Location was perfect. We were on the 4th floor overlooking the museum. Lovely room and well attended. Roof top bar was a great ending to our 2 days in Spain. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Exquisite housekeeping and turn-down service. Beautiful structure in a perfect location: near central Bilbao, across the street from the “Gugg,” and a few steps from the airport bus stop. Amazing view from the rooftop lounge. Great jazz in the 0 floor bistro. Breakfast a combo of buffet and table service, all flat rate. Friendly front desk, at all hours.

A propriedade muito bem localizada e com uma excelente vista para o museu. O quarto e banheiro grandes e muito limpos. Um hotel excelente e que recomendo a estadia. Tive um problema com o Check in porque cheguei um dia após minha reserva, mas rapidamente foi solucionado, não afetando a experiência em geral. O estacionamento do local é caro.

Ubicación inigualable contiguo al Guggenheim. Servicio de primera, pasan a revisar la habitación dos veces al día y para preguntar si necesitas algo. Las camas son muy cómodas, limpieza impecable. Es sin duda el mejor hotel que he visitado en mi vida. El desayuno es basto y delicioso. Con platillos preparados al momento según las indicaciones que uno les dé, además de un buffet con toda clase de fiambres, quesos, panes y más. Y todo incluido en el precio. This is a wonderful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast option was well worth it, food and staff were excellent. Sleeping room was large and clean, cleaning staff did a very nice job each day. Lobby was spacious and clean. Excellent location across the street from the Guggenheim Museum.

The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and the view of the Guggenheim was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to as there were quite a few ! We loved our stay here in Bilbao and can’t wait to return !

Absolutely fab hotel in an ideal location opposite the Guggenheim. The Terrace on 7th floor is a real bonus with stunning views and comfortable open-air seating. Breakfasts are outstanding with wide choice of fresh fruit, delicious pancakes and pastries included. Rooms are pleasant although those facing the interior can be a bit dark. Complimantary water and Nespresso machines in the rooms add a little bit of luxury, as do the White Stuff toiletries. Highly recommended.

The good stuff first. Excellent interaction with all staff at all levels. Outstanding breakfast with good selection both from the menu and buffet. If you want anything toasted just ask they are happy to oblige. The mimosas were a nice touch. Second the dissatisfied stuff. From our city view room every night we were disturbed by the club across the road turning out at 4am. There was no lighting when accessing the wardrobes next to the room entry door. The internet TV was constantly cutting out requiring a re boot every 45 minutes. We found this very annoying. All you want in the morning is to have a cup of coffee Twice on a three day stay we had to call Reception because house keeping had forgotten to replenish our supply. Only to be told by Reception “we must have drunk it and any more would be charged for” NO …. HOUSE KEEPING DIDN’T DO THEIR JOB. We were given free parking as compensation which was appreciated.

This was a repeat visit as the location can’t be beaten. Overall this is an excellent hotel with a couple of niggles on this occasion - the main one being that we had requested a double and a twin room but on arrival were given two doubles with no communication of that fact in advance (it was not going to be suitable for us and it was just luck that they could move one room and took a bit of pressing on our part). Internal facing rooms are a bit dark and claustrophobic but spacious. Small spa and rooftop bar very nice. Can’t comment on food as we breakfasted at a local cafe.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Air conditioning wasn’t working in our first room so requested a move which was accommodated. This room had a street view where there was a bar where a lot of shouting lasted until the early hours of the morning. Suggest improving the sound proofing as the staff informed us that this was a recurring problem most Saturday nights.

Fantastic concierge service: Needed to book a bus to Donostia/StSeb for the day but had trouble with the Avanza website (and my poor Spanish) - Virginia set me up the day before with instructions on where to find the bus. Perfect location, very nice amenities.

Every single staff member here made our stay at a beautiful hotel even better than 5 stars! We travel for business and pleasure to Bilbao regularly and will never stay elsewhere after all the help, smiles, top notch serve and what has to be a culture of genuine caring at this hotel. An EXCELLENT stay. The service was impeccable - Luis at the door was attentive and greeted us with true kindness. Sandra, the concierge, helped us with a medical issue with speed. Jon at the rooftop terrace was so friendly with beach advice and plenty of coffee. We stayed in one of the smart interior rooms and the bed was comfortable and temperature, cool, after many very hot days in Galicia. Thank you so much. Top notch time.

Nous avons été accueillis avant l horaire annoncé. La chambre donnant sur le musée était très agréable . Le personnel était charmant en particulier la concierge prête à aider et donner des conseils. We enjoyed our 3-day stay there. The staff was VERY helpful, including the concierge, and it is perfectly located for visiting the Guggenheim and other museums. An excellent place to stay. My only quibble is that their buffet breakfast seems overly expensive. It's a good breakfast, but maybe they added another 5-10 euro for the view. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay. First rate.

This property is across the street from the Guggenheim museum. The hotel has several restaurants that are very good. The breakfast is quite pricey at 35 euros per person.Staff were excellent. My one complaint was the shower which was awkward and sprayed water everywhere.
