Very dog friendly.

Weird experience, some rooms had some work done and were just opened this day supposedly. I was given a room where the light switches and phones weren't working properly and there was a giant hole in the wall still for the electricians to access wires. I noticed this after unpacking and asked for a different room. The front desk staff went upstairs and just said everything was fine in the room. So I went back, and started to unpack when I noticed I was sweating. Turned out the AC in the room wasn't working properly either. Couldn't call the front desk from the phone in the room either so it was all very frustrating given that I already asked for a new room and realized this other problem existed. So I called again and the front desk worker came up and told me the maintenance man could come fix it. By this time it was late at night and I couldn't believe this was happening I just asked for a refund so I could go to a different hotel and rest. They did give me another room across the hall eventually which also was unfinished but at least had the AC working.

The bathtub would not drain properly and we had to report it. It was fixed but that first shower was a real turn off. Also, the water would not get hot and it was right on the verge of not being warm enough. They said there was nothing they could do about it because the hotel was being renovated and it was due to be worked on next week. I felt they were charging too much for the condition of the property.

Was very disappointed that you did not have a safety deposit box in the room so I could store my valuables. Our toilet was clogged and was not able to flush it the rug when you walked on it felt very dirty and the room was very misty smelling I had to call downstairs because we had no toilet paper, and when we left our room to go out for the day, we came back and they never cleaned our bathroom. I have stayed at many Hamptons and I am very disappointed with the way this set up was especially the breakfast. Nothing like the other Hamptons, you need to put , safes in the room, so people can store their valuable things I had to take my valuables with me everywhere I went and I should not have had to do that than that. We slept well and the clock that was on our nightstand wasn’t even working right we was in room 204. You couldn’t even tell what the time was.

The friendly staff is probably the only redeeming quality of this particular Hampton property. The hotel itself is old, run down and dirty. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything through them. Beds are uncomfortable and bathroom is old and dirty. I was always under the impression that Hampton in keeps their properties in similar shape but I think we will switch to another brand of hotels.

Clean, safe, comfortable, good for families, and good breakfast. The hotel has lots of maids which was great, but need a few handyman to repair the cosmetics throughout. Overall, would stay here again.

Smelled awful! Animal odor! No walk in shower,dirty floors,trash under bed,uncomfortable bed. No blinds to close-to bright to sleep.

Staff very friendly, facilities very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

After driving 9 1/2 hrs with 2 lil girls on my birthday to meet with family to see my dying brother one last time. I must say i could not have asked for a more pleasant place to stay. Clean comfortable friendly i honestly did not want to leave

Staff was friendly, check in progress was easy, facility and rooms were clean, and the continental breakfast had a fair amount of options.

I received and email at 3pm asking us how check in went. We didn’t check I. Until 10pm. Out card had been charged $215. When we got to the hotel we received a Key and proceeded to our room. The key didn’t work and we could hear a dog barking from the room. Went back downstairs and asked about it. Apparently someone with the same last name was checked into our room with our card on file and were told their was a pet fee. We finally got a new room and received a call that we needed to come down so they could get a card for incidentals. My husband refused since they had already over charged us. Thankful they had 1 room left in the hotel we were able to check into. The floors in the bathroom were dirty. Overall I thankful I had a place to sleep after an 18 hour day.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Clean and well equipped room. And for the most part it was nice and quiet.

The water for the shower never really gets hot, luke warm at best, very limited breakfast with not many gluten free options, phone in the room did not work so no ability for a wakeup call, brought it to the attention of the front desk and nothing was done, and they said maintenance would come fix it, not sure the call for maintenance was ever made. Front desk staff should be a little friendly and I did not notice or witness that at all.
