Die Dame an der Rezeption war nett und hat uns alles erklärt, als wir dann auf das Zimmer gingen, haben wir festgestellt, dass beide Klimaanlagen nicht funktionierten, die Klimaanlage ist mindestens 10 Jahre alt, ich habe das gleich der Dame mitgeteilt, sie meinte nur "in 1 Stunde wird jemand kommen" aber an diesem Abend kam niemand mehr, und wir mussten bei 30 Grad innen temperatur schlafen, zudem hört man die Strasse und die anderen Betrunkenen Hotel Gäste, man hört wirklich alles in diesem Zimmer, sogar das Zähneputzen, wie die Türe zugeschlagen wird, Musik, Aufzug, Toilette, der Pool ist sehr schmutzig, auch platzt die Farbe ab, zudem kostet der Parkplatz 15€, ich empfehle euch dieses Hotel zu meiden!!! Genau genau darum hat dieses Hotel nur 1 Stern, selbst der ist zu viel, der Strand ist auch nichts besonderes.

It was an excellent vacation and apartment. Everything went smoothly. There was no problem throughout the stay. The only problem we faced was wait for check in:3-4 hours. And we had to pay for parking 15€ per day which I found costly. The cleaning wasn't done regularly. There were all the amenities available in the apartment. Overall we enjoyed.

The apartment was cleanish when we arrived, floors, bathroom and bedding were clean but there were smears on walls and windows that were pretty unpleasant. Furniture was just about sufficient but tired, one out of four mattresses had springs poking through and drawers were broken etc. The communal areas were pretty grotty, a lot of litter and not tidied while we were there. This is not really a family apart-hotel, most of the other residents were drunk teenagers.

Arrives de nuit, le hall d’entrée était presque totalement éteint. Donc très difficile à repérer en voiture. Tristesse !! Accueil froid et pénible. L’impression de déranger ! Ensuite la chambre : très spacieuse, cuisine équipée avec le nécessaire. Vue mer : jolie et dégagée. Chambre avec 2 lits simple : moutons de poussière sous les lits, taches sur les couvertures ! Matelas assez confortables Lit sofa : très grand mais matelas horrible !!! Un mal de dos, le matin ! Étirement obligatoires J’avais demandé la veille si tous les lits pouvaient être fait et à mon arrivée j’avais des draps tachés de plein de taches rouges !!! Sauce tomate ? Sang ? Ils étaient bien pliés pour faire mon lit moi même à 1h du matin !!! Plaisir ! Il a donc fallu que je redescende pour changer les Draps et la taie d’oreiller qui avait une auréole de transpiration énorme ! Beurk Salle de bain : simple efficace mais des carreaux cassés , traces sur le miroir, serviettes posées là comme ça ! Patères au dessus des toilettes 😕 Piscine non testée ! Car trop froid Pas pris de petit dej Et parking 15€ la nuit , parking gratuit à 50m Essayez toujours d’y trouver une place. Cependant en été ça doit être mission impossible. Bruyant : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue même au 5 eme étage fenêtre fermées! Très peu insonorisé. Mobilier de base ! Fantastic hotel, close to everything but far enough away not to be woken by drunken revellers. Apartment was spotless. Basically furnished but everything you need. Comfortable beds with sparkling crisp white sheets. Only stayed for 4 days and had 3 towel changes 😀. The pool area - sadly the beds aren’t comfortable and the floor is grubby and sticky. Think the pool security guy could def be doing more than sitting down all day. He could be cleaning up rather than ignoring dirt.

Fantastisk utsikt (om man väljer Sea View) och bästa läget. Nära till både strand, shopping och restaurangr. Slitet hotell och enkelt, men vänlig personal.

Our room was faultless - clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Supermarket right in front, beach just over the pavement. No clubs or very loud bars close by - these were located by the Deya apartments which is a 15min walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Both receptionists we met were kind and very helpful. We'd love to go back !

Globalement l'appartement est top mais pas très bien entretenu, la propreté laisse à désirer et dans la douche le plafond était moisi et avait un trou duquel sortaient des cafards... l'hôtel nous a répondu que c'était normal et qu'ils ne pouvaient rien y faire...

the accommodation is miserable. old, obsolete facilities, lack of maintenance, dirty, etc. The location is perfect, but it is a shame that they do not have facilities commensurate with the price and the place. The apartment is one of the worst I have visited in my 50 years…. zero recommended!!!!

This is not really a family apart-hotel, most of the other residents were drunk teenagers.

The apartment was cleanish when we arrived, floors, bathroom and bedding were clean but there were smears on walls and windows that were pretty unpleasant. Furniture was just about sufficient but tired, one out of four mattresses had springs poking through and drawers were broken etc. The communal areas were pretty grotty, a lot of litter and not tidied while we were there. This is not really a family apart-hotel, most of the other residents were drunk teenagers.

Arrives de nuit, le hall d’entrée était presque totalement éteint. Donc très difficile à repérer en voiture. Tristesse !! Accueil froid et pénible. L’impression de déranger ! Ensuite la chambre : très spacieuse, cuisine équipée avec le nécessaire. Vue mer : jolie et dégagée. Chambre avec 2 lits simple : moutons de poussière sous les lits, taches sur les couvertures ! Matelas assez confortables Lit sofa : très grand mais matelas horrible !!! Un mal de dos, le matin ! Étirement obligatoires J’avais demandé la veille si tous les lits pouvaient être fait et à mon arrivée j’avais des draps tachés de plein de taches rouges !!! Sauce tomate ? Sang ? Ils étaient bien pliés pour faire mon lit moi même à 1h du matin !!! Plaisir ! Il a donc fallu que je redescende pour changer les Draps et la taie d’oreiller qui avait une auréole de transpiration énorme ! Beurk Salle de bain : simple efficace mais des carreaux cassés , traces sur le miroir, serviettes posées là comme ça ! Patères au dessus des toilettes 😕 Piscine non testée ! Car trop froid Pas pris de petit dej Et parking 15€ la nuit , parking gratuit à 50m Essayez toujours d’y trouver une place. Cependant en été ça doit être mission impossible. Bruyant : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue même au 5 eme étage fenêtre fermées! Très peu insonorisé. Mobilier de base ! Die Dame an der Rezeption war nett und hat uns alles erklärt, als wir dann auf das Zimmer gingen, haben wir festgestellt, dass beide Klimaanlagen nicht funktionierten, die Klimaanlage ist mindestens 10 Jahre alt, ich habe das gleich der Dame mitgeteilt, sie meinte nur "in 1 Stunde wird jemand kommen" aber an diesem Abend kam niemand mehr, und wir mussten bei 30 Grad innen temperatur schlafen, zudem hört man die Strasse und die anderen Betrunkenen Hotel Gäste, man hört wirklich alles in diesem Zimmer, sogar das Zähneputzen, wie die Türe zugeschlagen wird, Musik, Aufzug, Toilette, der Pool ist sehr schmutzig, auch platzt die Farbe ab, zudem kostet der Parkplatz 15€, ich empfehle euch dieses Hotel zu meiden!!! It was an excellent vacation and apartment. Everything went smoothly. There was no problem throughout the stay. The only problem we faced was wait for check in:3-4 hours. And we had to pay for parking 15€ per day which I found costly. The cleaning wasn't done regularly. There were all the amenities available in the apartment. Overall we enjoyed.

Our room was faultless - clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Supermarket right in front, beach just over the pavement. No clubs or very loud bars close by - these were located by the Deya apartments which is a 15min walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Both receptionists we met were kind and very helpful. We'd love to go back !
