To clarify, right at the start: this is a three-star hotel, not a modern 5-star resort. If you stay at this hotel, you have three certainties: a super central location, a very decent breakfast and, most importantly, incredible quiet. An older building with decent walls prevents disturbance from both the hallway, the bathroom, the neighbors. Unimaginable in new hotels. The roof terrace and bar is also very nice. Mattresses are OK, air conditioning worked well in July and did not disturb. I recommend the hotel

Fantastic breakfast buffet included. Amazing location…..right across the street from the beach, and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Very friendly and accommodating gentleman on the front desk. Modern and clean room, with huge bed. My room had a terrace near the pool.

Hade inga förväntningar på hotellet då jag visste att det funnits i många år och att stjärnorna dalat på klassificeringen. Men det är helt okej fortfarande och ligger väldigt bra. Poolområdet är mestadels i skugga och det är tråkigt. Baren på taket har man inte lagt så mycket energi på och det är också tråkigt då den har ett utmärkt läge. Lockar inte till några besök. Frukosten är trevlig och ger många valmöjligheter.

Great little hotel in a great location! It’s a little old & tired in places but it almost adds to the character of the hotel. Great rooftop bar and a free welcome drink of cava is a great idea as we actually had a few drinks! Pool area is clean but does need a few more beds! Breakfast is also very good.

The property is excellent. With a beachfront location, it is conveniently located to centre of town which has an array of local shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Given its proximity to the nightlife, it can get loud in the evenings if you're poolside but the soundproofing of the shutters and doors to the balcony are effective. The staff on arrival and departure were incredibly efficient and friendly. The food offering at the breakfast buffet was wide-ranging with breads, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurts and English Breakfast options all available, as well as Spanish cuisines such as the cold meats and cheese section. The rooms were comfortable with large beds and television/DVD player and streaming options. The free WiFi and use of the safe were useful too. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and efficient, cleaning rooms to a good standard! The Nespresso machine and kettle with teas and coffees was also an added bonus. Despite its size, the spa pool area outside (first floor) was easily accessible and relaxing. It is well decked and there are a range of deckchairs available and the pool itself had a number of jets and a bubble pool. The rooftop bar with amazing views is a great spot to watch the sunsets. Best hotel we have stayed in on our visits to Sitges for many years.

Hotel desperately needs a refit. Very old. Tiny room and bathroom. Mouldy shower. Grimy carpets on stairs. Towels stored outside room. Disappointing terrace with view of rooves of other buildings. No sun on room balcony after lunch. No idea why this place is rated so highly. Extremely noisy throughout the night.

Un buon albergo nel centro di Sitges. Consiglio camere superior che hanno un bagno più grande e vista migliore poichè si rischia, come nel mio caso che avevo una camera classic, di avere un bagno piccolo ed essere posizionato ai piani bassi con vista non proprio piacevole. Per il resto l'hotel è pulito ben organizzato e con una prima colazione ottima.

Great location on the seafront and really close to shops and restaurants. Lovely staff - especially the friendly lady on reception. Breakfast options are vast, but unfortunately not a lot of options for vegans so we had to supplement with our own food. While some hot food would have been okay, beans and mushrooms were right next to meat - separation and some labelling would be a great enhancement. Our room had a sea view, huge bed and good bathroom. Door to the balcony was very well soundproofed, but the area is generally quite quiet so we could enjoy the sound of the waves at night. Lovely place!

Great location but this hotel could really use some updating. Carpets, painting, lighting all need some help. Loved the bar on top! Was a terrific place in the evenings. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Also loved the pool area! What’s up with these GIGANTIC beds and where do you find sheets to fit them?! By the way, can be a very noisy location, esp when there is a festival going on on the beach across the street with music going on until 3 am.

The staff was nice. My room was clean. But, it smelled my entire stay. The wifi was horrible. I’ve never stayed a hotel and it been that bad. The TV was so hard to work. It also had this weird zoom in feature that wouldn’t go away because the TV was so small & positioned so high up. I felt like I was staying in the 60s in my hotel room. It’s a cheap option for if you’ll be at the beach all day or for a short time. But, even then, you won’t have the best comfort upon returning to your room especially if you want to relax and watch TV or use the internet. Otherwise, great location & close to the shops.

Great hotel in a great location - right across from the beach and also in the centre of town, what's not to love! Great choice for breakfast, which runs until 12.00 pm. Lovely room, huge comfortable bed! We visited in April and it was very warm - the hotel was still on heating mode, rather than air-conditioning, so it was very hot in the room. We had to sleep with the doors to the balcony open, this meant that everybody's smoke came into our room which was horrible. This was our only negative point about the hotel.

Pleasant stay, the hotel itself is clean and comfortable but extremely dated. The hotel is in a fantastic location and that would be the only reason I would return again. The man on reception was quite unwelcoming too. The hotel is very dark & dated and is possibly due for a revamp. If that doesn’t bother then it’s otherwise ok. The free lemonade and glass of cava was a very nice touch I must say.

The man on reception was quite unwelcoming too. The hotel is very dark & dated and is possibly due for a revamp. If that doesn’t bother then it’s otherwise ok. The free lemonade and glass of cava was a very nice touch I must say.

While some hot food would have been okay, beans and mushrooms were right next to meat - separation and some labelling would be a great enhancement. Our room had a sea view, huge bed and good bathroom. Door to the balcony was very well soundproofed, but the area is generally quite quiet so we could enjoy the sound of the waves at night. Easy walk from sitges train and in the hub of restaurants and shops. Stayed 3 nights with brother in next room. We are both 60’s / 70 and loved it. Fantastic place just across the road from the sea. Stayed in Seaview room which had comfortable bed and bathroom. There is a 5 star absolutely fabulous breakfast with such a massive selection of seafood, cheese, eggs, pastries, cereals and fruit and sparkling wine. Very friendly polite staff

The air conditioning stopped working in 75% of the hotel. The staff strung guests along with saying it would be fixed for 2 days. If you can’t provide the services you advertise that’s false advertising. No apologies from staff, in fact they walked away from the front desk mid conversation and put up the “back in 5mins” sign. If you can’t deal with issues as a service provider, you’re in the wrong industry. Do not stay here!
