Great hotel with modern rooms and an excellent central location with easy to walk to nearby shopping and public transportation. The room had USB power sockets and also wireless phone chargers by the bed, which was convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice terrazzo area, although we did not use it (December visit). During summer evenings I am certain that we would have used it to relax and have a drink

If you are looking for a small simple hotel with fantastic staff, near the main shopping area but just far enough from all the noise, then this hotel may be for you. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and we even had a UK socket in our room. Plus you get a free welcome drink (and you may get a snack from the bar free if you are celebrating a birthday). However, there are a few bits you need to be aware of. The breakfast range isn't that big, the lift is quite small, and there are a few bits that you would expect to be in your room but may have to ask for. One of the other things that happened to me was that one of the QR codes in the room put me onto a monthly subscription media website, so watch out for this (it will ask for card details).

Nice enough hotel but bar disappointing- no ambience. Located in nice neighbourhood but maybe 1/2 kilometre too far from centre. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

I was given the accessible room which was appreciated. The facilities were suitable for a disabled person - large bathroom and shower that were wheelchair accessible, seat in shower, sink that was accessible with wheelchair, rails beside toilet. There was ample room in bedroom to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The lift was adequate size and there is a rear entrance that is wheelchair friendly. The floors really needed a good mop and there was some mould in shower. I thought the breakfast was good but it’s important to know about the “egg” options - no one mentioned it. It’s a good quiet central location.

This is a hotel that you stay at to simply sleep. It’s not an experience and the walls are paper thin. I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower due to it’s condition. If you are looking to travel on a budget and don’t care for amenities and plush anything then this is your place. However, if you’re used to luxury, this is not the place for you.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, Safe wurde sofort repariert. Kein Glas im Bad. Gratis Wasser, das laut Flyer im Zimmer sein sollte, wurde auch nach Kritik nie gebracht. Staub wurde nicht gewischt.

Es wurde nicht gründlich geputzt. Ums Waschbecken wurde nicht gewischt. Der Schreibtisch wurde nicht abgewischt. Es gab keinen Zahnputzbecher. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Ich habe für eine Woche fast 1000 € ohne Frühstück bezahlt.

I stayed here for over a week. Front desk staff is friendly. My room was small and dark, limited lighting especially in the bathroom. You are supplied with drinking water on the first day only. There are two paper cups in your room. I used these everyday for coffee and they were never replaced. Bed linen was not changed for the entire time I was there.

Kamer is klein en er staat maar 1 stoel voor 2 personen. Verder is het schoon en aardig personeel. Hotels ligt wel lekker makkelijk bij het historische centrum van Palma.

The hotel is on a very busy street, and it can be quite noisy outside. This can be a challenge for light sleepers. The hotel itself is wonderful, staff were very friendly and helpful - the room was perfect, clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay with my husband and another couple. Very well located to lots of the main parts of the city. Staff were ALL extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside for us was that the air conditioning didn’t kick in until May. The temperature when we were there went up to 28 degrees one day, but probably averaged about 23 degrees so the heat in the room at night was uncomfortable for my husband (I sleep through anything!). The room was a great size for a city centre hotel too, and very modern. Other than that, it was a faultless stay!

Great location, most sites walkable within 15 minutes, lots of bars & restaurants within 2-3 (but still quiet). Staff friendly and keen to help, but sometimes slightly not on point (eg waited a bit too long for drinks we ordered, the cap on my shower soap dispenser hadn't been removed causing me to have to do a work around until I could get hold of the cleaner, and of course you only discover these things when actually in the shower!). Staff Probably just stretched as they were friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit small, but hey, this is a very central property and anyway you are out exploring mst of the day. Great bang for the buck when compared to similar properties (maybe they have bigger rooms?). Would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten e bikes reservieren lassen, bereits am Vortag. Leider wurde uns jedoch erst als wir sie abholen wollten, mitgeteilt, dass es nicht geklappt hat. Mussten uns dann selbst um die organisation kümmern. Hat uns ca 1,5 Std gekostet. Deshsl konnten wir unsere Route nicht geplant durchführen. Eine grosse Entschuldigung gab es nicht.

The staff is amazing! All the young man in the front desk makes you feel like they’re family. The 2 Jose’s and Felipe were awesome! The young man in the bar was great too! Our room was very clean LOVE the shower!

Sehr freundliches Personal,wünsche wurden sehr schnell erfüllt. der Raum zum Essen ist spartanisch und ungemütlich eingerichtet und lädt nicht zum Essen (Frühstück) ein. Das frühstück ist einfach und ok auch abends ist es keine schöne Atmosphäre, Das Hotel ist für Geschäftsreisende gut, Ich persönlich finde es für einen Kurzurlaub in der Stadt nicht ausreichen. Ich war in der selben Straße schon in einem anderen Hotel dort habe ich gerne gefrühstückt und auch abends gegessen und getrunken. Es ist ein ordentliches Hotel.

O hotel é bem localizado e próximo aos pontos turísticos e próximo de restaurantes e bares. O quarto é de bom tamanho, entretanto a cama é casal simples, nem queen é. Banheiro apesar de novo é bem pequeno, com um box mínimo possível. O café da manhã é muito bom. A equipe de atendimento é também educada e prestativa.
