Sehr schönes Hotel. Man bekommt nichts vom Party-Tourismus mit aber ist trotzdem in 5 Minuten am Ballerman. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die 5 Außenpools waren Ende September sehr kalt, sodass fast niemand im Pool war. Neben dem beheizten Innenpool wäre 1 beheizter Außenpool für das Frühjahr / Herbst wünschenswert.

We stayed at HM Ayron Park in September 2025 after seeing its 5-star hotel, bit felt more like a 3.5-4 star. Ill talk about the pros and cons. We rented a car and were able to pull into the hotel lot to unload before checking in. Parking is €15 per day, or you can easily find free street parking nearby. At check-in, we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine or water — a nice touch. Our room was spacious with a large balcony perfect for sunset views. The rooftop pool and bar were lovely at sunset, and the resort also has two other nice pools. The property is large and offers optional breakfast or all-inclusive dinner for extra charge We booked a king room but received two single beds pushed together with separate blankets so we basically spet apart. The mattress was quite firm, though the pillows were soft and comfortable. They provide 2 glass water bottles for the first night, but no refills after that. It would’ve been nice if that was mentioned, I came down late one night for water and was told to buy from the vending machine, which was pricey. Thankfully, there’s a supermarket right across the street, stock up before it closes! The spa area was very nice with a warm pool, eucalyptus steam room, sauna, and gym. The odd part was checkout we were told to go walk our own luggage to the storage room with no attendant or ticket system. They do lock & unlock the door as needed but someone can easily accidentally take another persons luggage.

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit guten Pools und Bars.

Mooi hotel met alle faciliteiten. Ondanks grootte, doet het niet massaal aan. Kamers ruim en schoon. Goede bedden en fijne badkamer. Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en diverse gerechten worden terplekke vers bereid. Mogelijkheid tot (betaald) parkeren. Tip: ga naar het “eigen” sushi restaurant Tamashi, geweldig eten en vriendelijk personeel.

Im Spa Bereich richt es schrecklich nach Chlor ,der Innenpool ist viel zu klein und das Dampfbad ist eine Woche außer Betrieb das geht nicht in einem 5 Sterne Haus

Beautiful and modern property! Had multiple pools including one on the rooftop! Rooms were small, but very well organized, nicely equipped and had a balcony. Comforter was very comfortable 😌

On the day of leaving, Hotel proposed us to use all facilities (except staying late in the room, as it was already booked), SPA, Pool etc.

Der Aufzug wurde stand 02.10 immernoch nicht repariert (Personal war dran) aber ansonsten alles super freundliches Personal tolle Pools und ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon

Nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer und auch sonst sehr sauber, tolle Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick, allerdings ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig, super Frühstück!!!

Terrible experience from the start. The hotel is NOT 5*. There is only ONE lift for the whole hotel. Wait time 10 minutes for a lift which shakes and does cracking noises. In bad need of maintenance. Staff has attitude when you point out something to them that you’re not happy with. Outdated decor in rooms and cleanliness was bad. Dinner was disgusting and there was meat in minestrone soup without labels. I’m vegetarian. Avoid.

Nul hôtel sale. Les vacanciers vomissent dans les ascenseurs déjà insuffisant pour la capacité de l’hôtel. Longue attente lorsque vous devez remonter dans votre chambre ou sortir. De l’urine a été retrouvée derrière la porte de notre salle de bain. La TV perdait régulièrement le réseau dans la chambre. Le personnel ne parle pas français. Les réceptionnistes sont très désagréables. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour des vacances paisibles c’est une beuverie !!!

We had a double room with a balcony. The room was very comfortable. Mini fridge had an assortment of drinks available at a set price. Patio doors led to the balcony with a nice view of the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Separate large shower room was useful. The pool area was comfortable with a shaded area if you were too hot. Also plenty of beds and outdoor towels courtesy of the hotel. Everywhere was very clean and tidy and all the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Goed ontbijt, uitstekende matrassen. Het schoonmaken van de vloer in de kamer moet beter. Er liggen veel haren op de grond nadat de schoonmaakster is geweest.

2 liften voor het aantal kamers, vaak lang wachten. Douche niet goed schoon Beddengoed maar 1 keer verschoond in 5 nachten, hoort niet in 5 sterren hotel.

Everything was great, the food was great pool and bars excellent, staff were very helpful and approachable. A few minor niggles though: 1) a five star hotel should mob the tile floors in room each day feet were very dirty when walking barefoot had to wear the free slippers. 2) a five star hotel should clean the cups and glasses used by the guests each day 3) a five star hotel should replenish tea bags toiletries etc each day when used

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel was outstanding. Very clean, modern and rooms were very comfortable. Staff at the rooftop bar were excellent. The area around the hotel is shabby with the beach full of groups of men (young and old) drinking all day. This is very much a German resort. Not the tranquil beach bars I was hoping for.

The hotel was great and the staff really friendly but our room was facing some very ugly flats and there was lots of building work noise in the morning from accross the road.

Grosses modernes Apartment. Ruhig und sauber.

Ich war das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft und war auch dieses Mal sehr zufrieden. Ich war beim ersten Mal allerdings im Hauptgebäude und dieses Mal im Nebengebäude. Dort habe ich nachts etwas störende Geräusche wahrgenommen, vermutlich die Lüftung oder Klima (wobei diese ausgeschaltet war zum schlafen). Daran musste man sich gewöhnen. Ansonsten eine gehobene Unterkunft die mit der Gegend nicht viel zu tun hat, auch das Publikum ist sehr „vernünftig“ und ruhig. Würde ich wahrscheinlich auch ein drittes Mal buchen.

Nice hotel and breakfast but small room and bathroom

Stayed at the property for our honeymoon, we also informed the staff that it was our honeymoon, however the room provided was 2 twin beds pushed together. As the beds are on wheels, sleeping was difficult as the beds would move apart in the night making a gap inbetween.

Reception:Checked in and the team i met that time was good and friendly. Afternoon team was not friendly.Room: Amenties were very good but A/C not working.it was 26oC inside and when complaint reception team asked me to leave the balcony door open n sleep which is not safe when your room is in ground floor.They also said we will send maintenance guys around to check and all they did was leave the door open.This will not be a service at 5 star hotel and coffee pods to be replenished everyday and shouldn’t be chargeable for a 5 star property. Food: was ok. Lady who served at the grill during dinner was excellent but b/f time Omelette bad as it was burnt and over cooked.

The apartment that I stayed in was spacious and clean. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. The staff at reception need much better training in how to communicate with customers. Two of them were quite passive aggressive and one (their manager) spoke extremely loudly on the phone (which the others were not doing) and had zero consideration for the guests sitting in the lobby area. One girl at reception whose name I believe is Adela, was very nice and professional and was helpful. The others need to learn how to not be defensive, rude, passive aggressive, or simply trying to avoid work!

Loved it here and would go again. A beautiful apartment on the complex we had- so spacious and spotless. Had issues checking in- they gave us the hotel key to an already occupied room… we stumbled into a couple who thankfully weee awake and fully clothed!!! We went back to the desk and reissued with a different key. Lovely swimming pools!!

We are gold members and we're not offered a wine bottle or a free upgrade that was available when I asked but they wanted me to pay. Air conditioning was not working room temp was 27. They did come and fix it. The restaurant staff were fantastic and polite.some of the Front desk staff seemed a bit stamdoffish. Nice hotel and nice pools.

My close friend and I stayed at this property for three nights, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. We each had our own room, which was lucky – because the showers were very small. We had both assumed that having a double bed would mean a decent-sized shower, but to our surprise, they were cramped and uncomfortable. If we’d been sharing a room, it would’ve been even worse. Another issue was the lifts. There are only two very small lifts for the entire hotel, which made it difficult to move around, especially during busy times. The main reason we’re giving such a low rating is the poor service. The reception staff didn’t clearly explain important information at check-in – for example, the spa opening hours or whether there was an extra charge to use the beds at the rooftop bar. We had to find all this out ourselves. Service in general was slow and inattentive. At the bar, we waited for over an hour before anyone came over to offer us a drink. As for the rooftop bar, it was disappointing to see that they were trying to charge guests for using beds, even though the hotel was almost empty and it didn’t look like any of the beds were booked that day. Overall, I would recommend the hotel reviews its processes and provides proper training for staff. Employees should be encouraged to go above and beyond for their guests, and simple things like being friendly and smiling can make a big difference.

The hotel was great and the staff amazing. We were welcome with a glass of wine and a full bottle in our room. The pool and view were really nice. We will be back.

Was not impressed with the service and it was very difficult to get basic requests met. For example the hotel did not provide water throughout our stay and we were required to pay exorbitant amounts per bottle in the vending machine.

Hotel was GORGEOUS. Modern and luxurious. Rooms were great, pet peeve we booked an apartment and it was advertised as a double bed, however we got two single beds on wheels which was an absolute nightmare during the night. Cleanliness was top level. Buffett for breakfast and dinner was average. Amenities and facilities were great can’t fault them. Staff were hit and miss some very friendly and some standoffish and rude. Very close to the beach which is great. Would’ve expected 5* hotel to at least take us to the room when we first checked in, just got given directions, luckily the gentlemen standing at the door offered to take our luggage and showed us there. Also wouldve expected a show of the hotel, explaining where buffet was, where all the pools are located, where to get towels etc. For a 5* hotel these things are expected. Overall was a lovely stay as hotel itself was gorgeous

Alles sehr neu u schön im Hotel ! Gutes Essen u tolle Pools sowie eine tolle roof top bar ! Nur die Umgebung ist nicht die beste aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Trotz Lage abseits der Partyzone viel Krach auf der Straße

Super Hotel. War schon öfter dort. Zum Ballermann sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Trotz Partymile doch sehr ruhig hier.

Nära till stranden, rent, bra service, barnfritt. Frukosten var bra, fint poolområde. Rekommenderas

Sehr schöne Einrichtung, nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ruhige Lage trotz nähme zum Ballermann 6.

Nice location close to the beach and easy to get buses into Palma, great breakfast, clean, pools are cold but that’s because is April.

Here is what you should know about this hotel. It’s 30 ish minutes outside of the city. Taxi to city costs around 20-30 euro one way. The hotel is in a very party area, and an area referred to by the locals as ‘little germany’. Many young people, especially germans, who come here and drink. I think if we would have known that this area was so affected by partying we would have booked another place. The hotel it self however is great, so we are still happy. Fantastic breakfast, many pools and sitting places outside, good service and nice view to ocean. Hotel is close to beach which is nice, but again this whole strip is party area so we didn’t use it much.

Property was ok - clean and upkeep was ok. No member of staff could be described as friendly but they were ok. Area around the hotel is not great - would prefer next time to be in Palma. Spa pool was nice. Breakfast was plentiful but all the options were poorly executed.

Top modernes, sauberes und schönes Hotel! Das Hotel hat jeden einzelnen Stern absolut verdient! Das Essen und die Essensauswahl (wir hatten Halbpension) war gigantisch! Jeden Tag hat es am Abend ein anderes Thema gegeben - zB. Mexikanisch, Italienisch, Barbecue usw :-) Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Obwohl wir nicht so weit vom Ballermann und den Partyurlaubern entfernt waren, war es in dieser Anlage und rundherum wirklich sehr ruhig! Die Pools und die ganze Anlage sind einfach so sauber und wirklich sehr, sehr schön! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses tolle Hotel kommen! Hier hat man einfach alles was man benötigt, in der Umgebung mit nicht mal 5 Minuten Gehzeit befindet sich ein riesen Supermarkt, viele kleine Mini Supermärkte, Restaurants, günstige Autovermietung, Bars und der Ballermann selbst. Nur 2 Minuten entfernt, ist auch schon der Strand, der wirklich sehr sauber war und das Meer war einfach wunderschön blau! Ich war selbst total überrascht, wie schön es hier sein kann.

Está retirado del centro de palma , con coche a 15 minutos, en Enero todo cerrado alrededor. Pero el hotel está muy bien , en recepción nos recibió Adela , súper atenta y muy simpática , la zona de spa está genial aunque subiría la temperatura de la piscina a falta de jacuzzi . El restaurante muy bien, el desayuno buffet muy completo y la cena también buffet con variedad y buena calidad , se paga la bebida aparte , la atención es excelente,los camareros muy atentos.

Tolle Unterkunft mit mehreren Pools. Leckere und abwechslungsreiche Essensauswahl.

Gesamt würde ich dieser Unterkunft nur 4 Sterne geben da es doch einige Kleinigkeiten gibt die 5 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigen. Leider habe ich keine 5 Pools gefunden zwei im Rooftop, ein Hauptpool sowie ein Innenpool. Daa Frühstücks Büfett war super, das Büfett am Abend hatte kleine Schwächen, z. B. Nicht korrekt geschälte Gambas, kalte Gulaschsuppe usw. Auch ich erst auf Nachfrage täglich eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer vorgefunden, obwohl eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war. Kleinere Mängel im Badezimmer durch Rost o. Ä.

Schön renoviertes Hotel mit einer wunderbaren Skybar mit Rundum-Sicht und 2 Pools. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Das Buffet ist reichhaltig. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das integrierte Sushi-Restaurant 🙏

Very friendly, convenient and clean . Breakfast buffet was amazing . Fresh juices , fruits, pastries , charcuterie, meats, empanadas, made to order omelets and hot cakes

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel et les prestations sont top ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Nous avions pris la formule demi-pension. Le petit déj était vraiment bien ! Le menu du dîner était varié et changé tous les soirs.
