Well. I really loved our room. It was very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and bedding! We had a 2 bed room. It also came with a nice sitting couch with table which was an excellent bonus. I loved the white covers and sheets, really made the room classy and feel extra clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had waffles eggs sausage and potato. Plus all the various juices, milk coffee tea. Bread, muffins, etc. Now for the not so great - a few low flying planes; but it didnt happen much at all... no hot tub; and the pool was in need of being resurfaced, there were patches in the cement pool and the paint inside the pool appeared to need scrubbed, like it had mildew stains all over the walls and floor. The water was a nice temp and appeared clean.

The noise from the airport was annoying at times. I would think there would be noise abatement in the middle of the night, but, apparently not. Otherwise, the location was convenient and there was adequate parking. I couldn't understand the man when i checked in because he was talking 90 mph and there was only 1 elevator which is normal (apparently) for Comfort Inns and it's ridiculous. I'll think twice about staying in another one for that reason but, the room was clean and comfortable.

Great breakfast (food/staff) and beautiful dining/patio area. Location was convenient to dining, shopping, and attractions. However, there was a strong musty odor in the room from the air conditioner and the carpeting was damp. There was also black mold on the shower ceiling. We were told at the front desk that all of the rooms were musty and that we just weren't used to it. This property would do well to service their A/Cs and address the mold damage in the rooms.

The overall stay was great. Everything was in great condition. The only issue and concern I had was we kept finding injection needles around the bed which tells me they are not cleaning that area well. And the shower had a hard time draining so that’s not being cleaned. How thorough are they really being and is everything being cleaned and sanitized. The breakfast was decent, service was good. Look and comfort were great.

The hall to our room was never vacuumed, and it was really needed. Staff were very nice. Room was very nice. We opted for no room cleaning for our stay. Shops and restaurants close by - great variety. Lots of door slamming as people came and went early in the am. One reason was because the door handles are rigid and do not turn, for quieter closing. Thin walls, could hear a lot of noise and voices. I suppose most hotels are built that way

We had a great experience. Very helpful with calling 911 to get my husband to the ER. Rooms nice size, beds comfortable, breakfast was great, pet friendly…. Will definitely stay there again!

It was a beautiful hotel our first time as we normally stay at the Marriott but the front desk was not pleasant at all. I didn’t realize customer service was not a given for all front staff. It was raining terribly and we ran inside the building after parking our car. We started a small conversation about how terrible the rain was and he was more interested in my drivers license and credit card information rather a kind gesture of kindness “ hey are you okay, that’s a lot of rain “ I will probably never stay there again. I live for service, as a previous manager of customer service for a major banking company and I took pride in myself and staff- we as a team only have one chance to make a first impression so be the best director of first impression. We were rated the highest in customer service before need to feel like they are a business you value. Clearly this is not a value added service and to me it’s game over.

This is the second time I have brought a large group of people to stay at your hotel. This time, there were 30 of us. The staff did a great job with checking us in and being attentive to our stay. The hot breakfast was good and the food was hot and fresh.

I stayed for 2nights and the first night I was there I someone else was given a key to my room and walked in on me and my children while I was taking a nap. The front desk never called me so when I called them they said they were confused, offered no apology and when I asked to move rooms due to not feeling safe I was ignored and offered a 10 voucher at the snack center. I called the company and never heard anything back.

The breakfast was excellent but the coffee was ok. The rooms are very clean but unfortunately the first night we stayed the city was resurfacing the road all around the property and it was noisy. Tried to sleep with eat plugs and that didn't help. The front desk attendant was very accommodating and willing to move us for the next night but he said the road work noise was over and he was right. So we slept wonderfully then.

Our stay was good. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The facility was nice and clean, even smelled clean in the elevator and hallway. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The only thing that we disliked was breakfast. We arrived before 7:30am to eat before going to work, but there were no eggs and not a drop of coffee. My husband got a few pieces of sausage and some orange juice and was unable to eat or drink either. They did have diced potatoes, which were ok. But sadly we paid to much to stay here and not be able to eat breakfast.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Suites. It was clean, well-kept. There were many dining options within walking distance. It was close to the interstate, so convenient to getting to attractions in the area. The biggest downside was there was no variety to the breakfast. We stayed for several days and it was the same few offerings every single day.

Everything was nice, just disappointed in breakfast. No coffee or fruit the first day, and the juice was watery both days. The microwave didn't work and the water for the oatmeal was barely warm.

Excellent stay - the front desk staff checking us in was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was filling and fresh, the rooms were huge and clean. The only thing I didn’t know is that the property is in the flight path of the airport, but other than hearing a few planes at night, it was perfect!
