Very run down building, moldy grout in restroom, holes all through comforter as well as fabric window curtain. Also not the most pleasant of staff. Stayed on the second floor and the hand railing in the corner was rusted away to an extreme degree with just jagged rusty points sticking out.

Bad smell.. after 4 hrs room still not cool enough too sleep .. small bugs on floors . Sink very slow to drain Broken elevator.. metal exterior steps only ..NOT senior citizen friendly With in minutes of arrival I go speak to from desk in person.. I was denied another room... I was told by 2 males they were full with reservations. Did NOT. Sleep here.. After shopping in the city I left this super 8 .. Guest stayed in room few hours while i went into city .. I'm less than one hour in room.. Everything that was told to me had come true.. I was NOT comfortable there and had to leave .. Spoke with female when checked out..I was told management would contact me soon.. Found much better super 8 down road in La Grange. Ky .. I got sleep there .

I was expecting more with the Wyndham name. The walls n bathroom are filthy, pubic hair in shower, hair in bathroom sink. Curtains have holes in them tears in bed spread. The pool is closed. Trash all over the grounds. I’ll never stay again.

Disgusting property!!!! Checked in and opened door to room and immediately knew it was nasty. Checked beds immediately and found bedbugs. Walked out and hotel refused to give refund. Dont ever book this property!

The property was infested with tiny roaches that were found in droves nocturnally. Management utilizes shady payment processes to “ double dip” processing payments from both credit cards and then by travel apps. When I voiced concern and alerted my bank, who is currently investigating duplicative charges for UberEats, monthly stay fees and using their free internet connection to spy in the business transactions of their guests, I was summarily evicted with police presence, then physically harassed and guarded by hotel staff until I packed my thing and physically observed the entire time under the watch of hotel staff blocking my ability to clear things from the room and harassing me hourly. I was robbed at this hotel by a homeless person. Upon arrival to my second month staying on the property the toilet in my room was backed yoo and spewing feces contaminated water so vile they blamed me for their plumbing issues and a week later finally moved me to the adjacent room. Strange events occurred on the property where I became accustomed to the beds vibrating and almost churning at night as if a person was under the beds’ steel box-like construction. Orders from local restaurants through such delivery platforms such as UberEats were rerouted to the management office supplemented with hidden duplicate charges and reorders found precariously hidden in the charges; all manipulated through the online bill statements a full investigation was launched by my bank.

We checked in ...went to the room and a guy down from us was showing us how you had to turn on the shower....when I went in the bathroom...roaches were all over the shower walls ..we got our stuff and went back to the office and got our money back....

If I could give this zero stars I would. We rented two rooms, we opened the door and the smell would knock you over from cigarettes...and I promise this is the truth....when we turned on the light ROACHES scurried!! We didn't even sit our things down and just left and demanded a refund.

It’s the worst hotel I’ve been to. The place smells of tobacco, weed, and cigarettes. The place is also very dirty. To start with, I was given a room that was so dirty and smelly so I complained about it and the room was changed. The second room I was given was better than the first was but wasn’t good either. The floor, glass windows, curtains, bed sheets were all dirty. I felt so disappointed for booking that hotel and nothing will take me back to that place again. The water closet was also not functioning (I.e. the handle was broken so it couldn’t be flashed). I’m a quiet customer who doesn’t give reviews but I promised myself to give a review about this experience I had. I don’t recommend this hotel!

I had requested a non-smoking room, yet there was a lingering smell of cigs coming from the AC, burn hole in the blanket. Sheet and Coverlet were stained. Flooring had been upgraded, but furnishings were old and tired. Morning breakfast was Cherrios or Rice Krispies, coffee and apple. Juice and hot water dispenser did not work. Elevator was filthy. Check-in desk was rather impersonal. Check-out desk was cordial.

The bed was comfortable. The room had many chips, cracks and stains throughout. There were too few outlets and surfaces. No computer desk or chair. Worst of all was infestation of insects in the room, no doubt getting access through some of those cracks I mentioned.

This place was filled w roaches all over I lasted 5 minutes and when I went to check out they wouldn’t give me a refund ! Staff was nasty to me when I brought her several dead bugs in five minutes . Deplorable conditions should not be on Expedia !!! Stay away from This nasty place . Burns in blankets and nasty stains all over the bedding just disgusting !

As soon as we got checked in, not even being there five minutes my children feet were black from the floor in the room. When we got their in the room there was only two pillows between TWO "queen" beds that were actually not queens. I walked down to the front desk from the 3rd floor 3 different times the called the fourth and final time then being told you can come to the front desk and get them.. I\'m pretty sure your suppose to bring them to me... all from 4pm all the way to 9:45pm and having to be up at 5am for work I had to BEG for 2 more pillows that SHOULD have already been in there on the bed and when given to me they were probably the worst lump pillows they could find! Then to top it all off the room was horribly dirty dust every where scum in the toilet from no one being up there and cleaning it. And when we finally went to lay down and went to pull the sheets out a dead COCKROACH was in our bedding!!!!! And when we woke the next morning we found several more dead bugs on the TV stand.. this place is an absolute NIGHTMARE I couldn\'t wait for checkout! WE WILL NEVER STAY AT A SUPER 8 EVER AGAIN!!

Toilet seat was broke. Almost fell in the toilet usin it A/c was super loud and all buttons to adjust temp were broken. Cable kept goin in and out in perfectly clear weather. Someone let their dog crap on 2nd floor balcony as bottom of steps. Stayed there until late that night and yes I told staff at 7am leavin for work after steppin in it. Sheets dirty with huge holes. Horrible hotel

The room left much to be desired. There were holes in the curtains, but some were covered with duct tape. There was a nauseating smell that seemed worse in the evening. There were a couple holes in the walls, mostly the bathroom. There were several little bugs, again, mostly in the bathroom. Paint in the shower was peeling off and there were gaps that we saw bugs go in and out of. There was an ironing board, but no iron. we booked the room for 4 nights and there wasn't a "Do Not Disturb" sign, but nobody ever came in to clean the room or replace towels or other toiletries. We had planned to be in town longer, but shortened our trip so we could sleep somewhere cleaner. The bed seemed fairly new, though the sheets had some holes/tears in them. The stairwell up to our room was sticky on the steps and the handrails. Overall we were very dissatisfied with our stay. You get what you pay for.

The fellow who checked us in went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room assigned to us originally reeked of s smoke. When asked for a different room he showed us room on the second level, but leg issues got in the way. He then contacted his manager and was allowed to sugguest a 3rd room that was more assessebile. I think the room was in the process of being redone. Thank goodness nothing leaked, but when you sat on the toilet the tank rocked. The door to the bathroom wasn't able to be closed & would swing open leaving a open view from the entrance door. There was a burn hole in the sheet & bed covering.

We got a room just to stay for the night and when we got there we found a couple dead roach's so we just cleaned them up then went out to eat and came back and they were all over in the bathroom and by the bed so called and they put us in a different room but I can say I only saw one roach in it but one of the lights was ripped off the wall and the bathroom door did not shut. I also honestly don't know if they even changed the sheets from the last people that stayed there there was females hair under the blankets and on the pillows burn holes in the sheets and blankets I gotta say even with it being as cheap as it was it should definitely been better than what it was I really would like to get myoney back but highly doubt that it would happen

Toilet seat wasn't secure, bathroom door knob was falling apart, curtains were ripped, shower curtain was moldy, sink was clogged, TV was blurry, walls needed painting. Room was in general disrepair. Bathroom door is partially fractured and won’t close. Safety rails partly disconnected from walls. Paint job and wall patching was pure amateur job. Plus side, bed was quite comfortable. Other guests or their friends hang around in parking lot making chatter half the night. Doubt there’s much you can do about it. Your staff guy was courteous, professional, very pleasant to do business with.

Booked 1 room for a 2 night stay. After checking in, I went to bed. Awoke at 1am feeling something crawling on me. Pulled back the sheet and 2 roaches were in the bed. Immediately went to the front desk. And the attendant was very nice, and moved me to another room, which he cleaned himself and put on fresh sheets, and brought me clean towels. So I went back to sleep after inspecting the room. Next morning I woke up and a roach was on the night stand. I pulled it out, and more roaches. So after shaking out my clothes and backpack and repacking again, went back to the front desk, where the attendant was asleep in plain sight. Asked for a refund for the 2nd nightfue to the roach infestation. Was told no refund would be given, but I could try a 3rd room. Ended up leaving and booking a room elsewhere.$138 wasted. Do not stay here. It's not clean.

I'm giving it all five stars because of the late check-in I had and the gentleman was very nice with my service dog unlike some other properties. Yes this hotel is older and it's in a busy area but he was very kind and I'm very thankful

Price was pretty low for a night and I was not expecting much. It is close to the airport and room under $70 is relief. Breakfast was free which are 2 kinds of serial, apple, coffee and juice. I enjoyed sunrise from the window. You should not expect much when hotel next to it is $200/night. And I will give 4/5 overall.

Property was in poor condition. Toilet seat wasn't secure, bathroom door knob was falling apart, curtains were ripped, shower curtain was moldy, sink was clogged, TV was blurry, walls needed painting. The place was decent for a 2 1/2 star motel. There were no bedbugs or cockroaches, the room was decently cleaned, there was a faint scent of smoke in a non smoking room,and there was no smoke alarm in the room, the shower was hard to control the water temp the bed was extremely firm and caused some back pain. Its a 2 1/2 star hotel it needs some work in some spots not a bad price, and its in a really nice neighborhood

Overall had a good stay. Breakfast was meager at best. The room was a little beat up for wear and even though it was definitely clean, I wasn't quite feeling it thus the overall rating of 4 instead of 5 stars but I think if I were in the area again I would probably stay at this location again.

Flooring had been upgraded, but furnishings were old and tired. Morning breakfast was Cherrios or Rice Krispies, coffee and apple. Juice and hot water dispenser did not work. Elevator was filthy.
