We Absolutely loved our stay. Located in the quiet part of Santa Ponsa with a short walk to a secluded cove beach and on to a yacht club, you’d have no idea you were in a massive holiday resort. A ten minute walk in the opposite direction brings you to the main resort, bars and restaurants. A lovely bakery opposite the apartments for breakfast, coffee and lunch is inexpensive and very good quality. The pool area has plenty of sun beds for everyone and was great fun for all the children and adults alike. Pool doesn’t open until 10am which is a bit odd and my only complaint. We will be going back.

Die Unterkunft ist gut und ausreichend eingerichtet. Es gibt einen schönen Pool der auch für die kleinsten geeignet ist. Fußläufig kommt man schnell an zwei Strände und tolle Aussichtspunkte. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist außerdem ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz! Einzige Minuspunkte, der Boden im Appartement war nur "besenrein". Unser Kleiner hatte nach dem krabbeln regelrecht schwarze Knie und Füße. Das Appartement war auch wahnsinnig hellhörig. Wenn die Leute draußen die Treppen hoch gegangen sind, hätte man meinen können sie rennen bei uns durch das Schlafzimmer. Alles in allem war es aber ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt!!

We stayed there for a short break - 3 nights. The property is ideally situated at the quieter end of Santa Ponça with a small bay and harbour nearby. It’s also a short walk to the main beach. The apart/hotel itself is more of a traditional style, no frills but it does have everything that you need. Clean rooms with small kitchenette, aircon and really comfy bed. The pool is well maintained with a life guard on all day. There is no bar or restaurant, but that is not an issue as there are many places around. The staff were more than friendly and helpful. I would return.

Uitstekende lokatie, dicht bij de winkels, restaurants, gratis parkeren op 150 meter, appartement was schoon. Alleen jammer dat er geen vriesvakje in de koelkast aanwezig is.

Lovely quiet hotel within easy walk into where the main restaurants and bars are but in a lovely quiet area to enjoy your holiday. Also easy to get a sun bed. 2 beaches within an easy walk. The children enjoyed the pool and the rooms are perfect, small kitchen with enough cooking utensils for lunch and beds were so comfortable. The perfect get away.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the sofa beds were of excellent quality. The pool area and grounds were all spotless.

Das Apartment an sich ist super! Inklusive Klimaanlage und Internet. Es gibt auch Duschgel/Shampoo und Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Lage in einer wohlhabenden Gegend. Was ich leider bemägeln muss ist die Sauberkeit der Apartments. Da ich selbst in der Hotelerie arbeite, sehe ich das sofort. Bei Ankunft war die Dusche schmutzig ( vom Vorgänger nicht gereinigt worden) , mehrere kurze, schwarze Haare auf beiden Kissen. ( ich habe dann die zwei Kissen genommen die im Schrank lagen, die waren sauber) auf dem Balkon lagen noch alte, zerstampfte Weintrauben die nicht von uns waren. Generell gab es viele Haare auf dem Boden und am Kühlschrank klebte noch Essen. Ich finde an Sauberkeit darf es nicht mangeln. Als Tipp, eventuell einmal in der Woche auch die Treppen reinigen lassen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr ruhig, bis auf den letzten Abend. Leider habe ich bedingt durch laute, feiernde Engländer bis 1:30 Uhr Nachts kein Auge zugedrückt. Da kann das Hotelpersonal aber nichts dafür. Als der Mitarbeiter die Feierei mitbekommen hat und die Jungs ermahnt hat, war auch Ruhe!Sehr gut gehandelt!! Eventuell könnte man bei jungen Partyleuten bei Check in schon ein Zettel unterschreiben lassen, dass es untersagt ist bis Nachts laut zu feiern und bei Missachtung Konsequenzen folgen. Das würde bestimmt helfen. Ich würde dennoch wieder kommen und kann das Hotel bis auf die Sauberkeit deutlich empfehlen.

The Apart hotel is in a quiet part of Santa Ponsa but very close to the center. The place is very clean and well maintained. There was no noisy clients and the staff is excellent. If we come back to Santa Ponsa we will stay there for sure! See you soon :-)

I’ll start by saying this is a nice location and the area is walkable with two beaches nearby and buses are very easy. The place is fine for what you pay for but they did not clean our room the whole time w were there for 3 days. Our towels weren’t changed and trash was never taken out. Nor did they give us bags to take it out ourselves or dish soap to wash dishes. Would have been nice to know we needed to supply all these things. Also bring a pool towel bc they say it’s forbidden to use the singular towel they give you at the pool. Bad sewage smell as well.

Spontan gebucht, ohne Erwartungen und waren sehr überrascht, einfache und schicke Appartements. Kleiner Pool, ausreichend für die abendliche Planschrunde der Kinder. Betten sehr hart (muss man mögen) und leider die Wände nicht sehr dick, Klima funktionierte einwandfrei.

Nice staff, clean and comfortable apartment. The only thing we have missed is something to clean the dishes, glasses and cutlery. Amd some tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice. For the rest: it was a nice and quiet place to stay, and still close to many restaurants and bars.

View ,Saff helpful, location great, rooms clean with a little kitchen. Only downside is no English Channels on TV to keep up with the news and sport , All Spanish and German . Loverly swimming pool also right next to little beach . With great restaurants, and mariner near by as well as the big beach .

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles in allem okay. Wir waren dieses Jahr das zweite Mal da. Allerdings ist bei uns aus der Dusche das ganze Wasser an der Seite rausgelaufen da die Dichtung kaputt war. Wenn man das nicht gesehen hat, konnte es schon gefährlich werden mit einer Riesenpfütze auf dem Boden … wir hatten zwei Tage über uns Party und Möbelrückerei mitten in der Nacht . was aber scheinbar ein Ausnahmefall war. Die Rezeption war leider nicht besetzt, um sich zu beschweren. Der Pool ist toll, die Gegend ist ruhig. Wenn man noch das richtige Zimmer erwischt (Ohne Mängel und ohne laute Nachbarn) kann es ein toller Urlaub werden. :) Taxi zum Flughafen kostet zwischen 45 und 55 € je nach Tageszeit ( Transfer /- 30 Minuten).

Spacious but very basic. The buildings are all tired and need a refurb. We stayed in block 3 which was by the road and it’s noisy. You can hear traffic from the bedroom even with the AC on. There’s no lift either. Lacked essentials like a kettle, condiments ie salt pepper etc. did get a kettle off housekeeping eventually after asking. Theres a safe in the room but its an extra €4 per day to rent it. Only one spare pillow in cupboard. Got another from reception but no cover. The duvet didn’t have a cover either, you had to use the sheet on the bed which didn’t fit it right. Balcony walls grotty. Kids at pool were annoying; noisy throwing a ball about, splashing guests etc and left unsupervised - I’m sure they were the maintenance/ground staff’s kids as they knew them well and spoke same language (not Spanish more like Moroccan Arabic or something). All for kids playing etc but this was OTT and you couldn’t relax. Location was good and reception staff were friendly and upbeat. Overall it wasn’t worth the money paid, and it meant our hols started on a downer. I’d do more research and stay somewhere else nearby as the area is sound and on the quieter side of the bay.

El alojamiento hubiera sido excelente excepto por lo ruidoso que resultó. El personal de limpieza realizando mucho ruido y conversaciones a horas muy temprano de la mañana (7:45 am / 8:30) que no permitió descansar.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the sofa beds were of excellent quality. The pool area and grounds were all spotless.

Das Apartment an sich ist super! Inklusive Klimaanlage und Internet. Es gibt auch Duschgel/Shampoo und Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Lage in einer wohlhabenden Gegend. Was ich leider bemägeln muss ist die Sauberkeit der Apartments. Da ich selbst in der Hotelerie arbeite, sehe ich das sofort. Bei Ankunft war die Dusche schmutzig ( vom Vorgänger nicht gereinigt worden) , mehrere kurze, schwarze Haare auf beiden Kissen. ( ich habe dann die zwei Kissen genommen die im Schrank lagen, die waren sauber) auf dem Balkon lagen noch alte, zerstampfte Weintrauben die nicht von uns waren. Generell gab es viele Haare auf dem Boden und am Kühlschrank klebte noch Essen. Ich finde an Sauberkeit darf es nicht mangeln. Als Tipp, eventuell einmal in der Woche auch die Treppen reinigen lassen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr ruhig, bis auf den letzten Abend. Leider habe ich bedingt durch laute, feiernde Engländer bis 1:30 Uhr Nachts kein Auge zugedrückt. Da kann das Hotelpersonal aber nichts dafür. Als der Mitarbeiter die Feierei mitbekommen hat und die Jungs ermahnt hat, war auch Ruhe!Sehr gut gehandelt!! Eventuell könnte man bei jungen Partyleuten bei Check in schon ein Zettel unterschreiben lassen, dass es untersagt ist bis Nachts laut zu feiern und bei Missachtung Konsequenzen folgen. Das würde bestimmt helfen. Ich würde dennoch wieder kommen und kann das Hotel bis auf die Sauberkeit deutlich empfehlen.

Tout d'abord, un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel, y compris et surtout le au manager. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 1h du matin,, assez épuisé après un retard de 3h de notre vol, et 1h d'attente pour la location de voiture. Le check-in a été un véritable calvaire, il semble que ma réservation ait été mal "faite". J'ai soit disant renseigné 0 an l'age de ma fille, alors qu'elle en a 16 ans. Le réceptionniste nous a complètement démoralisé pendant plus d'une heure, nous annonçant en premier un supplément de 190e/nuit, puis trouvant une astuce pour arranger les choses, pour nous rappeler 15mn plus tard dans notre chambre en nous explicant malgré le pour boire donné qu'il ne pouvait rien faire sauf d'en parler au manager. Cela nous a fait coucher quand même à 3h30 du matin avec beaucoup d'inquiétude. Le lendemain, cela nous a pris à peine 10mn avec le manager pour trouver une solution acceptable. Hormis ce check-in désastreux, le séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Fint, enkelt hotell. Väldigt mysigt och lungt och skönt. Trevligt poolområde, alldeles lagom. Ligger bra till för resturangbesök och nära till stranden. Kan bara rekommendera att åka hit.

Uitstekende lokatie, dicht bij de winkels, restaurants, gratis parkeren op 150 meter, appartement was schoon. Alleen jammer dat er geen vriesvakje in de koelkast aanwezig is.

We Absolutely loved our stay. Located in the quiet part of Santa Ponsa with a short walk to a secluded cove beach and on to a yacht club, you’d have no idea you were in a massive holiday resort. A ten minute walk in the opposite direction brings you to the main resort, bars and restaurants. A lovely bakery opposite the apartments for breakfast, coffee and lunch is inexpensive and very good quality. The pool area has plenty of sun beds for everyone and was great fun for all the children and adults alike. Pool doesn’t open until 10am which is a bit odd and my only complaint. We will be going back.

Jättefint hotell med familjär känsla. Fin lgh med balkong mot poolområde med kvällssol. Lugnt område men ändå nära restaurang o strand. Buss till Palma utanför hotellet. Personalen är nåt alldeles extra så oerhört trevliga o omtänksamma tom städerskan hälsade på oss på stan efter sitt arbetspass.

Spacious but very basic. The buildings are all tired and need a refurb. We stayed in block 3 which was by the road and it’s noisy. You can hear traffic from the bedroom even with the AC on. There’s no lift either. Lacked essentials like a kettle, condiments ie salt pepper etc. did get a kettle off housekeeping eventually after asking. Theres a safe in the room but its an extra €4 per day to rent it. Only one spare pillow in cupboard. Got another from reception but no cover. The duvet didn’t have a cover either, you had to use the sheet on the bed which didn’t fit it right. Balcony walls grotty. Kids at pool were annoying; noisy throwing a ball about, splashing guests etc and left unsupervised - I’m sure they were the maintenance/ground staff’s kids as they knew them well and spoke same language (not Spanish more like Moroccan Arabic or something). All for kids playing etc but this was OTT and you couldn’t relax. Location was good and reception staff were friendly and upbeat. Overall it wasn’t worth the money paid, and it meant our hols started on a downer. I’d do more research and stay somewhere else nearby as the area is sound and on the quieter side of the bay.

We stayed there for a short break - 3 nights. The property is ideally situated at the quieter end of Santa Ponça with a small bay and harbour nearby. It’s also a short walk to the main beach. The apart/hotel itself is more of a traditional style, no frills but it does have everything that you need. Clean rooms with small kitchenette, aircon and really comfy bed. The pool is well maintained with a life guard on all day. There is no bar or restaurant, but that is not an issue as there are many places around. The staff were more than friendly and helpful. I would return.
