Close to everything (restaurants, shopping, etc…) Nice hotel at very fair price. Nice pool and breakfast included. My wife called desk to order extra blankets and they were delivered to our room in about 20 minutes.

The hotel was ok. My kids were excited about using the pool after being stuck in the car all day. The setup of the pool is not ideal. It is partially indoor, partially outdoor. While a nice feature, it is too close to certain rooms and windows. Security came out to tell us that our very well behaved children were being too loud. What pool situation does not cause happy chatter from children? Mind you, my son is deaf so in order to speak to him at an already loud location, we must raise our voices. He tends to be louder as well since he can't hear himself. Very disappointing and upsetting that the hotel and other patrons are not understanding of people's differences.

The location is undergoing renovation and the room we were given was not in appropriate condition for people to sleep in. Apart from being filthy, it had a strong paint odor. The staff met our concern with absolute apathy. We will never stay in a Holiday Inn property ever again due to this experience.

The carpet all around the AC was soaking wet. When i was checking out, the person in front of me was complaining about the same thing. Otherwise, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The complimentary shuttle from the airport was prompt and pleasant. We arrived super early for check in and had to wait in the lobby which was more than fine. The front desk coordinated with housekeeping and got our room ready early regardless which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. The room is adequate: beds are comfortable, there is a microwave and refrigerator and the tv has a decent selection of channels. Our room smelled pretty heavily of mildew but it’s Florida so that’s not atypical. Breakfast in the morning has a lot of options: pancakes, bagels, cereal, sausages, etc. Fairly standard fare. The biggest “disappointment “ for us was that the hotel was advertised to have an area shuttle that would go up to 3 miles from the hotel. That is one of the primary reasons we booked the room that we did. Unfortunately, that is not the case and there is no shuttle available outside of the one that goes to the airport and back. We made it work but it was still a bit of a letdown.

The people all were great and for the most part the hotel is fine, however the room required maintenance. Burned out light bulb in a lamp in the main room, which isn't too bad, but the bathroom needed some maintenance. The shower drain was clogged, the shower head was broken and would not hold itself up. The soap tray was broken and had sharp edges, and the soap dispenser in the shower was great if you were 7 ft tall. But don't get me wrong this day was okay.

Checked in around 3 PM local time. I got the single room with a king size bed on the top floor. During my stay, there was a thunderstorm with zero visibility. After the storm cleared, I got to see the sunset which was beautiful. The king size bed is too soft, I felt like I was sinking in quicksand when I sat on the bed. The pillows were too soft and when I laid down on the bed with the pillows as head support, I couldn’t see anything when I turned my head left or right. The room’s couch was just perfect- not too soft and too firm which I liked. The complementary breakfast didn’t have a whole lot of options for me to choose from since I am a vegetarian. However, I did enjoy the breakfast nonetheless. Check out process the next day and the airport shuttle service were a smooth and easy to follow process. This hotel reservation was last minute for me and the price I paid I guess you can say I deserved as opposed to an advance reservation. By all means, take my experience with a grain of salt.

I was there for 3 days. My family and I had been traveling from FL to VA. to PA. to NY. back to PA. then back to VA. then back to FL to catch our flight. All in an effort to visit family before moving to Japan for 4 years. Every hotel we stayed was fine except our last hotel stay at the holiday inn. The things I appreciated most during our stays were getting a hot shower and good rest. I was in the hot shower for less than a minute before it went cold as I was soapy hopping out of the shower to call the front desk about 10x no answer. I sent my son down to tell them. They offered a room change but that wasn’t an option because we had too many bags and luggages due to moving to Japan or we had to wait til the next morning for maintenance. So we stayed. My husband checked the hot water each hour 4 hours later it was hot again. The next day we literally ask housekeeping to clean our room and she agreed but when we came back after hours to an untouched room and needing toilet paper. Even though it says in the details on the booking app that there was to be daily cleaning. I give this stay no stars. The one thing that we all expect when staying in a hotel is hot water.

The entire staff was so professional and courteous. But, I'd like to especially thank the shuttle driver (Miss Sylvia) for her thoughtfulness. She was engaging, punctual, and gave me tips of how to navigate the area. Thanks to Miss Sylvia and the entire staff for this property!

They treated me amazing. I had car issues while I was there and it was supposed to be done and kept taking longer to get fixed and this hotel was super accommodating by letting us have late check outs etc at no charge until I figured out if I needed to stay again. Only complaint is the pools were a bit gross the first couple days but then they fixed that.

The shuttle they claim they offer doesn’t run until after 11 pm. My daughter and I had travelled all day and had to sit on the tarmac for two hours just to find this out. Then not to mention, they weren’t there at 11, but finally showed up at 11:30. When we get to the room the floor was soaking wet and no one ever claimed to check it or anything. I’ve stayed at many holiday inn expresses and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. It’s usually a very good experience with nice people. Not the case here.

Checkin was quick and easy. Room was very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and coffee was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Checkout was super easy. Our TV remote was missing. My husband reported it to the front desk, and in less than 10 minutes we had a replacement. Awesome!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Our shuttle was prompt. George greeted us with a big welcoming smile, and was very courteous and helpful! Our room smelled clean upon entering, beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. A bit of traffic noise, but mostly quiet.My husband sleeps through anything , I use earplugs and sleep well. Nice black out pull down blind on window. Breakfast was excellent! Two omelet choices, crisp bacon, hot cinnamon rolls lots of choices. We’re swimmers, and enjoyed the pool. Short lap swimming ( but it’s a motel ), we loved it! We’ll stay again,

The hot bar for breakfastt wasnt working either day I stayed . One of the reasons that I chose Holiday Inn was the hot brealfast. Some of the outlets were replaced incorrectly. There was small holes around the outlets . There wasnt any hot water in the sink in bathroom. The air conditioner never cool off the room . The air conditioner needed a new filter it was filthy
