They actively had a prostitution ring going on in the place and when i asked for my refund and to check out early after not even spending a night there they gave us a fight to check out

Didn’t get to satay because they cancelled my reservation

Called at 10:30 to confirm we could check in late and was told that would be fine but when we got there their was no one there to check us in so we had to scramble to find another hotel during spring break!!

I would not recommend anyone to book there. We booked online paod of course get to the hotel no staff is anywhere to be found. We call tje number on the business sheet it rings to the front desk while you are standing there and no one is there to answer. I had to call the police see how to get my money back. I had kids we all had to use the restroom the stress level was on the rise as we ended up with no where to go because all hotels were booked that we went to after getting robbed by studio 6. We went back next morning the staff stated the manager sympathy was not in call at noon. Called another staff member answered and he said she will be in on Monday. I will be calling today as i am not able to return to the hotel my family and I had to get back home.
