Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport

Parking was safe and rooms were big and comfortable.

Great location!! Clean.. Had a little hiccup with the cleaning crew removing items from my room as I was still a “checked in” guest and through away my food from fridge.. staff extremely nice.. A manager offered to give me some reward points for the missing items of my room! Breakfast was nice, the SEED coffee brand was delicious- The pool was alright- good for families.

This hotel is immaculate!! The landscaping around the pool & entire property is gorgeous! Breakfast daily is delicious! Several options & they serve you. The day reception manager is Laquea & this girl is WONDERFUL!!! She was able to get us an early check in & was extremely gracious. We’ve never experienced this at any hotel in any State. Her accommodating us meant the world to both of us. We had just got off of a cruise ship early in the morning & being able to check in & settle in was so appreciated!! Also Angelina at the bar has the best personality & makes tasty cocktails. This hotel offers Shuttle within a 4 mile radius for a small fee. We want to give a huge thank you to Casimir (sp?) and Pedro for getting us places & especially Casimir fir the timely ride to the airport on our departure. The Hawthorn extended stay hotel and suites is definitely a place that we would return to!

I LOVED my stay at Hawthorne and have every intention of returning! Walking in, there is a fresh scent and friendly face ready to welcome you anytime of day or night! The place is clean, well decorated and has an air of class. My suite was wonderful, giving apartment feels with the nearly full kitchen. The only thing missing was an actual oven. The room was fully stocked in the typical hotel fashion and anything additional needed was just an ask away or available in their convenience shop. The breakfast was perfect and was fully attended to by the nicest staff. I utilized the laundry room in my 7 day stay without issue, the gym room is open 24/7 as is the business center. There is a pond out front that has a walking path around it, I walked it most of my 7 day stay and met an iguana and a crane! I additionally enjoyed a few hours of pure calm rendition a lounger by the pool. The Tanger outlets are walkable For shopping and eats as well. The property was a five minute drive to PBI. This was simply a wonderful place to be for my trip and I felt well taken care of! Thanks Hawthorn, you will be seeing me again!

Property was very clean and convenient to rt 95. All staff were excellent, including (Whitney and Lakita) handling the check in/out and running the front desk. Don’t go crazy looking for an ice machine, they have small bags of ice available behind the front desk. Just ask. Rooms were spacious and clean. Full suite, including kitchen. Water pressure was not good, which was my 4 out of 5 stars rating in one category, otherwise a very nice place to stay.

The rooms were wonderful! It’s like a 1 bedroom condo…a sitting area with TV, kitchen (w frig, microwave, stove & dishwasher. Even had dishes & silverware), & behind the wall were the 2 queen beds & another TV! The free bfst was delicious. Only complaint was the pool was not maintained & had a lot of debris in it.

I wasn't thrilled with the pool area, it didn't have a great ambience to it. But it was nice and clean.

Discovered AFTER I checked in that the hotel did not have free 24/7 shuttle service to the airport as do the other hotels near the airport. AND even the paid shuttle wasn’t available until 7am. This is mean I’ll never use this property again

Our stay was great. We used the shuttle service and can’t rave about it enough! We mostly had Pedro, who was a very pleasant and sweet man. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Lounge in the lobby always closed early so we didn’t get much of a chance to experience it. Breakfast was awesome ❤️

There was a pillow that seemed dirty and with a stain. Also there was crumbs or something between the bed and night table on the floor. There was a pubic hair in the shower when we came in. Upon entering the room had a little smell to it. Everything else was ok. Breakfast was good.

My family enjoyed our stay at the property. The rooms were average, customer service could be better. The cleanliness of the rooms can be better such as the smell of the carpet and the dust on the ac not as clean as other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Other people hair all over bathroom. Pee Behind toilet and shower. Marking all thoughout room and old used bandages for last guests behind tv.

This was our second time staying at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in West Palm Beach, Florida and it`s most definitely are last time, too. The lobby looks decent, but the rooms are filthy from the walls down to the floor. Our room smelled like cigarette and very musty. We kept itching from the couch and bathroom chair, they need to be changed! My 20-month-old son took off his shoes and was walking on the carpet with his socks, they got EXTREMELY DIRTY, I mean EXTREMELY as if he was outside walking in dirt! On Saturday 10/21, housekeeping came in supposedly to clean the room. She picked up the trash, replaced the towels, fixed the bed with the SAME dirty sheets and proceeded to walk away. My husband and I were the ones who requested that she change the sheets and vacuum the floor before she leave. On Sunday 10/22 our 5-year-old accidentally spilled our baby Gerber rice cereal on the floor while we were getting ready to go to Miami to see our family, we spent the entire day out and came back to our room around 1:00am and the cereal remained on the floor for the entire day!! Housekeeping came in that Sunday while we were out, they fixed the beds with the SAME dirty sheets, picked up the trash, left new towels, but did not leave new soap/shampoo nor vacuum the floor. We were supposed to check out on Tuesday 10/24, but we left on Monday 10/23 and went to my brother's house because we couldn't take it any longer. We couldn`t take any longer! I will never book a stay again

The lobby and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room had multiple areas where the wallpaper was peeling. The ac was off more than on through the night, making the temp extremely inconsistent.

Nice rooms large The bed was a bit lumpy and the TV was hard to figure out but other than that the room was great Big refrigerator and stove top dishwasher Otherwise it was a great stay at this hotel.

Efficient check in, , great breakfast , bar friendly and casual atmosphere , good safe parking, pay 1 price 35.00 for shuttle during stay. be sure to communicate with front desk for shuttle . rooms were very clean and spacious w/ full kitchenette . Very comfortable room, Very comfortable beds . Excellent place to stay about 10-15 mins to downtown .

I love the staff that worked at the dining. They were always very friendly and worked very hard to make sure that the guests were taken care of.

Hawthorne Extended by Wyndham in West Palm Beach was a very clean place to stay! The cleaning ladies were very cordial. Please note … we did not have a good experience with their front desk staff! All of them were not pleasant and hospitable. This is the guest first impression when we first step in. They don’t smile, not friendly, as if we’re not allowed to ask questions - and if we did they were short and rude towards us! It took us 4 hrs to wait for their shuttle to pick us up from PBI airport come to find out their shuttle drive was out on vacation and advised us to take the Uber! Again i can’t stress enough … front desk staff were rude rude rude! Not hospitable! As if we’re not allow to ask questions. No smile with hard faces. It’s too bad the owner of this place doesn’t know. But I hope this message will reach them. This is sad to say that their front desk staff does not meet their Mission and Ststement. Therefore I cannot rate this place with a 5 star.

First time staying at a Hawthorn and we were pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The suite layout is spacious and practical. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom had a separate vanity with a comfy chair And a 2 sided makeup mirror with magnifier. I usually have to bring my own when we travel. The hot breakfast buffet was amazing. It consisted of an extensive variety of freshly made items served on ceramic china by a friendly and pleasant staff. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again on future visits to West Palm Beach.

I like the property location and I like their complimentary coffee that’s available all day long. I do not like the lack of friendliness some of the front desk staff have. Also the manager on duty Janet Sanfilipopo was extremely rude and made a situation go from bad to worse rather than handling it in a professional manner.

Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. A maintenance issue in our room was handled quickly. We loved the hot breakfast each morning of our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was safe, and everyone was friendly. The sheets were fresh, and towels were delivered daily. Best of all, it was right next to my son’s condominium, which I hadn’t realized when I originally booked. We will definitely be back. Poor customer service. The front desk person has no personality. Kept my license after making a copy. Now they want me to purchase a .52 cent stamp, email it to them, so they can mail me my license, even though it was their mistake. No a single phone call in 4 days that my license was there.

We had a great stay. The staff was excellent and accommodating to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, convenient property close to airport. Good breakfast. A bit noisy being very near highway. The walls are thin and we could hear people partying outside at night.

The hotel was quite a dream, clean, exquisitely decorated and with very spacious rooms. There was a full breakfast with everything you could desire and the staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The hotel was perfectly located right off the highway, with a shopping mall with high end shops, discount stores and restaurants just à stoplight away and a Target store just around the corner.

I enjoyed my stay and will return for my next diving trip. It is 15 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from the dive shop that I used. The property was clean and conveniently located with quick and easy access to the highways.

Bed was comfortable. Heated pool was nice, though furniture needs updated. Breakfast was delicious, but hours too short, especially traveling with teens. They were never up in time. Room service was barely ok. Room was clean, but we only had our beds made on the last day. Constantly needed to call front desk in the evening to have things sent up to our room that housekeeping should have replaced. Overall though, we would stay there again.

I was there for a very short stay only a couple of nights. The hotel is OK nothing fancy average stay for people passing through the breakfast. Could use a little improvement. I recommend it.

Nice clean hotel, good breakfast, fresh and quality food, not a bunch of sugary junk. Only reason I downgraded one star for comfort was the mattress was not the best, kinda sunk in the middle. Otherwise, seems like the best value is West Palm Beach!

The property had easy access to the area. The breakfast options were limited and basically the same daily. Embassy Suites offers a better option even if slightly more expensive. Hot food was luke warm and over cooked. Really nothing to add to your oatmeal.

The is a beautiful in person as it is on their website. My check in was great the evening Crew that checked us in was wonderful, we were welcomed with smiles from both of them.The housekeeper staff was courteous, polite,very friendly and helpful.Now lets talk about the kitchen staff and breakfast. The host was very polite and friendly and she kept a smile even though she was a little irritated. But she handled it with stride. But the bald head lady is a hag and has a nasty attitude but she couldn't shake me at all, I said the eggs were too watery and the that we had two morning in a row was burnt and dry. The fruit and other food selections were great. Then the oatmeal tasted like wood the lady can't cook even with instructions., we finally had a good breakfast on Monday our last day, we where there for 4 days and three nights. Overall it was good and we will return,the rooms are immaculate and beds OMG. WONDERFUL.i wanted to give 5 stars because everyone else does a great job at keeping up the needs of the guest. But that kitchen needs a better cook with a better attitude towards the guest because if we don't rent the rooms then she wouldn't have a job. Not their anyways.
