Landed late and arrived at the hotel around 1am. We were welcomed by a night receptionist called Nick. We were really tired so Nick managed to check us in no time and while doing it he explained about all hotel facilities, the things to do in the area in detail, literally everything that we wanted to know. Once checked in, without even asking he helped us with the luggage and came with us all the way to the room to make sure everything was ok. Hats off to Nick for the great welcoming and all the help from him! 5 star service! Our stay at the hotel was great! Nice and quiet place, really clean and organised. Housekeeping lady Elena was also looking after the guests really well ensuring everything was spotless clean. I was surprised when I went to our room after breakfast and found all my t-shirts that were all over the room neatly folded neatly. 5 star service in a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was as you would expect for a 3/4 star hotel, variety of food and desserts. Couldn't complaint at all. Swimming pool was really clean and looked after. During the day there is a bar so food and drinks were not missed. Location is great, 3-4 min walk and you are the beach which is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Front office staff during the day was polite, but they didn't speak much English which wasn't great as it was a bit difficult to communicate. I would highly recommend this hotel and the area in general!

Was ok for what its worth. Not much facilities available restaurant was closed no bar area or lobby. Its an ok budget hotel. It was clean which i am really fussy about. The duvet could be better

Pool was okay probs about it. But very ran down hotel wouldn’t stop again about 40/50 people live under the hotel an work around the area in and out 24.7. Im ok thanks never again

Enjoyed my stay,but being on the first floor with a view of the neighbouring apartment block was a little disappointing. Also the bar wasn’t open and breakfast served at the restaurant over the road was a hit or miss.

L’hôtel n’est pas tout à fais neuf. Mais il reste raisonnable très très bien situé! A proximité restaurant plage il y avait même une fete foraine le soir. Ils ne proposent pas de parking même si c’est ecris 15€ par nuit mais il y a un grand parking à 5-10 minutes à pieds.

Det ligger väldigt bra till! Nära till stranden, nära till bra restauranger. Liten pool med få solstolar omkring, men fanns ofta platser! Lyhört hotell men är väldigt nöjd för att vara 3-stjärnigt hotell ☺️

It's a very simple hotel. The rooms are functional and clean. Breakfast is served across the street with a stunning view of the bay. The staff is very helpful.The pool was OK. It's OK for a short stay.

Website is overly complimentary as to the size and location of the pool and general condition of the hotel which was very tired with poor facilities with the room. Staff worked hard within limitations of the building.

Apartamento de playa algo viejo pero muy bien, la verdad. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Con todos los servicios que buscábamos: primer línea de playa, bares, supermercados y restaurantes alrededor, habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda, servicio de recepción y de limpieza… el desayuno muy bueno. El personal, genial.

Die Lage ist gut. Bucht & Geschäfte sind schnell erreichbar. Frühstück frisch und ausreichend, allerdings täglich gleich. Einrichtung alt, TV ist schlecht. Dafür war es recht sauber, Personal freundlich. Mir persönlich zu einfach & spartanisch.

Ich fand das Hotel einfach aber sehr schön. Sehr gute Lage und alles super sauber

Absolutely Fabulous hotel. Lovely and clean. All staff were amazing. Breakfast was superb enough choice for everyone's dietary needs. We will definitley be back next year

Hotel no a la altura de las estrellas que lleva. Calefacción inesistente, habitación un poco sucia y con mantas viejas, cama con colchón viejo, baño de 30 años atrás, desayuno servido fuera del hotel y muy complicado el tema parking

Hotel was very nice and clean and staffs were very friendly. The only thing that really bothered and let us down was the WiFi at the hotel. So many cut offs. I was in the middle of something and it just stopped. The WiFi is weak. That really let me down.

Camera molto pulita e zona top vicino alla spiaggia. Unica pecca la stanza un po’ trasandata e rete wifi molto debole. Nel complesso però bello!

Nice view from the 5th floor sea view rooms with a useful balcony. The hotel is a bit old and the comfort is not very high. We were satisfied but will probably find another place if we return again.

Extremly loud starting at 6 am daily. Nothing was as advertized. Food was at a resturant across the street. It was limited to nasty finger bar food. Breakfast was good.

Was a great location to stay! Rooms were a little more dated than they appear in the photographs but for what we paid it was a great accommodation.

Im großen Ganzen, ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück fanden wir auch klasse. Nur schallisoliert sind die Zimmer nicht.

I materassi nelle stanze hanno bisogno di essere cambiati totalmente. Sono vecchi e scomodi

Camera non corrispondente alle foto viste.. hotel un po’ retró.. bagno piccolo forse un po’ troppo, poche prese e in posti scomodi, non c’è il frigobar. Nota positiva la posizione centrale vicino a negozi ristoranti e fermate bus

Leckeres Frühstück. Man kann auch draußen im Hotel sehr gut essen und haben eine gute Auswahl. Es war sauber, auch wenn das Bad in unsere Zimmer klein war. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Hatten im 5. OG Meerblick, leider etwas laut durch die Anlagen in der Umgebung. ( ich bin aber sehr empfindlich) Das Personal war hilfreich, vor allem der Mann am Abend. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, kann Santa Ponca sehr empfehlen. Nach Palma braucht man nur 18 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für die Hauptsaison im August fand ich es super und günstig

À part la vue qui était magnifique, notre expérience a été très décevante. Le personnel s’est montré désagréable et peu accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était d’une qualité médiocre, probablement le pire que nous ayons eu à Majorque. Nous regrettons sincèrement l’argent dépensé dans cet hôtel : nous avons séjourné dans des établissements bien moins chers qui étaient largement supérieurs sur tous les aspects. Nous n’y retournerons jamais."
