Best Western Inn Florence

Paid for jetted tub but it was under construction and I received no compensation. Shower was dirty with boogers on the wall.

Loved the room. Clean and spacious. Night shift woman at desk very helpful and friendly. Perfect for 4 legged friend to stay. Thank you Bedt Western

Everything was great. Our room was on the second floor. It was spotless. The main area of the hotel is under construction but it was fine. Would stay again.

Staff was helpful and friendly only issue i had with the hotel and my booking is i was given the wrong rooms. I had book months in advance and somehow my rooms weren’t right. I had booked and paid for 2 king accessible rooms and instead i got to rooms with double queens that weren’t accessible rooms.

The first floor was under construction, so that area was a little messy. But the room was very cean and nice. Nice staff.
