Spent 2 great nights at the hotel which is a very central base for all the attractions and restaurants in Palma. Lots of beds at the downstairs pool. Roof top pool had amazing views but was quite small and busy but we still enjoyed it. Great breakfast options. Car parking option was essential for us (with a hire car). Would definitely recommend a stay

The parking was not available unless you reserved in advance which was not made clear on expedia, also the pool closes before 7pm and you are not even allowed on the roofdeck to sit by it. Otherwise the location was great and room was nice

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, mit Balkon und einem sehr schönen Bad mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super! Das Hotel verfügt über eine Rooftopbar mit Pool, ein gutes Restaurant und Pool und Spa im EG. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Godt beliggende hotel, tæt på by og havn. Boede på hotellet 1 uge i april. Opvarmede pools i stue etage og meget kold pool, på roof top. God størrelse værelse, men book dit værelse ind mod gården og ikke ud mod gaden, hvor der er en del støj. Hvis du er støj følsom, så er det måske ikke stedet, man hører naboer og støj fra gang areal. Väldigt bra läge. Störde dock mycket från renovering Det som dock behöver förbättras är gymmet. Det fanns tre olika hantlar! Ingen skrivstång För att vara ett modernt hotell 2024 bör man kunna köpa in åtminstone 10 olika vikter i hantlar och skivstänger med några vikter Fylldes inte på med vatten i gymmet.

Dammsög inte golven i rummen någonting under de dagar vi var där. Väldigt lyhört både från korridoren och från poolen. Sköna sängar och frukosten var helt ok. Oftast väldigt mycket folk i receptionen men personalen var snabba och hjälpsamma.

This hotel was very bad, the reservation staff were great, but the daily housekeeping and dining staff were very rude and angry. They cleaned our room, they only put bath towels, but neither the broom nor the trash was emptied, the bathroom wall was moldy and not cleaned. Mineral water should have been put in our room daily, but unfortunately it was not, even though they took the money for all these works from us, none of them were done. The respect was zero, but the reservation was excellent, but the hotel condition was not paid attention to, for example, the breakfast cafe, the machine was not clean at all, and the entire cappuccino or latte cafe was empty and not refilled. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. And if you go, you will experience it yourself.

This Hotel has mastered the most important thing to a guest. Service! I felt so welcomed from the communication before arrival and upon. Staff was very accommodating, kind and a willingness to help. The room was lovely. Spacious, clean, modern.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Saratoga, unser Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, das Bett war äußerst bequem, die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter vor allem an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass man in der Rooftop Bar ( wohlgemerkt Bar, nicht Restaurant!) im Freien nicht rauchen darf. Aschenbecher sind auch an der Poolbar Mangelware. Außer dieser Kleinigkeit war alles bestens, wir würden das Hotel Saratoga jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auch wieder buchen.

We like the hotel- the pools, the location . But- Multiple issues with cleaning - missing slippers, pool towels not replaced, coffe cups replaced with dirty (really dirty) cup in room, spoons not replaced, no new water for coffee machine and some other issues such as tv system not working… And the cleaning personell knocked on the door multiple times and woke us up before 9 am (and it was our last day and the room must have been on their list for check out…) Bad breakfast service - they got very edgy when we ordered cappuccino not from the machine… after two of the personnell discussed in Spanish for a long time and then ended up bringing a cappuccino. Every separate issue was minor, but I had to go to the reception multiple times every day. And it did not get better. And I would have expected management to do something. When we stay in a hotel and pay over 250 euros per night I expect more than management saying at check out «we will talk to the room cleaning team»

Die Lage ist super. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und der Service ist ok. Tabletts mit Essensresten standen tagelang auf den Fluren rum. Als das Sofa zur Schlafcouch gemacht wurde mussten wir erstmal Fussnägelreste entfernen. Die Poolumgebung und das Fitnesstudio waren prima.

My friend and I checked into the hotel and stayed there for four nights. At first glance it looked good but after one night we discovered that the shower was really dirty. Mold on the walls and floor. Dirty shower nozzles and rusty shower hose. Mold in the ventilation grille. We took pictures and filmed. We raised the issue discreetly and were treated well and offered another room. Here everything was clean and tidy. We received a written apology from the quality manager. However, no financial compensation as you can expect when you have paid dearly for a four-star hotel. My assessment is that it is time to review the number of stars and price for this hotel. The staff was service minded but the hotel itselfs needs a refresh and remediate mold.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, obwohl der Frühstücksraum sehr unpersönlich/kalt in der Möbilierung ist. Bad ist super, Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, nicht immer wurden Kaffetabs nachgelegt. An Neujahr hatte ich mir auch etwas Dekoration im Haus gewünscht, zumindest, dass das Personal ein aktiv ein gutes Neues Jahr wünscht. Lage ist klasse, alles sehr sauber.

Everything was excellent about this hotel - staff, location, area dining - except one thing. The room temp is controlled from the front desk. When we arrived, the room was uncomfortably stuffy because the heater was on. The suggestion from the gentleman at the front desk was to turn the heater off. Wow, never would have thought of that. Even when we did turn it off, the room remained uncomfortable. Before the room is booked, guests should be informed of the situation. Hotels.com should also be responsible for notifying the guest. Especially at this hotel’s rate.

Lovely staff, couldn’t do more. Room clean, perfect location and fairly priced secure parking if you reserve a spot. Only downside, the rooms can be noisy at night, we had a particularly noisy neighbour in the next room who was entertaining guests with music quite loud. The hotel staff did respond promptly to us requesting they ask them to keep it down, which they did but it was still audible and just annoying really when you’re wanting a peaceful stay. Wouldn’t stop me returning, the second night was no issue.

While the hotel is beautiful, there were many small things that added up to it being a l as than ideal experience. The Expedia listing says the rooms are soundproofed which is an absolute lie. There is noise coming from the balconies, DJ on the rooftop until midnight in the middle of the week, cleaners were starting as early at 8:45am banging around in the hallways and adjacent rooms, I could even hear the footsteps of the people above me. Used earplugs and a white noise machine and was still woken up constantly. The wifi was unusable. I ran a speed test and the download speed was 1.07 Mbps, upload didn't even register and was 0 Mbps. I had an important call and had to hotspot from my phone in order to complete it. The toiletries in the shower were watered down, tried using the body was and all that came out of the pump were a few sudsy bubbles. It was not refilled during my 4 night stay. Finally, most of the staff was great but there was one in particular at the rooftop bar who was so rude to me I was nearly in tears and ended up leaving sooner than planned. I'd say location and the pools were the best part about this hotel but would have very serious doubts about staying there again.

The hotel is in an excellent area - a short walk into Santa Carolina and the coast one way and the old town the other. Great shopping, bars, culture all easily accessible. Room was spacious, with balcony overlooking city, comfortable bed and great shower. Only downside was air conditioning was rubbish. It is old and really needs an upgrade - it only pumped cool air into the hallway area next to the bathroom so the cold area didn't reach the sleeping area. One night it was too hot to sleep and we couldn't open the balcony door as the road was very noisy. This was April so I think in mid summer it would be pretty unbearable. The breakfast buffet is extensive with a lot of choice. We couldn't eat in the restaurant as it was closed for a private party but had a drink on the rooftop bar which was lovely. It has great sunset views. The pools were good but small. The heated pool on the lower level where the sauna and jacuzzi were was taken over by small children so we didn't use it. The mid level pool was a good size but isn't heated and was mainly in the shade so less appealing. The rooftop pool is lovely but tiny so you can use as a cooling dip between drinks. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly and seemed to speak multiple languages.

Staff was not cooperative to make adjustments to stay when there was an error the number of persons staying in room. Had to pay extra to add an additional person to stay in room when we had made a 2 person booking. Staff also didn't communicate about street parking correctly and rented car received ticket which was very unfortunate! Advise caution at staying in facility! Tried eating at restaurant, but they didn't accommodate my sister and I (entire restaurant was empty at the time and we wanted to eat quickly and leave)..but we were denied since they had a larger party later in the evening. They do not help with making the stay easy. Mallorca is beautiful but staying here made the trip very stressful and inconvenient. I hope they can improve. Expedia was very helpful with assisting when this hotel was nearly going to cancel our reservation 18 hours before checkin.

Recibí un trato despectivo y humillante por parte de dos empleados; la falta de profesionalidad y de empatía no solo impidió la resolución del problema, sino que lo agravó con actitudes claramente insensibles. Agradezco las disculpas recibidas por parte del subdirector, pero considero imprescindible que revisen con urgencia sus protocolos de selección y la formación en atención al cliente y empatía. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are nice but out of four days there were two days we refused cleaning as it was too late and we were back in our room to shower. I handed two towels over to swap for clean ones but she didn’t bring clean ones back. There is a curtesy room but the staff were strict on 15 minutes per person even if it was not booked before or after. The curtesy room is ok but lacks a toilet. The rooftop bar is excellent will fabulous views. All in all a good hotel.

The Hotel Saratoga was excellent. The hotel itself is clean, sleek, and modern in appearance. The room was large and comfortable. The location is on the edge of the old walled city, right next to the Santa Catalina area with many bars and restaurants, one block from Avinguda Jaume III (Avenida Jaime III or James III Avenue), a major shopping street, and very near the waterfront. The staff was prompt, efficient and helpful; when we had a minor problem with the room, it was fixed within a couple of hours. The cost was comparable to or below other good hotels in the Old Town area. I recommend the Saratoga most highly.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit Mega guter Lage, direkt zwischen Santa Catalina und Palma Stadt. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und mit mallorquinischen Spezialitäten. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, mit gutem King-Size Bett und nicht zu kleinem Bad, mit guten Abstellmöglichkeiten.

This is in the center of Palma and close to many restaurants and activities. It was walkable to so much. Parking was a bit difficult, but they do have parking garages near by that are not affiliated with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There are multiple beautiful pools to enjoy. The breakfast was a bit pricy, so we didn’t get it. It was a buffet with many options it appeared. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely stay again.

Ideally located on the edge of the old town, yet close to the marina and the 'boho' Santa Catalina district. Great service, and whilst not a boutique hotel in size it certainly felt like you were staying somewhere the needs of the residents were taken very seriously. Lovely sky bar and rooftop pool too!

Absolutely loved this hotel. We love a rooftop bar and this hotel had the bar, the views and the amazing food and drinks. It was so central and so easy to walk into town or to the marina. When I booked it, I didn’t realise there were 3 pools to choose from so if the rooftop beds are full (which happened mid morning) then you could just choose another pool.

Excellent location for the area with a 10min walk to the cathedral and centre where restaurants and shops are abundant. The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect

Fantastiskt hotell. Lyxiga rum o hela allmänheten. Riktigt bra frukost, omelette etc. Bröd är ju som det är i Spanien. Kaffet sådär. Men allt annat så bra.
