Poolområdet var minimalt, annars trevligt hotel på bra plats med fint morgonmål.

The garage for parking the car was much too small. Couldn’t get my car out when leaving so they needed to call the owner of the car beside mine to move it. Otherwise super nice!

Bodde her fra mandag til fredag i mai ifm jobbreise. Fikk ordnet parkering under hotellet (veldig trangt med stor bil) God service, hyggelige ansatte, herlig frokost og fin bar ut mot vei og strand. Fin utsikt og god beliggenhet. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

I'm giving this hotel 4 stars mainly for the location. Right across from the beach and walkable to clubs and restaurants. The pool is small, food was fine, bummed that breakfast wasn't included. Staff was ok. The room was spacious and comfortable but the hotel outside and common areas needed some updating. We walked to the Renfe train station to take the train to Barcelona and the airport.

Mooi viersterren hotel, centraal gelegen in Sitges. Mooie schone ruime kamers met goede comfortabele bedden, ruim balkon en grote badkamer met regendouche. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid in een sfeervol restaurant wat uitkijkt over de boulevard. Wij hebben zelf geparkeerd in de publieke garage, wat pal voor de deur van het hotel gelegen is. Dit mede omdat de parking van het hotel vaak vol zit. Het hotel wordt veel gebruikt voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, kortom een hotel om aan te raden. Klein minpunt is het zwembad, deze stelt echt niets voor en beschikt ook maar over enkele ligbedden. Daarnaast zou ik extra hoofdkussens op de kamer leggen, met name voor de noord Europese reizigers.

Wonderful location across from the beautiful beaches of Sitges. It’s well staffed and offers beach towels. The gym is small but well air conditioned. We will definitely return.

A lovely 2 nights staying at Hotel Calipolis. We had a wonderful room with a sea view. Very clean and has all amenities for a good stay. We ate 3 times at the hotel, in the restaurant and also at the bar which was very good. Breakfast was a little disappointing though choice was reasonable but the hot food was a little tasteless. Staff very friendly and location of hotel is great. Pool is very small but the beach is across the road so no issue. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. Refurbishments were being done around the pool area but it was not in any way an inconvenience as our trip was during the winter/Christmas break. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Our room was cleaned daily. Beds were comfortable. Spacious room with nice bathroom with all practical facilities. Very good location. Excellent overall and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here many years ago and wonder why we left it so long to return. Great hotel. Have to mention the housekeeping team who were fantastic - rooms were service daily and were kept immaculately clean

Room was not adequately cleaned. The thermostat in the room was completely broken and it was extremely hot. The staff was not helpful. Extreme waste of money. Will never stay here again when returning to Sitges.

Clean, friendly welcoming staff

The hotel looks nice from the outside and the reception, restaurant and bar are also well presented. Our room was ok but our bathroom was really not up to standard. The walls and floor were raw with a plain waterproof (plaster-like) covering with marks and stains all over. There was no ventilation in the room so we had to leave the door open to try to clear the condensation. There was a small UPVC window in the room that, when opened revealed a service riser containing the pipes used for the hotel! Why this is not a locked maintenance panel I have no idea as not only is the dungeon-like space unsightly, it would also be easy for a curious child to climb into the riser with disastrous consequences. I do not usually write bad reviews and am pretty easygoing. However, I write this one not because of the aforementioned bathroom. It is because of the incredibly unfriendly staff! Upon arrival we approached the woman at reception who could not raise a smile let alone a welcome! Throughout our stay we saw her often and could not squeeze a hello from her. I asked her for a wine bottle opener and was told to go to the bar. I went to the bar and the guy wanted me to bring the wine down from my room for him to open as he did not want to lend me one! Why say you are a 4 star hotel when you can’t provide the necessary services? The guy on breakfast reception was also disinterested. To summarise, the hotel’s staff lets it down. If you don’t like people don’t work in hospitality!

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and it was good proximity to the centre of town. It’s not a super buzzing or vibrant hotel but totally serviceable. Incredibly clean and comfortable.

Clean (although the plumbing system is outdated…); polite and professional personnel; convenient; great options for breakfast. We will definitely recommend Calipolis as your hotel staying in Sitges!

Great location. Rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfy. The view from a standard terrace with ocean view is unbelievable.

Positives - beautiful views of the ocean (junior suite) from the oversize balcony (loved it), central location, large/clean room. Negatives - noise from the street can be overwhelming.

Great location. Hotel is a little faded. No AC in the room made the room very warm and had to sleep with balcony door open. But nice staff and overall reasonable stay.

The view depends on the room as there might be rooms with no view at all. I had a room 528 which had a perfect view. Of course all depends on the price you pay. So for me it was a 4.5 star hotel and a 5 star view for my selected room.

It was overall pretty ok. The view was stunning. I do not think it is a 4 Star Hotel to be honest. I would book it again though the view was nice. I had a neighbour with an alcohol problem and the walls were a bit too thin I could hear everything. I told him to please shut up I would like to enjoy my holidays.

Great location, right on the beach, close to restaurants. The room is comfortable with spectacular ocean views and the whole coast. The included breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. The only issue I had was the noise especially during the night, the music and noises from the beach clubs near by are so loud and continuously until 3-4 AM almost every night.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Providing free chairs and umbrellas for the beach, as well as towels, was really appreciated and made our beach days so nice

The reception staff didn't know their job, they took their time, they didn't give us beach towel cards. The hotel is good, clean.

Always enjoy my stay at Hotel Calipolis. We had two separate reservations and the reservation assistant assured us that we did not have to move rooms. She upgraded us to a room with a bigger balcony and it was simply the best! Highly recommend this hotel and the breakfast is excellent!

For as expensive as it was $350 for one night, there was no hair conditioner in the shower. Body wash, shampoo and body lotion. In the shower. There were also no wash cloths. We could only log on to one electronic device with WiFi. We got there a little early and they held our bags, which was a bonus. Other than that, the room was clean. The restaurant had friendly staff and good food. The front desk staff was somewhat rude and acted inconvenienced.

It is convenient location. Metro closeby. The staff average. I noticed ladies aren't that friendly upon check in. Room not ready till 3pm so be busy when you land early. There is no Courtesy to offer. Granted Housekeeping is same and not hearing bang

Calipolis was the perfect location for our long weekend in Sitges. Right on the beach and walking distance to everything we did, we didn't pay for transit even one time all weekend. The bus transfer from BCN airport also stops just a few blocks north of the hotel. Overall the property was clean and beautiful with an amazing location. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Incredible balcony views, very close to the beach full of restaurants and stores. Quick taxi access as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. WiFi was great as well. Overall, a great stay if you are planning to be in Sitges

Fräscht hotell vid strandpromenaden. Trevlig personal. Enkelt rum med bekväm säng och bra AC. Duschen läckte vatten ut på badrumsgolvet. Pool och uteservering. Dyr frukost.

Perfect location on the waterfront. Hopping outdoor bar! Breakfast buffet was extremely well presented. Room was good size, lots of hot water and a comfortable bed. Plus very quiet

Lovely 4* hotel in great location half way along the promenade. Just across the road from the beach. It also has a small pool and loungers. Good size room, we had a partial sea view with balcony so great views across the sea and prom. Fantastic choice at buffet breakfast. Beach towels available at reception. Very helpful staff.
