There was not parking. We had to park at 15 minutes walk from me hotel. There was mold in the shower and hair on the floor in the room. The air conditioning did not cool the room at all.

Rent og pent rom, og fantastisk utsikt over landsbyen og sjøen. Fikk rom i plan 5, øverste etasje, og rommet hadde liten terrasse med 2 stoler og lite bord. Hard seng, men pluss for at den ikke var delt. Hotellet har ikke egen parkering, men kan tilby rimelig parkering 700 meter bortover gaten. Var heldige å få plass på en P-plass nærmere, Easy-Park og da også dyrere.

Location on the water was great. Many dining options nearby. The hotel itself could use a bit of a refresh. Our biggest issues were that the AC was not available. We were told it was to early in the season to turn it on. No beach chairs or deck available, apparently to early for that to. Not necessarily a problem if you let me know on the website that these things are seasonal. If you post it as an amenity, then it should be available.

Det manglede lameller i sengebunden, toiletbrættet var knækket, generelt et meget slidt hotel. Der stod at der var parkering men det var så 1,5 km væk på en offentlig parkering man skulle betale for. Generelt en dårlig oplevelse.

Perfekt läge på hotellet! Men tyvärr var rummet inte det mysigaste vi haft. De flesta rummen har balkong och vi rekommenderar att boka ett sådant rum annars blir det lätt mörkt. Tyvärr fick vi en ganska dåligt första möte med personalen som inte gav oss information om varesig frukosttider eller Wi-Fi vid incheckningen. Sen incheckning och tidig utcheckning. Utbudet på frukosten var okej och frukostpersonalen var supertrevliga. Inte värt att är hyra solstolar och parasoll på den privata solterassen.

Not the best hotel, very dated & old fashioned with music blaring until early hours of morning. Music so loud I felt the DJ was in our room! I complained on arrival that bed had hairs in it and bathroom had marks beside sink. We were offered a change of room for 1 night only which I didn’t want so the only way forwards was for me to change sheets myself & they were happy to give me clean sheets & cleaning product for bathroom! We had a tiny balcony overlooking sea which was amazing. Breakfast basic but adequate. 40€ for a sun umbrella & 2 sun beds for a day! Car park a 7-10 minute walk away but they did give reduced parking. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Front desk staff were all very helpful. We first got there and got our room which was not cleaned, but we went back downstairs and let them know and they got us a different room right away. Actually turned out to be a blessing for us because the room we ended up in had a full ocean view which was absolutely stunning

Sehr angenehmes pwrsol,freundlich und sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Ausicht was top. Frühstück hatte alles was das hertz begehrt. 3 Stern Hotel das 3 Sterne verdient. Jleine feine Zimmer mit grosser Weitsicht aufs meer.

I’ll start with the good… the location is great and the guy who works the Night Shift is friendly. Now on to the bad… the bed is hard as a rock and makes a terrible noise every time you move while laying in it, the staff (other than the Night Shift receptionist) are not welcoming and seemed to be bothered every time you asked for something, the hotel decor is dated and confusing. It could benefit from a major refurbishment. No notice in advance of hotel sponsored parties with blaring music that continued until 12:45am. I believe it was the police who finally made them turn off the music. Lerici has the potential to rival Portofino, but it unfortunately misses the opportunity to do so.

Really nice hotel with wonderful see views from the newly renovated room. Close to everything that you need in wonderful Lerici. Breakfast was ok but nothing extra at all. I highly recommend this hotel and Lerici, will definitely come back.

The view to the bay is well worth it. The rooms are small The safety deposit box did not work and I asked the guy in that front desk to fix it he never came We asked the same person for pillows and he kept telling me that he was alone and he would get it done. He didn’t get those for hours. We have to go get him ourselves. That was the person during the day the person in the morning in the front desk, he was friendly The same as the staff for breakfast. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was updated.

Nydelig beliggenhet. Balkong mot havet. MEN når det er relativt nye rom med ny aircondition som ikke vikrer!! 5 forskjellige som skulle fikse. Ingen klarte. Ingen tilbakemelding. Ingen beskjeder. Vi bodde det 4 dager uten aircondition. Forferdelige netter!!!!25-26 grader på rommet.

I’ll start with the good… the location is great and the guy who works the Night Shift is friendly. Now on to the bad… the bed is hard as a rock and makes a terrible noise every time you move while laying in it, the staff (other than the Night Shift receptionist) are not welcoming and seemed to be bothered every time you asked for something, the hotel decor is dated and confusing. The front desk staff was incredibly unfriendly from the minute we stepped in the door. No introduction to the hotel facilities, no eye contact and would not give clarification when asked simple questions like, Where should we eat, things to do. When trying to catch a bus they weren’t willing to tell me how far or near what store. They just said it’s down the street. We were promised air conditioning and after talking to them called Hotel.com. Needless to say there was no air conditioning. We woke up late and all restaurants were closed for 5 hours. I took a pastry left out for breakfast and they told me I shouldn’t and charged me ten Euros. Every other place I stayed in Italy was friendly, helpful and wishing to make it an excellent stay. I can’t begin to recount the number of insulting interactions. BTW, although there website offers to get you a car to the train station, they said they had none and that there were no taxis. I cant believe this is part of Best Western. Shame on them for their unkindness. Obviously Hotel.com did not fix air conditioning issue for us.

Front desk staff were all very helpful. We first got there and got our room which was not cleaned, but we went back downstairs and let them know and they got us a different room right away. Actually turned out to be a blessing for us because the room we ended up in had a full ocean view which was absolutely stunning

The rooms are small The safety deposit box did not work and I asked the guy in that front desk to fix it he never came We asked the same person for pillows and he kept telling me that he was alone and he would get it done. He didn’t get those for hours. We have to go get him ourselves. That was the person during the day the person in the morning in the front desk, he was friendly The same as the staff for breakfast. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was updated.

Great Location for the Property. IMO, the Balcony side (Ocean View) would be the only reason to stay here. We had an issue with the elevator and was forced to walk up 3 flights. Very tough for elderly. No help or alternate from staff. Just a sign on the elevator. The breakfast was not a good option. Would I stay here again, yes, but only Ocean view side and would pass on the Breakfast option. Great location, walkable, Quiet and clean

Rent og pent rom, og fantastisk utsikt over landsbyen og sjøen. Fikk rom i plan 5, øverste etasje, og rommet hadde liten terrasse med 2 stoler og lite bord. Var heldige å få plass på en P-plass nærmere, Easy-Park og da også dyrere.

We were told it was to early in the season to turn it on. No beach chairs or deck available, apparently to early for that to. Not necessarily a problem if you let me know on the website that these things are seasonal. If you post it as an amenity, then it should be available.

Parking, on the other hand ... get there by train if you can (no fault of the hotel).

We loved this location! AC was out during our 1 night stay so it was pretty warm in our room. The balcony was shared with the next room with just a railing between so I wasn’t comfortable leaving the doors open for the night. Staff was very helpful & breakfast was nice. Stored our luggage while we took the ferry to see Cinque Terre. Hotel parking was a little confusing to find, but we found it and it wasn’t a far walk back to the hotel. Just drop your luggage off first & then park.

Perfekt läge på hotellet! Men tyvärr var rummet inte det mysigaste vi haft. De flesta rummen har balkong och vi rekommenderar att boka ett sådant rum annars blir det lätt mörkt. Tyvärr fick vi en ganska dåligt första möte med personalen som inte gav oss information om varesig frukosttider eller Wi-Fi vid incheckningen. Sen incheckning och tidig utcheckning. Utbudet på frukosten var okej och frukostpersonalen var supertrevliga. Inte värt att är hyra solstolar och parasoll på den privata solterassen.

It calmed down during later night hours so we managed to get a little sleep at least.
