Overall good property with a nice pool and terrace. Good value for accepted rate at the time of booking. The room had good bedding, AC, TV, minibar, a balcony and an optional breakfast at a discounted rate. Registration took longer than usual possibly due to upgraded system, but they allowed for storing luggage for early check-in, which was a plus. Nice lobby area, access to beach, and surrounding shops.

Location is great and breakfast good. We had best balcony sea view room £250+ per night, but definitely not 4* room, very basic. No in room water unless you pay €1.50 for small 33cl bottle. Not even any tissues other than back of 2 on first day. Storage is terrible if you have any amount of luggage. Roof pool nice but no facilities for drinks or toilet which was 4 floors down.

Les vacances a Sitges sont toujours des jours de plaisir depuis des annees. Cet hotel est super bien placé, a côté de tout. Services et propreté rien a dire. Parking sur place de lhotel quand même un peu cher 20€/jour...et un reproche: aucune installation de recharge electrique n'est prevue pour les véhicules hybrides, ce qui, a ce prix, est regrettable.

Nice property, great location right across the street from the beach, and 1-2 blocks away from tens of restaurants. Pool deck is nice, it could be upgraded, or at least have shaded areas. They have awnings and umbrellas, but for some reason, they don’t use them (it’s a bit frustrating to have to ask). The room was very good size and comfy. We would go back for sure!

We had a lovely room with a terrace overlooking Mediterranean Sea beach. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed anything or had questions. Room & hotel was clean and well maintained. Many options for cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Walking distance to bus and train as well. We would recommend.

The hotel is perfectly located on the beachfront. Weird thing to note but it smells wonderful the minute you walk in. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean and modern and nicely laid out. The air con is also very good. Lots of great amenities too and the pool and lounge area are great!

Pros: The hotel is very well located. The room was small but with everything needed. The room was available when I checked in (around 12:30) Cons: The bedding was bad. I stayed in the summer, with the AC off, and I was cold during the night as the bedding did not retain the body heat. Other friends in other rooms had the same experience. The air filter in the bathroom was probably never cleaned, and it was absolutely disgusting. In the room I stayed, the storage for clothes was very limited, but that is not true for other rooms The Wi-Fi signal was very week in the room I stayed The view of the room was directly to the balcony of the building behind the hotel. This for me looked more like a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars hotel. Very overpriced as I paid £750 for 2 nights, and I was expecting a much better experience. However, its location is just in front of the beach, which makes it very convenient.

Reden om weer te overnachten in dit hotel (voorheen met de naam La Niña) is de ligging aan de boulevard bij het strand. Heerlijk om ‘s ochtends op het terras te kunnen ontbijten. Erg jammer dat er gasten zijn die op dit terras roken. De kamers werden dagelijks keurig schoongemaakt. Complimenten daarvoor. Op basis van eerdere verblijven in het hotel dachten we dat iedere (klassieke) kamer aan de achterzijde een balkon heeft. Tot onze teleurstelling kwamen we er echter deze keer achter dat er ook kamers zijn zonder balkon (maar met dezelfde prijs).

This hotel was great. The staff were courteous and the room we had was clean and spacious. Location, Location Location! Hotel is right on the beach and close to Old Town with its great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended this hotel for those who want to get away from the crowds of Barcelona.

The staff are all lovely. The pool area at the top is good and we always managed to get a sunlounger. Breakfast is good too. Good selection of food, hot and cold items. We loved sitting out the front for our breakfasts every day. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the rooms. They really need to be renovated. They are really outdated and not soundproofed. You can hear people in the corridors and also people moving chairs above you. Saying that, the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the location too. I'd be happy to stay here again once the rooms have been updated.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Pool area is fab with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast was great too, above what we were expecting. Only downside was the rooms are a bit tired and dated. Very clean and ideal for a 2 night stay but they could do with modernising.

This is a good hotel, comfortable and well-placed in the middle of Sitges and nearby the beach. The hotel is a little old though and would greatly benefit from some care and renovation. We got a queen bed but it was in fact two double beds close to each other and not attached to each other. The even provided sheets for two separate beds rather than for a queen one. Still quite far away from Balmins beach. The bathroom was old and would benefit from remodeling.

The property is in a great location to enjoy all Sitges has to offer as walkable and close to buses and the train station just a few minutes walk. The reception is sophisticated but the rooms haven’t as yet had such a treatment suffering from a definite late 80s early 90’s vibe and decor. The rear balconies are very close to the adjacent property, so much that you probably couldn’t use it comfortably if the residents were around.

Pros: across street from the beach; close to shops and restaurants. Cons: Air conditioning was broken and we never got a straight answer as to the problem or whethe it would be fixed. Inconvenient to go from floor 4 pool to reception area to get towels for pool or other things.

Lovely place to stay if you are on foot. Very easy and nice walk to shops and station for train to Barcelona. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Excellent value for money. Easy to get to and from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but extremely noisy until 2am with Gay pride stage in front of hotel. Didnt sleep for three nights. I had no warning of this to give me a choice to change hotels/cancel and no compensation from hotel.

Profesjonell og hyggelig velkomst. Effektiv innsjekking. Rom med balkong mot sjøen, fin standard og rent. Støy fra korridoren og fra andre rom kunne høres godt. Velassortert frokost, hyggelig betjening, og sitteplasser ute og inne. Takterrasse med solstoler og lite basseng, fantastisk utsikt over havet og strandpromenaden. Med beliggenhet ved stranda vil det være en del støy fra havet, badegjester og natteliv fra rommene med havutsikt. I høysesong er kanskje rom uten havutsikt roligere.

@Sercotel Kalma Sitges 너무 마음에 들었던 시체스의 숙소!!! 일단 여기는 햇볕도 공기도 주변 모든 나무와 새도 그냥 지상낙원 그 자체임. 공사중이라 했지만 전혀 불편함이 없었던 숙소. 볼땐 단촐해 보였는데, 어느하나 흠잡을게 없던 조식 정말 어떻게 이렇게 다 신선하고 건강하면서도 맛이 있을 수가… 바로바로 오렌즈 착즙해서 주스를 만들어주던 머신 우리나라도 보급이 시급해 보였음. 잡내없이 쫄깃하고 고소한 고기며 소세지에 맛돌이 빵들. 입터져버림. 저 여기서 살면 안되나요ㅠㅠ 방도 업그레이드 해주시고, 해변 바로 앞이라 뷰도 멋지고 동선까지 편하고 아름답던곳. 침대나 샤워시설 난방까지 완벽했음^^

My partner and I had a pleasant stay, although there were some aspects that could be improved. Let's start with the positives. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a smile upon our arrival. Check-in was smooth. The rooms were a bit on the small side, and we felt that they could use some refreshing to brighten them up. The breakfast was okay, but it was slightly disappointing for a 4-star hotel. There was a basic selection of breakfast items, but it lacked variety. We would have appreciated more options to choose from, especially since we were staying for several days. Nevertheless, the staff in the breakfast area was friendly, and we had a decent start to the day. One of the most peculiar things we noticed was the absence of bathing facilities for guests with late departures. For a hotel with 4 stars, we expected them to have a shower or changing area available, so guests could freshen up before leaving. This was undoubtedly an inconvenience and something we hope the hotel will consider addressing. Overall, we still had a good experience at Sercotel Kalma Sitges. The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to the beach.

Alt i alt en udmærket oplevelse. Meeen når man bor på hotellet 12 nætter når man at blive træt af morgenbuffetten som for et 4 stjernet hotel er meget spartansk. Superiorværelset er uden hygge med kun en skrivebordsstol. Ingen små hyggemøbler overhovedet. Meget venligt og kompetent personale overalt.

This hotel has the worst breakfast I have ever experienced. The hotel has 4 stars, which must only be based on its location near the beach. It has old interial and bad service. You hear when neighbors come home very responsively. Bad choice from my sinde I Will never stay her again.

The Hotel was in a very good location, was clean and the Staff were really friendly and helpful. The only disappointing aspect was the lack of a Bar or Restaurant for lunch or Dinner which to be honest a Hotel this size and on a Beachfront location should have. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of items. All in all a very good stay.
