The rooms are tiny. The front desk lady is good but doesn't make the slightest effort to give you a better experience. There were no extra pillows and the bathroom is almost like a toy bathroom. In short, if you can avoid it, there are many better options for the same price around here.

Servicio, limpieza y para mi sorpresa hasta espacios estaban bastante bien, solo es muy ruidoso, le falta trabajar la acústica, escuchamos la TV del vecino de cuarto hasta altas horas de la noche, lo tomamos por una noche para descansar pero no tuvimos mucho éxito con el objetivo

Muchos llegamos antes de las 3 y entendemos que es la hora de check in, pero éramos mas de 8 personas esperando a que diera la hora y pudieron pedir los datos cuando íbamos llegando y así no amontonarnos ó hacer cola para el registro. Había personas mayores sintiéndose mal (les dimos nuestro turno de pasar) otros pasaron después de media hora de espera ya cansados. El transporte y el personal pésimo. Mucho que desear, arrepentidos de nuestra mala elección.

Muchos llegamos antes de las 3 y entendemos que es la hora de check in, pero éramos mas de 8 personas esperando a que diera la hora y pudieron pedir los datos cuando íbamos llegando y así no amontonarnos ó hacer cola para el registro. Había personas mayores sintiéndose mal (les dimos nuestro turno de pasar) otros pasaron después de media hora de espera ya cansados. El transporte y el personal pésimo. Mucho que desear, arrepentidos de nuestra mala elección.

la recepcionista que nos recibio turno AM fue muy ruda no contacto visual, no saludo, aunque sabiamos que el check in era a las 3pm dejariamos el equipaje pero no fue nada cordial asi comenzo nuestra experiencia, sin duda necesitan capacitacion de atencion al huesped.

Excelente atención en recepción, solo un detalle, yo reservé habitación con 2 camas y me asignaron con una cama. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido aún en nivel de aire bajo. El servicio de desayuno muy bien, también el servicio de traslado aeropuerto-hotel. Muchas gracias!!

Staff was not clear about the time schedule for the shuttle from/to airport: when we call the receptionist at 5:30pm to pick us up at terminal A, she told us the driver will start his shift at 9:00pm.Thanks best western premier shuttle driver to drop my wife and I at the one hotel. During the night several noise in the corridor woke us up. Definitely I will not recommend one hotel to a friend.

Me pareció que habia mucha húmedad en la habitacion, ya que al instante de entrar a la habitación mi esposo y yo presentamos congestión nasal. El desayuno sabia bien, y el lugar en donde estaban los alimentos estaba muy limpio. La habitación estaba en bien estado y limpia, solo nos parecio que estaba muy reducido el espacio de la habitación.
