If you are driving, be aware that there are only six parking spots available and if you don't get one, then you are likely to be driving circles around the block in hopes of getting lucky or else going to a garage that is quite a walk away. Front desk staff didn't seem too interested in helping us. That continued throughout the stay with repeated calls to the front desk to get some ice sent to our room. Our room was ok. But the two twin beds were quite hard and a bit short. Location could be better, it is a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town square.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof und alles fußläufig bequem zu erkunden. Frühstück ist okay...nichts besonderes. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großer Terrasse im 6. Stock. Schade ist, wenn die anderen Hotelbesucher im 7. Stock auf die freizugängliche Dachterrasse gehen.....keine Privatsphäre, da alle genau auf unsere Terrasse schauen konnten. Das war ärgerlich. Ansonsten war alles soweit okay.

Rien de négatif à dire sauf le manque de volets contre la luminosité matinale sinon tout était très bien, bonne literie, grande chambre ( 3 lits simple), grande salle de bain et le tout était très propre. Pour le petit déjeuner : en fonction des heures il va falloir attendre un peu pour manger sinon il y a de tout et le personnel est sympathique. Il y a aussi le roof top qui est très agréable.

the wellness facilities were out of order and rthis should have been told in advance. Also there were serios problems with drainage, both the toilet, wahs basin and bath tub were blocked. One day there was no drinking water- thats not the fault of the hotel, but made our time pretty inconvenient. We should have been compensated in my opinion for these above.

Parking garage is extremely small and narrow. Anything bigger than VW Golf cannot fit in. Even Golf barely fits in. But everything else is great. Staff is helpful, breakfast is really good, room was big, and everything was clean.

Das Zimmer war vollkommen ausreichend, wenn man alleine unterwegs ist und keine hohen Ansprüche hat. Ordentlich war es auch. Was allerdings gestört hat war, dass nach einer Weile das Kondenswasser der Klimaanlage auf den Teppich getropft ist und es aus dem Abfluss der Dusche gestunken hat. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Personal immer sehr nett! Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und man hat einen tollen Ausblick! Zu Fuß ist man schnell mitten in der Stadt und selbst in der Straße des Hotels gibt es kleinere Restaurants, etc. Beim nächsten mal würde ich allerdings ein anderes Zimmer im Hotel wählen.

Would not stay here again. Rooms are not cleaned properly, carpet is disgusting. You can tell they don’t vacuum often. There was leaves and dirt on the carpet from the planter that was on balcony that was never cleaned and we were there for 4 nights. They don’t replenish anything (i.e water, toiletries, etc). Didn’t have hot water in the shower on the morning we left.

It was not the cleanest hotel. They did not clean my room well. First, I noticed some black spots on the tiles near the bathtub. Also, the tea set was bizarrely placed at the bottom of the closet, which I found unhygienic. Furthermore, the front desk lady, who appeared to be in her 50s, was not very friendly.

Nice hotel in great location, great breakfast. I chose this hotel for the air conditioning and my air con didn’t work, staff were helpful and tried to get it going but were unsuccessful. They did bring me a fan, which helped since there wasn’t an exterior window.

Creo que sería más un tres estrellas que cuatro. El servicio y la limpieza son muy buenos, pero tienen que mejorar varios aspectos: 1.- La bañera está muy elevada y cuesta trabajo salir de ella. 2.- Las cortinas no llegan a cerrar totalmente el ventanal, con lo que entra mucha luz que impide dormir bien, teniendo en cuenta que amanece a las 5:30 h. 3.- La habitación no está insonorizada, con lo que se oyen demasiados ruidos del tráfico. 4.- El aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso y no podíamos desconectarlo ni cambiar la temperatura.

Albergo molto carino e pulito. Abbiamo prenotato una Deluxe tripla e la camera era veramente molto spaziosa. La pulizia e il cambio asciugamani vanno richiesti applicando il cartellino fuori la porta. Avevamo la colazione inclusa, c era tantissima scelta e soprattutto la posizione era ottimale.

The rooms were a good size although not great setup for two large bags even though there was room. Beds were a good size too. The only negative may be that the shower is over the bath and it is a long way to step up into and down out of. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Location was good, 5min walk to New Town and about 15min to Old Town.

A very nice 4 star hotel. We were checked in by Michaela who was very friendly and professional and during our stay was helpful with any queries we had. The room was modern and clean. There was a small balcony which was nice. The buffet breakfast was a good standard with a good selection of hot and cold food and the food was replenished quickly. The location was central to Wenceslas Square about a 7 minute walk away.

Das Hotel liegt super günstig im Zentrum von Prag. Der Wenzelsplatz ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken konnten wir direkt vorm Hotel. Mit dem Hotel waren wir zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauer und wirklich groß (3-Bettzimmer). Ruhig. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Very convenient for centre & metro 5 minutes walk to "Muzeum station" access line A & C. 20 to 30 mins walk to station, suggest use metro. Hlavni nadrazi is metro station for central station Prague. Also seniors (over 65yrs) can travel free if they have their passports

Är man van 4* i Sverige så är detta 2*. Servicen från personalen var super, utöver det väldigt medelmåttigt. Rummet var trött, inga faciliteter som tops,balsam,hudlotion etc. Ingen som helst tekniksmartness heller som ex basicgrejer som dimmer, uttag vid säng. Frukosten var ok förutom att vi ena dagen var tvungen att betala extra för ÄGGRÖRA?? varav den andra dagen så fanns det på buffén? Väldigt konstigt. Trodde först att läget på hotellet var ganska dåligt men insåg snabbt att det ligger utomordentligt om man vill bo med gångavstånd till det mesta men ända på en lugn gata utan liv på kvällarna.

Nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, sogar mit einer Nespresso-Maschine. Der Kaffee morgens ist uns wichtig :) Das Frühstück war ok, alles da, aber nichts besonderes. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen :)
