Location is nice and convenient, would have like to use the pool and hot tub but looks like it has been down a while, hairs on bathroom floor and shower wall, not a lot of options for breakfast

When asked for my room was changed to a quieter location. I liked that for the short stay there were no unnecessary daily changes of towels, soap bars, no intrusion. Fresh food supermarket at walking distance. Plenty of parking. Quiet. There is a swimming pool, which was closed, but also not promised. No plastic recycle, as negative. Simple place, but neat, and the price was right.

As hotels go, it did the trick - just needed a bed to get some sleep. The pool looked like it hadn\'t been operational for some time. It was empty with an "out of order" sign on the door. Otherwise, hotel was clean and quiet. Best part was the water pressure in the shower. I felt great after my exfoliation!

It advertises rhere is a pool and hottub, the hottub is filled in and pool wasnt filled. So very disappointing....

The staff was extremely nice and they do offer a light carry and go breakfast. Free parking and the area seemed to be safe with many dining and shopping options within a 10-15 minute drive. The room itself smelled old. There were cigarette burn holes in the comforter and the toilet seat had not been cleaned. I also noticed the pool was out of order. The room was extremely dark..the hotel should invest in better lighting. There were not any bugs that I saw which is a plus. I’m still glad I was only there for one night. I likely would not stay there again.

No gym or exercise equipment

Disappointing is the word. The hotel room was not clean when it comes to carpet my son got hives while there and it has been so bad that I had to shorten my trip and come back. Just bread and butter for breakfast, no water in the swimming pool. I have never seen such a bad hotel. Please don’t go if you kids

It was a convenient location for us. The pool being remodeled. Noisy upstairs neighbors. Our keys failed the second day on during our 2 day stay. The breakfast had little selection. Coffee, milk, juice, 3 cereals, toasting bread, mini bagels, NOTHING else. We had a fire alarm for burnt popcorn. The staff was very helpful.

Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Pool is empty though and the machines in the workout room don't work.

Its fine for the quick business trip. The room was only to sleep in. The AC was cold. Had some ants in the room so every tickle i felt while in bed my mind assumed was an ant even though it wasnt. Did the online check in and then the front desk wanted me to do everything again because they didnt know they had online check in?!?! Only reason i use it is it in so close to were im working for the weekend and the price is the cheapest within the 15 minutes to the job site...

There were a plethora of ants so getting a restful sleep was impossible. The floor to the elevator was filthy for three days. The faulty fire alarm kept going off without any reasons and i had to explain over and over that i dont smoke so the faulty alarm could be a bigger problem but nobody was listening.

The room had a smell to it of old carpet or something. I had to wash everything I took in that room.

It was dirty and in need of repairs. We were given one towel each to last the 4 days we were there. The floor had sticky stains on the carpet and the building in general was dirty. Our bathroom door did not close all the way. Really wanted to check out right away but it was nonrefundable stay. Lesson learned.

Adult hair all over the tub amd toilet. Spit next to the hair dryer and mirror. Non smoking room with a thousand burn hole in carpet amd bed spread. And yes if you want pictures i have them. So disgusting do not bring your family here. Lady at front desk say cant doing anything about , you book third party. Expedia i like my money back and i will give you the picture of proof

Clean room, staff was nice. Just wish the bathtub was a little bit bigger.

Checked in to our room and there was a massive mold patch above the shower. We were able to get a new room but aside from mold, it wasn’t much better. Cracked tile, gross carpet, dark room just make for an okay stay. You get what you pay for I guess.

Although the premises need an update, it's a nice hotel to stay for a couple of nights.

Coffee pot in room still had water in it from last person who stayed. Room was clean but it was so loud above us and outside the room at all hours of the night. It was hard to sleep. Maybe had we had a different room it would have been better.

Would stay again if options were minimal to choose at last minute. The price at the last minute helped my decision. Gentleman at counter very courteous and professional. Room was clean, bathroom clean excluding possibly food stuck on wall near tub. Beds were decent, linens were clean all enough for a good nights rest.

Everything is older in the rooms

I live over an hour away but work in naperville. I was working until 10:30 p.m. and checking in right afterwards. My wife booked a room for me online. I had to be back at work at 6:00 a.m. and was very tired. I had just gotten to sleep and the fire alarm went off at 2:00 a.m. and again at 4:30 a.m., absolutely ridiculous! I got almost no sleep and will never stay at that hotel again. The hotel manager said the first 2:00 a.m. fire alarm was from a microwave that caught on fire. He said the 4:30 a.m. fire alarm was from someone taking a shower and open the door, which I have a very hard time believing. The place was not clean and it was not comfortable. I have requested a refund for this horrible stay.

Pretty comfy

I had no issues whatsoever. I had to stay here for business and the check-in process was wonderful. The person at the desk was very kind. I had a problem with the toilet in my room so he immediately moved me to another room without question.

It was amazing.The customer service was great easy check in and the room / rooms were very clean and very comfortable I had a hard time waking my grand baby up lol he loved the room and hotel. We will be back there to stay well worth the experience.

The hotel itself could use a little TLC, but all the wonderful, kind staff who go above and beyond to help with any and all special requests make up for any short comings in the property. They were especially kind and helpful to our special-needs daughter.

pleasant Quiet and clean hotel , With very pleasant service, and the lady from the reception named Mia is a nice person with great professionalism and good contact, a nice smile and great kindness, she helped us a lot with check-in, also giving us a lot of information about the area

The young lady at the front desk was incredibly nice. The room is very nice. The pillows are incredible

Booked 2 rooms and they said they only had one. Was threaten to have the police called on me for asking for a resolution. Will never do business with them again!

Great customer service was a great stay

Room was not cleaned. When I asked about it I was told we had to bring our dirty wet towels to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. When I questioned it I was told “you get what you pay for… this is a one star motel” by the front desk night person. I could not believe she said this to me. Would give it negative stars if possible. What a waste of money! Would like a refund if possible. Oh, and what they call breakfast was just pathetic. Stayed there one night last year and pool was “under construction”… a year later and pool is still “under construction”. Would never stay there again!

I paid for 2 nites.After one nite,we realized that there was a large hole in the comforter/TV and treadmill in gymn did not work.Internet in room did not work.We asked for a refund for our second nite because we were checking out one day early.We were told that could not be done because their rate was 92 and we had paid 82 through Expedia.They could have offered us 82 dollars but there was no intention on their part to make it good.

Like the location of the hotel. It's in a quiet residential area and offers a substantial amount of free parking. Check-in staff member was pleasant, efficient, and helpful. Room was on the second floor. Ground floor, elevator, and second floor hallways were all comfortably decorated and well maintained. Room was clean and inviting. Beds were attractive and comfortable. Very much appreciated the availability of electrical and USB plugs available on the lamps. So many budget motels have almost no plugs for their guest's electronic devices. It's refreshing to see that thus facility has thought that through and has met those needs. Things that could use improvement: No box of tissues in the room. Coffee pot not plugged into the wall (under the desk) though there was a space available for it. Once plugged in, coffee pot didn’t work. Only ONE EACH regular and decaf coffee pod in the room. Though "breakfast" was provided, it was scant and lacked variety. Instant coffee, juices, milk, dried cereal, bread (for toast), small bagels with butter and jam. Consisted primarily of sugary or starchy items. No hot foods of any kind available. Next morning took the coffee maker to the front desk and asked that it be replaced. Was told the cleaning crew would handle that when they arrived. Asked that more than just one coffee pod be left in the room, then left for the day. Upon our return a coffee maker and ONE regular coffee packet had been delivered to the room. Beds not made.

This property is in a safe neighborhood. The room is clean. You can see age of the facility on the places that renovation didn't cover up. We feel safe in this area. It's close to places that we needed to go.

The hotel is very clean and very conveniently located close to good shops but just off the main streets. The staff did really well with ensuring the breakfast items were kept stocked up whilst having multiple ultimate frisbee teams there for the Heavy Weights tournament! Good value for money!

The hotel needs to update their rooms. The rooms are clean, the area is quiet, and the hotel is OK.

Nice room, giid bed. The breakfast however was scarse and poor quality. I would not have minded to spend $10 more for a better breakfast and coffee.

Was a little disappointed in the breakfast options; would like to have seen some hot cereal - oats, yogurt and fruit. Was not a fan at all with the TV channel continuously playing Fox entertainment (not a news source!) Staff were friendly. Thanks!

Toast and bagels and cereal was their continental breakfast

It was very good for what we paid. In breakfast they could have scrambled eggs and it would be perfect!

The hotel was clean but needed floor tile and door repair in the bathroom. Some of the lights didn't work in the 1st two rooms. The receptionist graciously moved us till we got a room where all the lights worked. The breakfast was very basic with cereal, toast, juice and coffee. But the price was right. We asked the desk clerk to change the tv station from Fox News. Everyon in the breakfast rokm thanked me. The next morning it was back on Fox News. A different quest asked for it to be changed. There have been other complaints regarding the Fox News. They might want to listen to the majority of their guest's preferences.

I would like have more options breakfast like scrambled eggs , oatmeal, they don’t have good bread , breads were stale, they don’t have forks or spoon , tables dinning dirty

Breakfast is a joke. Cold cereal, coffee, juice, bread. THATS IT!!!!
