Get what you pay for but they charged me an additional $25 pet fee at the office. There is no grass onsite for pet relief. You have to walk over to the abandoned car wash. Breakfast was very limited.

I arrived after it had rained all day. All the parking spaces within 5 or 6 parking spots of my room were standing in about an inch or two of water. I had to wade water to get in and out of my car. Not a big deal, but not pleasant. Room 114.

Surprised by the low cost and cleanliness of this place. Nice reception staff. Nice flooring in room. No carpets. Clean towels and linens......nicer rooms than motels that charge twice as much. Well lit parking area. Down side.....no alarm clock. I like to wake up and see the time and go back to sleep.

During my stay I discovered that my room had roaches. I let the staff know and they said there was nothing they can do and they were not going to give me a refund. i never brought up a refund but they made sure to let me know anyways.

While this property is pet friendly, there is no where to actually take your dog potty except a tiny piece of grass along the road near the entrance or walk across the street from the entrance to a grassy hill. The floor in our room was dirty, your feet stuck to the floor so we had to wear our flip flops if walking around. The lady at the front desk was really nice. Our beds had clean linens on them and the shower pressure was good. 3 stars over all.

Much better than I expected for the price. What more could you ask for, than a clean, comfortable, (great pillows) safe place to stay at a reasonable price. How about a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot in the room plus free breakfast with hot waffles. Better than some motels I've stayed in at twice the price.

Bed was too hard, A/C sounded like a washing machine all night, and there was no milk to drink for breakfast, only a little milk in a carafe for cereal. Staff was very empathetic to my physical conditions and accommodated me very well. Staff was extremely nice and polite.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived late in the evening and front desk clerk was able to get us checked in quickly. She was able to get us into a room by the front door which was very helpful for elderly family member with a walker. —- Wish there had been individual bedside lights or a lamp between the beds instead of a single switch for super bright lights that came on in the ceiling above the head for both beds. It also would have been helpful to have a bedside clock/ alarm. My mom is 88 and does not use a cell phone and was disappointed the only clock was on the microwave screen across the room and could not be seen from the bed.

The rates for great for the newly remodeled property. What really made the difference for me was the staff! They were all so friendly and helpful, especially the manager Regena, and the staff whose names I got, Natalie and Amy! Definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!!

I had to flee my storm ravaged area, came to Jasper very unnerved and took refuge. I was not told there was no WiFi or tv up front. Went to my room, lamp would not work, back to desk to get new bulb, found out there was no Wi-Fi or tv which I desperately needed. Went back to room, changed lightbulb, checked to see if there was any service. Back to front desk and asked to check out and refund my money as I had to go elsewhere. Was told no refund. Had to drive to Cullman for accommodations. I should have been told before check-in there were no services that I had to have. Very disappointed!

Pet fees are inconsistent and not included when you book a “pet friendly” room. I had to pay $23.80 the first time and $47.60 the second time. Water heater was not working. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Will not be staying here again as the pet fee is a rip off.

The hitel is clean, although empty, im still upset that a full week later they are still holding a $100 deposit that ive yet to get back, and checkout went great. So no need to keep my money. They dont twll you until u arrive to check in about a deposit. Thats for all rooms

The front desk staff was very nice and check-in was simple. The room was nice and clean with a modern look (no carpet, granite counters, nice tile in shower, etc.). Water pressure in shower wasn’t super strong, but not terrible. The bed was a little more on the firm side but comfortable. Pillows were great. Breakfast was simple but decent - boiled eggs, cereal, instant oatmeal packets, muffins/toast/bagels, yogurt, waffle machine, coffee, juice. We stayed one night on the way to our destination, and would stay here again.
