very good location, the beach is so close and lovely, easy to walk to the centre, the pool is really nice but no drinks or food service by the pool. the room was large with a huge bed and the shower was amazing. there is no English Chanel TV, and the room telephone wasn't working from day 1 and never got fixed. we had a side sea view room on the 3rd floor, very happy with our choice. the Aircon was good and working well. the restaurant is reasonably good but can be very slow service and sometimes the food was not hot, especially for breakfast, there is definitely room for improvement for the restaurant. I would return to the hotel but not sure about using the restaurant again, which is a shame as it has a great view and the location is perfect.

Lovely hotel situated at the front and easy walking distance along the promenade and to the port. Food in the restaurant attached was great for lunch. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the area was quiet. Shower was great and the products had a lovely smell. The pool area in the garden is small but there are lots of chairs, tables and some sun loungers.

Staff are lovely, they are the best thing about the hotel. The room was clean and generally good. The one weights machine in the gym is broken. The breakfast buffet was ok, not great. The worst thing about the hotel was that they limit the air conditioning to a minimum of 27 degrees celsius! So it's practically useless.

Great little hotel , good location , clean and easy access to beach and restaurants. Be carful with parking , the interior garage requires you to have a small car or beware… they don’t park your car and it is easy to understand why … look at the walls . They should offer valet or other locations to park as this is not ideal and it will cost you a paint job …

Finding the hotel is a challenge. Parking garage is a nightmare but once you see the parking situation in Sitges you’re happy to have the opportunity to park off street. Beachfront location is world class.

Perfekt läge vid stranden. Grym frukost där det går att sitta och blicka ut över havet. Väldigt uppskattat att kunna låna solstolar och badhandukar till stranden. Poolområdet är inget att rekommendera och skugga större delen av tiden. Gymmet borde inte få heta gym utan är väldigt dåligt utrustat. Vi bodde med delvis havsutsikt vilket är helt okej om du har någon av rummen på våning 2 & 3 och långt ut mot stranden. Solen kommer runt på balkongen efter lunch Läget, service och frukosten gör att helhetsintrycket blir mycket bra.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Nice clean hotel. Large bedroom. Great access to restaurants bars and directly across from beach. Points for improvement. No drawers in bedroom all open shelves. Hot breakfast in dishes with no kids so therefore Luke warm every day of our stay. Breakfast and bar staff not as friendly as reception staff. Pool area in shade plus conference meetings most days overlooking the pool so if you do lay out as we did on one of only 8 sunlounges you are watched by the 20plus people in the conference room. Not a great experience so never used the pool again after the first day.

Save your money, stay elsewhere. We’ve been staying in stitches for nearly 20 years but this is the first time at this hotel. This is not what I expect from a four star property. Room 216 had clearly not had a proper deep clean in some considerable time as everything you touched was dusty or dirty. The shower enclosure suffered from a considerable amount of black mould around the edges and on the tile work, and the toilet was faulty, constantly running. We had paid for breakfast as part of our deal. What a disappointment this was. Poor quality, limited choice, staff who were engaged in restocking the restaurant, and cleaning and vacuuming being carried out whilst you were eating your breakfast. There was also a lack of choice with the available offerings being very limited, and getting less as the week went on. Whilst the pool area is nice, this was about the most positive thing about the hotel, other than the friendliness of the reception staff. After checking out on the last day, I went to the toilet in the reception area close the door behind me, only to discover there was no handle to open to get back out. I had to be released by staff who managed to get the door open the solution to this problem was to simply take the door away, so no privacy if you needed to use the toilet. If I pay for four star, I expect a certain level of service and quality. At 200+ euros a night, spend your money in a different hotel. It will cost you less and you will get so much more.

I love this hotel. The staff are so nice. The location is amazing - right by the beach and shops and restaurants. The partial ocean view room was awesome. The bed was amazing and the linens. Super clean. Love love love.

Mycket fint hotel med bra service fin pool och mycket rent och städat. Hotellet ligger i San Sebastian som är den lugna delen av Sitges. Det mindre bra är att det saknas mörkläggningsgardiner men man vaknar tidigt .

Hotel in a lovely location and was spotless.Our balcony over pool room was spacous enough, it had the morning sun with comfy bed.coffee and kettle with fridge.and good AC...(no English on TV. ) All the Staff are lovely and friendly.Breakfast quality was really good just not much choice. But it was out of Season so maybe that's why. Dog friendly hotel so dogs everywhere around hotel. Must be very fit as there is a lot of hill walking to be done to get to anywhere in that area of Sitges. Bus and train not near hotel with only one taxi company in town. Restaurant at hotel serves delicious quality food with good ambience, love that its by the sea.We had a lovely memorable three night stay and didn't want to leave.Thank you all.

A nicely placed hotel, the staff is nice and helpful, but not that informative by check-in and you have to find ur own way around and find out when breakfast is served and so. Breakfast is pretty okay, but often the buffet was empty and the servers stressed. So took a while. Room was a good size, a little tired as the rest of the hotel. But very nice beds. It was very warm in the rooms as the aircon can only go down to 27 degrees. Nothing really to say about the pool area other than - it’s there…

The location can’t be beat. We had a room that faced the beach. Very clean. The room was stuffy even with the AC, a ceiling fan would really work and it might drown out the neighbours. The hotel is not very sound proof. But we would stay again, great spot

Pleasant and helpful staff. Great location. SUPER CLOSE to the beach. Sitges is a great town and you are within short walking distance of all the sights. My only complaint was that the hotel was a little noisy - delivery trucks on the street outside and room doors slamming as people came and went. Otherwise a terrific place to stay.

The property staff were excellent! They were warm, friendly, attentive, and showed Care upon my arrival. The hotel, although not large was very nice, clean and comfortable. However, The chair in the room makes a loud noise when moving it across the floor. My biggest complaint was, I could hear my neighbor moving their chairs in the next room. They were doing this late at night and throughout the night making it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Because of this, I will never stay at this hotel again.

In total I stayed for four days in March, just ahead of the tourist season. I loved my stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic - helpful, friendly, wonderful. I asked for some help with a few things and they went out of their way. Beyond this: the location of the hotel is really brilliant, right on the water at the small San Sebastián beach, just behind the main drag at Sitges. It’s super close to everything but it’s also it’s own little world around the hotel and I imagine even at high season a little more bearable. The hotel is in great condition, everything works and is comfortable, and there is plenty of room, air and light. Breakfast is in a gorgeous restaurant under the hotel - the offering is ok, it is the one thing that could do with a little more choice, but it’s a tiny comment against an overall great stay and I will definitely try stay here again in future.

On our arival the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Great location for accessing beaches, restaurants, and nught life. Yet far enough away to be peaceful. The only things that could be improved were the showers, which let water escape the glass partitions. The breakfast buffet was good, however could use more frequent fillings of the items. Especially if you don't get there early.

Friendly, helpful staff, they went out of their way to assist.Some previous guests leave umbrellas/chairs with the hotel for our use! Was so handy! Loved our stay here. The location is amazing — right next to the sea and in the quieter side of town. You can walk to the busier side in about 8 minutes. The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend. Gracias!

On our first visit to Sitges many years ago, we stayed in one of the half a dozen rooms at the front of this lovely hotel that faces the sea directly. We were very happy to return to one of those rooms and had high expectations, which were entirely met. Every night, we fell asleep with the door to the balcony thrown open to the fabulous sound of the unending surf, just as we had remembered. Great breakfasts and all the fine restaurants we visited were 10-12 minutes away on foot. Balmins Beach was just one beach along to the left, over the headland. There were always staff around when you wanted one and they were all friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!

The staff at the hotel is amazing and the attached restaurant, Amanit is so delicious. The breakfast buffet cannot be missed while looking out to the sea. Valentina, Fran and Eli were so good to us while taking care of the customers. Some of the best service we have had while touring Europe. To us Sitges and Spain are by far the most country we have visited.

Overpriced. Room was ok at best. Hotel in general was very basic, more 2 star than 4. Food at breakfast was very disappointing as well, especially given the exorbitant price. Staff was nice. For some reason taxis will not come to the hotel for pick-ups
