Exceptional hotel, sea views are amazing and worth the extra. Staff are excellent, food is lovely and location amazing, just 2 mins to beach dead opposite. Only critical point would be sun beds, stayed 10 nights and not a chance, sad to say towels down at dawn and no sign of empty beds being removed. Not hotels fault just selfish guests.

Fantastic stay. Sea view room on first floor with balcony area and further space with our own outdoor bed, rooftop bar and infinity pool overlooking the bay with sunsets to die for. Room was great (for Brits there is no kettle). Comfy bed and choice of pillows. Safe. Great Wi-Fi. Superb breakfast included. Pool area pleasant, water temp ok but sea and infinity pool warmer. Staff were great. Location perfect, loads of restaurants within 5 minute walk. Even thought it’s central it was quiet. And best of all 10 second walk across the road to an amazing beach. Can’t wait to return.

Location is great its right in the middle of the resort, beach across the road. Lots of bars at the end of the street if you turn right, turn left out of the hotel and there's plenty of nice restaurants and small shops. Hotel staff here are excellent, very helpful and polite. Personally, I found the beds too hard but i do suffer with back problems maybe its just me, the rest of the family didnt seem to notice! Sadly the indoor pool was freezing, and the outdoor isnt heated either so that was the downside to our holiday. Breakfast was great plenty of choice. Evening meal not as good but it was quieter, if I was to stay again I'd go bed and breakfast and eat out in the evening as I think thats what most do, which leads to there being less choice in the evening. Caught a bus in the resort to Palma, what a city a must-see!

Very nice hotel, prime location and staff were very helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in and they managed to get our room ready early for us. Stayed here with my partner for my 30th birthday. The hotel left a complimentary bottle of cava in the room for us to celebrate. The rooftop pool has great views! The hotel has a no reserving sunbeds policy, so when people did try to reserve the limited number of day beds in the morning it was good to see them enforce this policy and remove towels from empty beds! Will recommend this hotel to others.

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Es müssten dringend Erhaltungsarbeiten gemacht werden. In manchen Bereichen ist die Sauberkeit unterirdisch. Auch das Essen ist einfallslos und lieblos. Ich kenne dieses Hotel anders. Schade. Das Personal macht einen hervorragenden Job, kann aber über große Mankos nicht hinweghelfen.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider absolut nicht. 4 Sterne passen hier wohl kaum. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich ordentlich aber beim genauen Blick doch erschreckend schmutzig: die Fernbedienung und der Tisch auf dem sie lag waren klebrig und definitiv länger nicht gewischt worden. So auch teilweise der Boden. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, die Frure zu laut. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht haben und kommen nicht wieder!

Hotellet har ingen traditionell barnklubb, men det var gott om familjer och en barnvänlig stämning överlag. Läget är en av hotellets största styrkor – det ligger precis vid stranden, så det var bara att gå ner med handduken på axeln. Frukosten var riktigt bra, med ett stort utbud varje morgon. Alla i familjen älskade omeletterna som lagades på beställning. Sammanfattningsvis: ett stilrent och trevligt hotell i toppläge, perfekt för en lugn familjesemester. Wir sind im Gesamteindruck super zufrieden. Es gibt kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge, bspw. dass man das Geschirr nach dem Spülgang kontrolliert, so dass alles sauber serviert wird. Oder dass man die Möglichkeit hat auf Deutsche Sender, anstatt nur spanische. Ansonsten sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, sollte aber nicht stören, wir wären nach 2 Wochen auch nochmals 2 Wochen länger geblieben.

Gorgeous hotel. I was lucky to have a lovely room with a beautiful view of the beach. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There could be more vegetarian options at dinner and food could be better labelled. Breakfast was fab. Loads of choice and never struggled for a table.

jeg ville ikke kalde værelserne "superior" da værelserne ikke var store, der var ikke kopper,kedel, the eller kaffe på værelset som jeg synes mindst skal være på et superior, så ingen forskæl på et vanligt og et superior værelse, undtagen prisen :-(. Der var laaanng ventetid på maden på tagterrassen, derfor blev den bare besøgt en gang. Ellers var alt godt :-)

Inte alls vad vi förväntade oss! Katastrof service både i receptionen och vid poolen, maten va värre än en skolmatsal - kycklingen rå båda dagarna.. Brittisk bar-gata 200m från hotellet, kändes som Magaluf. Vi checkade ut 3 nätter tidigt och personalen undrade inte varför!!! Åk inte hit om du inte är sugen på en riktig charterresa med dålig kvalitet.. beställler du en flaska vin får du betala extra för isen i hinken, vill du ha en handduk till poolen betalar du 10euro per person.. Det enda som inte var katastrof va rummen och städning, förmodligen renoverat för inte så längesen så det kändes förhållandevis fräscht.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very lovely and helpful. The hotel looks tired in the old part and could do with a tidy up and paint. The toasters in the breakfast need replacing they don’t work.

Gorgeous hotel. I was lucky to have a lovely room with a beautiful view of the beach. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There could be more vegetarian options at dinner and food could be better labelled. Breakfast was fab. Loads of choice and never struggled for a table.

Frühstück eine Katastrophe!! Atmosphäre wie in einer schlechten Mensa!! Gesamte Hotel völlig überbewertet. Nie wieder!!!!!

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very lovely and helpful. The hotel looks tired in the old part and could do with a tidy up and paint. The toasters in the breakfast need replacing they don’t work.
