Went to Monterrey for the soccer world cup While CNH hotel doubled the rates to take advantage of the global event, the hotel experience was CATASTROPHIC. Room smells Very noisy AC system Safe not working and they didn’t know how to fix it Bathroom old and shower not working properly. Coffee machine the type you find for 10$ plus no power outlet next to it. Breakfast was a disaster: no variety, pastries are literally leftover, venue incredibly bad Staff has been as helpful as they could with what they were given but NO ONE spoke any English I traveled all over the world and this was the worst hotel I’ve been at.

There was a hair on our sheet, but was too tired to bother. The sink water opened very abruptly and sprayed us every time we used it. The staff wasn’t rude, but weren’t as friendly or as helpful as at Four Points Sheraton. Half the menu was not available at their restaurant for dinner time and they had so many options but wasn’t clear what was available or not until the kitchen would send back the waitress/hostess and we had to keep guessing. They were out of soup, chicken nuggets and pizza! Anyway, the chicken sandwich was pretty good, although you have to specify not loaf bread, but hamburger bread and my daughter seemed to like the chicken wings. The real good thing in my opinion, was the airport shuttle, very punctual and good service. Just call the hotel and they’ll pick you up from the airport.

I like this place because of proximity to Airport. In addition, they have free shuttle service. Only issue was there were no hand towels nor floor mat just 2 bath towels. The front desk was very attentive and requested car service to downtown.
