always kept clean and tidy and there was always something nice they offered, like Coffee in the morning, Lemonade in the afternoons, Tea at night, Nice touch! The rooms were very clean and maintained, fresh towels, soaps, etc. daily. It's in a nice quiet setting, but literally a five minute walk from a huge Centre that has so much! Restaurants, Ice Skating, Movie Theater, a Cacino and more! And for the price of the stay, you can't beat it!

The City Lodge Hotel was a small but charming and well-maintained hotel. Most importantly, I felt safe and free to move around the Grand West Casino and its properties. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was attentive. I’d stay here again.
