Ein solides Mittelklasse Hotel. Der Pool Bereich war leider max. überfüllt. Speiseangebot gut und vor allem warm/frisch. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein und der Ausblick im schlimmsten Fall auf die Nachbar Hotels. Grundsätzlich ruhige Ecke, keine Party Nachbarschaft. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Geschäfte und Supermarkt im direkten Umfeld. Der Strand ist ca 3min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit !!! Taxi zum Flughafen ca 15-17€ und ca 6min Fahrt.

Hotel check-in process easy. Staff acknowledged us as Expedia members, however, no wine bottle in room. The room was clean and roomy enough for our luggage and things. The breakfast option for the week was a good choice. Buffet and breakfast varies were perfect. Amenities were good, but do not like that there is no control over people reserving lounge chairs and then literally leaving for several hours. The beach was clean and easy access to it. Overall, I would stay at the property again. Beautiful weather all week.

Service und Personal war in Ordnung. Es gab eine Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung. Allerdings ist die Auswahl der Speisen nicht so gut gelungen zu wenig alternativen Produkten. Beim Abendessen muss man die Getränke extra kaufen nicht gerade günstig. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig Geschirr oftmals dreckig und der Pool muss gereinigt werden Schimmelbildung an den Rändern. Generell würde ich sagen das es nach deutschem Standard eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist.

The hotel is fairly new and very well maintained. Our room was very clean thanks to excellent house keeping service. Two outdoor pools and indoor pool were very clean, the pools surroundings were also very clean and very well maintained. The hotel restaurant serves variety of delicious food for reasonably price. The hotel location is very convenient, 5 minutes taxi ride to the airport, 3 minutes walk from nearest beach.

This is definitely not a 4stars hotel reception stuff are beyond inappropriate especially the one with short curly hair. She was very disrespectful and inappropriate throughout our stay.The girl called Maria on the other hand is an angel. The very loud house keeping service starts at 7:30 which stress you out while you suppose to be on vacation, they got into our room despite us having the sign hanging on the door not to disturb. The cleanliness is a disaster. Rooms full of insects. You’d find them on the bed sheets, curtains , bathroom sink and even crawling on you when you wake up in the morning. When we first checked in we complained immediately about our room’s not being cleaned properly and full of insects( see picture), we were offered another room but that was not better as insects were also there. When complained again to reception, the guy working there told me; you can just swipe them away then you’re ok!! Despite the check out time on their website, on google and on hotel.com saying check out time at 12:00 the same receptionist called to our room to tell us we have to check out at 11:00. When we were about to leave our luggage upon check out she would tell us to leave them in a room in another floor with no tags where anyone could access in and out. When I questioned that she answered she doesn’t care and it’s all our responsibility. I’d not come back and definitely not recommend this place to anybody!

Good property in a nice location. Rooms had everything you need, and staff happy to help. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room - kettle available from reception, but you need to pay a deposit. Same for pool towels. Good restaurants within walking distance and easily accessible to airport/palma town.

Disappointing stay and certainly not a 4* experience! Wouldn’t stay again. Visited for a 4 night break in the sun. Arrived at 1am looking forward to a good nights sleep. Instead we found ourselves given a very basic room designed for disabled access with very smelly drains, no balcony despite having confirmation that we had a balcony room and very annoying clicking noise coming from somewhere. We couldn’t be relocated that night as no other rooms were available. However, promised an upgraded room with sea view the following day. When getting our room, we were disappointed with the ‘upgrade’. Balcony was overlooking a house and you’d do well to see the sea! Water switches between hot/cold, sliding wardrobes don’t slide, etc. We couldn’t be bothered to change rooms again particularly as other guests were telling similar stories. No conditioner in room. Safe chargeable at €4.50 per day!! Plus you need to leave deposit for towels and pay extra to get fresh towels. Breakfast service was slow … spent more time waiting for omelettes and pancakes than eating them. Whilst staff were friendly, not enough staff cooking. Evening meal was average but we opted to only eat in hotel once. Resort fairly quiet (excluding the regular planes flying overhead). We knew hotel was close to airport so as expected. A couple of nice bars and restaurants nearby but not great area. Bus access cheap and convenient into Palma. Hotel was fine for base but would look elsewhere next time.

Pros: -Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. Great selection of fresh fruit, vegetable, eggs, bread, churros.. you name it, they have it. Loved to eat outside by the pool. -Location is great. Even though not right on the beach, a very short walk to it. Supermarket a bit far for carrying water (about 400m). Airport only a 5 minute (16€) taxi ride away. -Great shower -AC a bit loud but worked well especially during night time. -Nice pool and surroundings. Some days it was difficult to find sunbeds. Cons: -Rooms are a bit worn out -Views from the rooms aren’t special -Only one elevator - always a wait -Airport being so close, the noise might be a bit distracting every couple of minutes.

Hotel is stylish and pool area smart and relaxing. Staff great, food decent and bar reasonably priced. Room itself ok if a touch cramped but balcony large with a nice view which is a big plus. Location handy for airport and regular buses into Palma city. Plenty of amenities close by. Everything clean and in good repair. Only downside is that air con did not work, only heating not cooling so had to sleep with patio door open which let in wind and aircraft noise. If you are easily disturbed by aircraft do not stay in C'an Pastilla which is at the end of the runway! Overall good stay and good value.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and overall it was disappointing. The beds were two singles that slid apart while sleeping, the pool and entertainment felt dull with repetitive music, and both hot tubs were cold. We had requested honeymoon decoration but only received a bottle of wine (which we don’t drink). The spa was just okay, and there were no basic toiletries in the room. The only real positive was the food, which was varied and tasty, though drinks were not included at dinner. In our opinion, not ideal for a honeymoon and we wouldn’t return.

The hotel is in an excellent location and close to amenities that you would need. It’s a two min walk to the beach. It was clean, and accessible. Having access to the pool was great. The morning buffet is wonderful. So many options. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Things that could be improved: I have never had to pay for a safe in my room before and I have travelled around the world. This should be standard. Also, paying for clean pool towels is silly, this should also be complimentary.

I’ve been to this hotel twice now, once on a solo holiday and loved it so much that I rebooked to come back with a group of girlfriends. They all loved the wide choice of food on the buffet, the cleanliness of the rooms and the swim up bar. The staff as usual were all brilliant and very friendly.

We had a fabulous time at JS Palma Stay! On arrival, we were told that there was food available despite it being very late, and that we had a suite, which was lovely. The food was better than ever, I think, and always plentiful. The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel with amazing staff and services. Everything from location to easy access to transportation. Pharmacy next door, supermarket and bus stop a very short walk away. Maintenance at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Staff are always at hand and are greeting you with smiles and asking if you need anything to please you. We lacked nothing. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Front desk coordinated tours and taxis and everything was seamless. This is a very high quality hotel with attention to detail. The name JS Palma Stay should read JS Palma Stay Forever because you won’t want to leave, Lastly, they made us feel special and we thank them for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service, a lovely clean room and a comfy bed. 10min drive from the airport and a few minute stroll away from the nicest beach. Only stayed one night, check out was at 11am however as my flight home was at 6:30pm they allowed me to use the hotels facilities and showers for the day and called me a taxi when i requested (there is also a very nice pool with a swim up bar!) :)

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast buffet choices though don’t expect good coffee (didn't have dinner there). Convenient for local cafes and buses to/from airport or Palma. Right on a great walking/cycling coast path- head towards Palma for a lovely stroll. Nice lounge and bar opening onto attractive pools and seating area. Great heated lap pool and well set up for cyclists. Room was very clean and a decent size. Cons: Very slow check in (45mins) even though we’d dropped our bags and given our passports etc earlier. Staff often seemed baffled by the computer system and they need to manage the queue; it was the first day of the season and seemed like they were unprepared in several respects. Corridors and lounge didn’t get cleaned til the next day. Spa facilities look good but sauna and ‘hot tub’ were not hot! ‘Sea view’ might involve hanging over your balcony and looking up the road. Walls are a little thin take earplugs. Overall a decent hotel for the price and we were quickly offered a room change when we had a problem so can’t fault the customer service. Free parking is on the road and you might struggle for a space even in low season.

Things to know. Don't bother getting a taxi to and from the airport. The A2 bus is right outside the airport and was five euros from the airport and two euros back. The bus took barely any time to get there. The hotel is lovely. The room was not massive, but definitely not small. It also had a nice balcony. You are only a 3-4 minute walk from a nice beach and plenty of restaurants. The pool area is great, the only down side is that the pool bar wasn't open very often when we stayed. We were there early September, so could have been the off season. Most days we had to go inside to get drinks, but you were allowed these in/around the pool area. There are two main pools and an additional "hot" tub type pool up on a raised section. It isn't hot, but it's a nice place to sit and chill out. The inside spa facilities are great too. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice and there were new items added every day. We did stay for lunch one afternoon and it took over an hour to make nachos and a hot dog (again, not sure if this was due to it being an off season) Overall an excellent hotel. P.S. There is a bus that runs to Palma which takes roughly 35 minutes. There is plenty to do in Palma including the train to Soller. If you are doing the train to Soller, be prepared to as the tram back from Soller Port gets extremely busy and quite an intense experience being crammed on. Would NOT advise if you have small children or have a disability.

Detta är ett bra hotell med bra mat. Prisvärt och med ett bra läge och ett fint spa. Otroligt irriterande att man tar betalt 59 euro för att använda säkerhetsboxen. (12 dagar) Dessutom kan man inte betala boxen med kort utan endast kontant. Måste vara Europas dyraste säkerhetsboxar. Maskin juice i matsalen är ganska trist då övrig mat och dryck är bra.

This hotel was fantastic. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional, the food (breakfast and dinner) were excellent with a great selection plus you can have food ordered to grill at the moment. We were very please with this and we definitely will come back. I almost forgot the spa, it was included in the price and is great. Two thumbs up !!!!

Breakfast and dinner was consistently delicious and varied, staff were lovely and accommodating and the facilities were fantastic. If you want a sun bed in the common area around the pool it seems everyone wakes up at the crack of dawn and marks their spot with a towel, so make sure to do that if you want a sun bed :)
