Based on previous ratings, we thought this place would be upgraded- it was not. Based on the location, we expected the feel to match it\'s surroundings- it does not. The building wasn\'t easy to find because there was limited signage, the room was DIRTY with mystery stains and smears on ALL surfaces, hair in the sink and tub from previous use, dirt and grime on and in the ice bucket with no bag to use, the coffee maker had no coffee or pot to use, all the towels were dingy and stained, the WiFi was non-existent and everything had a dusty grime that made the room feel stale; we were a single room surrounded by a VERY loud wedding party that took up multiple rooms, the "breakfast" was pathetic and not as advertised on website with the coffee and juices SEVERELY watered down, trash left in the lobby by guests still there a day later and basic amenities like light fixtures, blow dryers, and the AC unit were falling apart. The staff were kind but the value was simply a bed to sleep in.

There was isn’t clear signage from the side street you enter the hotel on. The hotel is supposed to be non smoking and the 2nd floor smelt of smoke throughout and there were cigarette burns on the comforters as well as what looked like ash on the bathroom floor when we first entered the room. The floors felt dirty though housekeeping was seen with a vacuum. There were ants also spotted in the room during the stay. The first floor, breakfast area, and staff were nice and you can tell certain parts of the hotel have been renovated but it was the other factors of smoke, stained comforters, and ants that made it not ideal for the price and being a Quality Inn.

When we first arrived the person at the reception desk had on their personal head phones on and we had to wait for them to take them off to check in. When we went to the room it has a bad smell. So I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. The person at the front desk was speaking to someone on his personal headphones, in another language and looked at me with an attitude because I asked to be moved to another room.. He did finally move me to another room but I had to wait and listen to him continue his conversation.

We were not ok with this hotel, the halls smelled strongly of smoke, the hotel has two floors and the elevator smelled of sweat and smoke. The room had stained and torn furniture, stained lampshades, stained walls. The bed was wobbly and had dirty linens on it. The smoke detector had been disabled, the sprinkler modified and was hanging loose. I was hesitant based on the reviews yet gave it a chance, but I could not stay here. The smell of smoke alone was triggering a migraine for me and there was no way I could spend the night based on just that (though the cleanliness was also a huge factor). We were offered a different room, but it didn't matter. We ended up staying at a different place a few blocks away (which was very nice). The redeeming qualities was the manager was very kind and understanding, the hotel was easily accessible with free parking and there's a great brew pub on the same block. This hotel absolutely needs an updating and a very thorough cleaning.

I like the property because it was centralized for shopping. What I didn't care for was the lack of respect from management and staff that, was smoking allowed in the hotel. When it's clearly posted and advertised smoke free. Another is a filthy room. Urine on the toilet seat and floor. Unvacuumed , Grease on all the lamps post, food crusted microwave, hair soap scum bath tub that had a broken shower head and drain cover which I was unable wouldn't allow the tub water to fill up. I had to use a wash cloth to stop water from going down the drain. Burnt residue on the iron that damaged a dress shirt. Manager came into my room looked around and said, it's clean. Really? He refused to get house keepers to reclean it. I couldn't change rooms upstairs due to hip injury. I explained I'm in town for a funeral for 2 days and no help to carry item up and down stairs. Manager said you can take the room as is or move. I responded give me cleaning products I'll do it my dam self. I also let Him know that he doesn't care about guests service. No inconvenience credit taken off bill, future voucher or apology. As a Choice Hotel Member it's blasphemous I had to be treated that way.

The property is run down and outdated. Choice Hotels should be embarrassed that this facility is under there brand. First room we checked in was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the comforters, hair on the bed, towels on the floor behind the bed and stains on the chairs in the room.

Opening the door to the hotel my husband and I got smacked in the face by the strongest smell of marijuana. We hoped it was just in the lobby but once we got to our room it was also filled with the smell of marijuana even though supposedly this was a non-smoking hotel. After room inspection, there was dried pee on the toilet seat, a more than half used shampoo bottle left on the side of the tub, hairs left in the bed and they looked unwashed with holes as well and dead bugs found INSIDE picture frames and I don’t even know what kind of bug it was but it had antennas. We were in the hotel less than 10 minutes and walked back down to check out, the front desk person didn’t even say sorry when I explained why we were leaving and was only surprised/shocked to find out there was a used shampoo bottle left… please don’t stay here. The only good thing that came out of it was that even though the room was non-refundable they ended up approving to give me a refund. A -100/10 place don’t stay here.

The tv would not turn on at all, connecting and reconnecting didn’t work! Checked connection and there was dirty socks and underwear so room was cleaned from previous occupants! AC vents were filled with black mold and caked on dust! Told front desk, was given keys for access hall and walked in on people already occupying room, profusely apologized and front desk gave me keys for room next door from previous dirty room and this was more filthy!! I was exhausted, moving from room to room and 2 kids, got tired of complaining to front desk so in the morning talked to new front desk staff and guy said “oh sorry “ will never stay there again!

More outdated than the pictures suggested. The hallway smelled of cigarettes even though smoke free rooms. Our room smelled like mold and it was trying to be covered with some spray. Ended up turning the air off and opening the window to breathe. Sprayed pooperi to try and elimate the odors the bedding had holes and there were stains on everything. Hair innthe bathroom still. Would not stay here again.

When I checked the man behind the counter asked how many women were staying in the room. If I had not booked a non refundable stay I would have left. The bed was clean but the coffee machine in the room was moldy and still had coffee from the last person. There was also mold in the bathroom. The room’s smoke detector was missing which is another problem. Breakfast was not a continental breakfast as is listed on the website.i have stayed in many hotels and even worked in hotels and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. This place should be shut down!

Decent spot, nothing that a princess would be cool with. Noisy AF all during the night and hallway stank like the hippy lettuce constantly, even to the point where the staff was trying to use spray to mask the smell. Had to personally tell my neighbors to shut down the party after night staff could not get results at 2:30A. There is no “monitoring” of the building/property at night, they kinda just let stuff go and hope people don’t complain. They asked for my feedback, this is it! Might stay again cause it was decent enough and honestly cheap, but otherwise, not a good experience on the first go at it.

It was nice for a solo stay, buy the television didn't have a lot of channels and no cable. The jacuzzi stopper didn't work well and there was a small order like the carpet was wet 😞. The staff was nice and the price was great for a room with a Jacuzzi and shower

It was not quite average, not terrible. Just could use a facelift. Garbage all over the parking lot in the evening from other guests, not necessarily the hotels fault. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was okay, I wouldn’t stay there again I don’t think, but it isn’t because it’s bad - just not great. It’s affordable, easy to get to different places like the outlet mall, highway, etc… the breakfast place next door is amazing! We went there for breakfast every day.

The room had a stale smell to it. The air conditioner unit was filthy and blew out warm air. A couple of towels had black spots on them. I was in town for my son's graduation so we had a few late night events. I asked the morning manager for a late checkout as we had returned rather late. He rudly said "no, we can't do that" and hung up the phone. The stay was not at all a good one, but seeing my son graduate made my weekend.
