It was fine for our purposes (needed a last minute place to stay on a holiday weekend!) and the staff was friendly. However, it didn't feel very clean (found a hair in the shower and the stairwell had trash all over). Plus, there were no actual curtains in our room (just sheer fabric and fake curtains that wouldn’t actually pull in front of the window). Maybe that would be ok in some cases, but our room looked directly at a HUGE bright light in the parking lot. Made it very difficult to fall asleep! Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast was fine (can’t complain if it’s free ha).

The area was great restaurants stores etc was close the hotel looked clean and ok inside until I needed to do my laundry the laundry room wasbt to clean then my room looked ok till around 11:30pm when I caught a roach in a cup and brought it down to the office

The beds are hard. The tv had very limited channel selections. The duvet blankets had black stuff on them. The pool is not clean, you can see the grime above the water line all around the pool. A child vomited around the pool area and no one cleaned it, even when told to the front desk clerk and it was left over night for someone else to clean in the morning. It was not a good stay this time around.

It was very good. Great welsome and accommodating. Awesome breakfast. Super clean. They are pet friendly but charge 25$ per pet. We didn't know that and the manager did credit us after the fact.

Great location. Bathroom reeked of urine, we had to keep towels all over floor so we didn't step with bare feet on the floor. Gross. Hallways and ventilation system reeked of marijuana. It was very pleasant, we had to keep bathroom door closed because the smell was so strong in there.

A lot of street noise. My room looked like it held a few parties over the years. Stains all over the walls and water stains on the ceiling. The dishwasher has mold inside it. There’s a funky smell to the room. The bed and bathroom was clean, otherwise I would have left. This was the last hotel room in the area over UNH parents weekend, so I didn’t have any other options unless i wanted to drive out further. I considered sleeping in my daughter’s dorm on her couch. I paid a ridiculous amount of $380 for a very subpar hotel room in a small town. I’ll drive out a little further next time to stay in a newer hotel. I wouldn’t come back here.

Room on fists floor had windows with broken locks & window would not stay closed . When Reported to rob the guy at front desk he suddenly got very nasty & wanted to give me a scotch tape to hold windows closed . Which didn’t work.. I stayed here last year & staff was way Freindlier aswell.

Room was nice and clean. Acess to the property was good. Staff was pleasant. The bed was not that comfortable. Made my back hurt. Matress could be firmer. Have had better beds at other hotels. Would however recommend the property to others.

I didn't like that they did not come in and clean my room the whole time i stayed there. had to ask front desk for items. front desk did give me what i wanted like toleit paperand towels. overall evrything else was great.

Could not believe how terrible service was. At every turn! One time down at front desk called back through front window 5 times for someone to come out to check in/out with no one to come! Every time needed staff assist was horrible. I did not drive, website says shuttle service available. Not true?? Was very rudely told NO!

Front staff Mary was super unhelpful and rude when we first arrived being very short with me about our reservation and how we only reserved one room when my booking clearly said 2. She did try to fix it by later calling me while I was at dinner and saying she saw that I had another room reserved for me but under a different name. I feel this problem could have been fixed when I first checked in if she just took a second to hear my complaints. Instead she made me feel very disrespected and angry that she was not listening to me. Also we noticed when we got to our room that there was a bit of mold on the ceiling in the shower and the bed had a few random hairs on it which I didn’t love. Overall not awesome

Check in was terrible as the desk attendant was deaf and not helpful . Major truck repair active in the parking lot. Asked for dinner recommendation and the desk attendant had nothing to provide No hot water for the shower in the morning.
