Holiday Inn Express Jasper by IHG

Had a great check in experience. Beds were so comfortable. Full amazingly yummy breakfast. Also has semi parking in the back. I will definitely be back. Thank you for yall hospitality and help for all my needs

The property was nice, rooms were clean, but we called two days before we booked checking to make sure their pool was open, we have several kids all under 8, so wanted a place with a pool bc Jasper has NOTHING to do for kids. We were assured the pool was up and running and open, so we went ahead and booked. Walked in today checked in and got our key, ask what the pool hours were and were told oh the pool is closed and under some type of maintenance… so I went straight to my car and called the hotel line that I had been told the pool was open and running… they contacted the hotel but they wouldn’t refund us so we could go somewhere else that had a pool for our kids to enjoy. And the staff that they talked with told them we had already went inside our room and used the bathroom etc. which was a LIE! I want them to pull the cameras and see the only thing we did was use the bathroom that’s out in the lobby for the Public to use upon arriving! I had NEVER went up to my room because I was in my car furious in the phone about being lied to about the pool. So we didn’t get a refund, couldn’t swim in the pool, and our kids couldn’t even connect their Nintendo switches to the internet bc you have to register and connect through a web browser instead of giving a password. So our mini vacation was complete crap and ruined by this hotel! We will NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL CHAIN EVER AGAIN! We paid 142.00 and unable to enjoy any of the amenities we were promised!! We are VERY UNHAPPY!

Very unhappy- advertised they had a pool , nothing about it not being open till june 1st- I had my 2 grandchildren with me and the only reason we stayed there was because of the pool- I asked for a refund because they did not have it opened on a 88 degree weekend and they said they could not- I wanted to go down the street to a different hotel that had a pool and it was opened- I understood if i did not cancel in 24 because of ME but this was on them!! My 6 year old and 2 year old grandchildren were so upset but I could not afford to throw away the whole price of the room so we were STUCK- the staff were kind enough to call and ask to have it refunded but who ever they talked tosaid no said no- abostaying here

Arrived, check in was super easy people are very friendly then went to room ate my dinner I brought in then went to enjoy the pool which is nice and nice surrounding area. Did not have time to enjoy the gym but it did look very nice in passing. Had a very good stay. Bed was comfy. Pillows are great Ice machine on my floor was easy to access

The staff was super friendly upon arrival. The room was clean and check-in was fast and easy. They had a decent pool for the kids and had a great breakfast.

The staff was very nice. A few things out of order-the gym, a side door, and there’s not much immediately in the area. Clean comfortable room.

The room was clean and nice. Good size bathroom. The breakfast was good and included scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit and a number of other suggestions. The pool was nice. The AC in our room when on was rather loud but we slept well as we brought some ear plugs.

Silvia was exilent checking us in and describibg the delicious avant garde continental breakfast amenities that exist from 6 to 10 am......I am waiting with baited breath....? Also staff was the best, took care of us and offered to help and chilled, she even got me a diet coke from :the Market" area. Kudos to Sylvia, she needs a raise...keep that girl. Okay?To the other stuff, my room is nice, close in food options, air is cold cold.... much better than mediocre... good stay, give her a rip if you come this way.... P.S. pretty good bar-b-que near by 3 places, I tried one but the others parking lot was crowded as for the one I went to and the third one had good crowds so you'll know when you get there.... town is 2/3 miles of so.... good luck, and bring your own whisky because the hotel has none..... except the bottle of 2/3 Larsceny Barrel Proof (125%) which I have hidden in on the 3rd floor if room 325... fair warning , it hits hard and I left 3/4 bottle of a 750 (this is allocated,)so don't take alot of friends, one close on should be enough to get a decent buz once you find it....start looking 06/28..... Good luck

Room takes too long to cook from 70-68, over 3 hrs. ADA parking is very limited and parking overall was not the easiest or convenient.

Food left in fridge from last guest, otherwise the stay was great

Easy access and close to restaurants and gas stations. Clean on the outside but hallways are really dirty and stained.

The ac had leaked and the carpet was wet. The shower wasn’t exactly clean and the toilet “ran” the entire night. We were disappointed in the condition of our room.

Had to change rooms after checking in as the bathroom sink was clogged. Air unit in replacement room rattled all night. Breakfast was below normal standard for a Holiday Inn Express. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked a King Suite through Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel refused to honor my reservation, stating that no suites were available. Despite my confirmation clearly listing a suite, they blamed Expedia and offered only a standard king room—without a sofa bed and at the same rate. After some back and forth, I accepted a smaller room with a minor rate reduction. The real issue, however, came at 6 AM, when I was abruptly awakened by my smoke alarm. Stepping into the hallway, I found it filled with smoke and saw four firemen two doors down. My room was also full of smoke, burning my eyes. Hotel staff never called to check on guests, and when I went to the front desk to report the situation, no apology was offered. Given the unsafe conditions, I had no choice but to check out early. This was an incredibly disappointing and poorly handled experience. Lack of accountability and guest safety concerns make this hotel one I would never recommend.

Really quite and a very spacious room

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing!

It was a solid stay. The road traffic was a little loud, and some of the breakfast items were overcooked, but the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

The rooms were recently updated, everything was nice except the a/c. Nery noisy snd continous clicking.

Room was nice. The only thing was the ac had a whining noise when it was on made it hard to sleep.

They charged us twice at check in but they were willing to let us check in early. The room was in good condition and was clean. The bed was pretty firm but other than that great stay.

We had booked and prepaid for 3 rooms for 6 nights and were delayed on the road, arriving one day late. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservations had been canceled because we hadn’t shown up the night before—without any refund. It was extremely frustrating, and after a long day of travel and work, we had to frantically search for another room at 10:00 p.m.

While Jackie was amazing, things just did not go well. First room had no hot water so they moved us to another room. This room, the TV was not working but we had hot water. Jackie bulldogged that TV issue until resolved. But it was late, we were tired, cranky from having traveled for 7 hours and just wanted to relax, take a hot shower and veg out; not deal with issues and room changes. The room adjustment given for these problems were laughable. Also the hotel should not be allowed to operate with one person on duty, especially late at night. Problems take them away from the front desk. It is unsafe for customers as well as for her! We xhecked in around 8pm and were finally able to relax around 10ish with all the issues.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and felt welcomed by the staff. That disposition of your staff was constant throughout my stay. The accommodations were very nice, the facility very clean. The continental breakfast was much nicer than most. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable over the holidays!

Honestly its a pretty nice place but their hot breakfast could be improved-no meat option other than dry turkey sausage but the biscuits were awesome--the breakfast was appreciated but could definitely be improved

Great stay! Quiet room. The continental breakfast was great. Lots of variety.

The Breakfast was great. Parents needed to be with their kids not allow them to roam around free.

The check in was the fastest, most efficient and courteous that I have ever experienced…and that’s saying something as I have been traveling for more than 50 years all over the USA, Canada, Mexico and extensively abroad. Very clean well appointed comfortable quiet rooms. Hot breakfast was very good. Crisp not greasy bacon, eggs, good gravy and biscuits, fruit, cereal and all the usual accompaniments. Excellent coffee. If traveling through these parts I will definitely stay here again.

Overall a nice place. No OJ and way over cooked and very dry omelets.
