Great property, with great amenities. Staff is super friendly, very helpful and welcoming. A bit outside the city centre of Palma, but a very nice east walk into the city. We rented a car to explore the island a bit, and found easy street parking in front of the hotel (note that hotel doesn’t have their own parking). Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Fint hotell, överlag bra. Dock är det endast sol vid poolen mellan 10.00-15.30. Där efter är det enbart skugga. En kaffemaskin på frukosten och sovkuddarna var avlånga och runda.

Amazing hotel, facilities were great. Breakfast was also very good with lots of selection. The indoor pool was a favourite when it was colder in February. Highly recommend.

The hotel was amazing, very modern and clean, we loved our room which had a balcony and overlooked the pool, the walk in waterfall shower was fabulous, the bed was huge, lots of storage and the free mini bar for drinks was a huge bonus ! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay here was one of the best hotel stays ever. The check in staff was incredibly helpful, the lobby, restaurant and bar was immaculate and clean making us feel very comfortable, and the room was amazing. We had a basic city view room that was laid out very well with a great balcony looking towards the church, and the balcony chairs were extremely comfortable. The included beer, juices, and coffee was a very nice touch as well that made us feel like we received a great value for our stay. Plus, checkout time was noon, and they let us stay until 5 pm for 10 euros an hour (we were catching the evening ferry). Palma de Mallorca was an incredible place to visit, and we are definitely coming back here in the future for a longer holiday, and DEFINITELY staying at this hotel! Our room was 1101 and we will try to stay in the same room too.

An sich war das Hotel stylisch und schick im Eingangsbereich, Poolbereich und Restaurant. Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer war als solches deklariert) war dann doch für 4* mit das Kleinste was ich je hatte. Gutes Bett und Kids sind gut untergekommen in der Schlafcouch. Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte ich mehr erwartet - Staub aus der Decke (Klimaanlage) und Decke war derbe verdreckt und halt echt eng - Privatsphäre ade. Für den Lärm der Baustelle konnte das Hotel nichts - dennoch wollten wir ein anderes Zimmer, was nicht ging, weil nicht viele Familienzimmer vorhanden sind. Nettes Hotel, in guter Lage und super viertel zum ausgehen aber nicht für Familien geeignet. Frühstück war frisch, gut und vielseitig. Jeden Tag das gleiche aber halt Gute Qualität. Als Paar, nur Erwachsen gerne wieder als Familie würde ich was anderes buchen.

What shall I begin with? It took us 25 minutes to check in due to only 3 groups of guests in front of us; the room is run down and dirty; there were multiple hairs on the bathroom floor. The shower door cannot close all the way, resulting in water leaking out onto the floor. The shower area was extra slippery; anyone may have a fall if not careful. There’s only one functional lift that can accommodate 4 slim people, you have to wait forever or take the stairs to save time. The hotel is 19 min bus drive to the city center, making it inconvenient if you’re into the bustling city tourism.

Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond every time. We had breakfast included and we couldn’t have been happier. The only thing we were unhappy about was the balcony. We paid for a balcony view, however we only had a brick wall as opposed to a glass pane.

We stayed two nights in this hotel and had a room in the 11th floor with a view to the harbor and the sea. Rooms on lower floors may not get such view. The room was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. People at the reception were very friendly. We could walk from the hotel to the old part of Palma, was maybe a 30min walk but was interesting to see everything. The hotel itself was quiet.

Nous avons passé un bon weekend à Palma de Majorque. L'hôtel est très sympa et les prestations sont haut de gamme. Notre chambre était assez spacieuse mais dommage qu'on ait pas eu la vue du côté de la piscine. Nous avons apprécié la chambre mais malheureusement le bruit de la ventilation était assez bruyante pour ma part, je n'ai pas pu bien dormir à cause de cela. D'après le réceptionniste, ce son est normal. Ensuite, il y a peut être des petits travaux d'entretien à faire dans cette chambre au niveau des sols, joints etc. Sinon un bon séjour en général. Nous avons apprécié les repas proposés et l'amabilité des employés.

We booked a room for 3 people. There was a king bed and a queen pull out sofa but there was no bedside lighting in the room with the sofa bed and absolutely no where to hang towels or bathrobes. Pool services were also suspended because it was October!

The rooms are modern, smart, comfortable and functional. Balconies and seating very pleasant. Front desk staff were impressive whoever was on duty. Special mention to Annie who had exceptional attention to detail and ultra willing to go one step further. The breakfast buffet was well organised and the layout relaxing. Staff in the lobby bar were friendly, professional, always prompt and attentive. Would certainly recommend the hotel for a weekend break or longer stay.

Great location, friendly and helpful receptionist, the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent. The pool looks amazing even though I did not use it. The breakfast, I was told by my friends that it was delicious as I did not eat breakfast. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable and the best part, we were offered an upgrade to our room. I was very pleased with my stay.

The hotel was a little further from the marina than we’d hoped but the staff were very nice. Would have been nice to know the work ongoing on the front which put a dampener on it a little as could no longer walk along promenade. That is no reflection on hotel though merely info up front would have been nice to know

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in Hafennähe und ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß von Palma entfernt. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Unser Aufenthalt nur eine Nacht, da wir weiter auf das Schiff gehen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Mooi hotel aan de rand van het centrum. Te voet wandel je in 30 minuten langs de Santa Catalina wijk met trendy restaurants en een overdekte markt. Het openbaar vervoer gaat sneller en busstops liggen op 2 minuten wandelen. Hotel zelf is groot en proper met alle voorzieningen zoals zwembad, wellness, fitness, restaurant, etc. Personeel is behulpzaam en de receptie geeft uitstekend advies. Wat minder vonden we de prijzen aan de bar van het zwembad welke zeer hoog zijn. Een extra pluim voor het kamerpersoneel die elke dag zorgen voor een proper opgeruimde en opgekuiste kamer ondanks de hitte en grote werkdruk.

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé proche des points essentiels à visiter dans Palma. Pour flâner, nous regrettons que la piscine n'ouvre pas avant 10h00 et ferme à 18h30... Le buffet au petit-déjeuner est cooieux mais les mets sélectionnés ne sont pas toujours de grande qualité.

Överlag ett mycket fint hotell. Rent, prydligt och inte så slitet. Frukostens utbud motsvarar förväntningarna och lite till, däremot är miljön i restaurangen bullrig och det spelas hög musik som stör. Fin service från personalen i receptionen och fint bemötande från all personal man stöter på på hotellet. Endast en fungerande hiss, kunde varit avsevärt mycket bättre i en sådan stor byggnad. Mycket bra läge i Palma med gångavstånd in till gamla stan.

Dejligt hotel med gode faciliteter, beliggende i område med et godt udbud af restauranter og barer. 1,8 km fra centrum af Palma og 500 meter fra havnepromenaden. Fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet og dejligt poolområde. Eneste lille ‘sten i skoen’ var at der hele tiden er høj musik i lounge område og restaurant. Det er ikke nødvendigt og særligt irriterende om morgenen i restauranten.
