It was perfect for a turn and burn. Sleep shower and go. It’s a cheap stay, for the price it was great. Cheaply renovated, but clean and comfortable .

The floors of the room were dirty, there were people clearly doing drugs in their cars, and I was charged more than the amount I reserved for. I also was charged two hold fees. When I brought the charges and holds up to the front desk (on night of check-in) the front desk clerk would only print me up what I was charged. She would not acknowledge my dispute.

The staff was helpful. Got us checked in quickly and when we had issues with our TV, they came and got that figured out. But then we had someone trying to get in our door at midnight the first night because the front desk gave him our room! Then the staff came pounding on our door, saying they didn’t have record of us. They ended up finding the paperwork and said nobody entered us in the system. I felt that was unprofessional to accuse us of not having a right to be there rather than looking for the paperwork first. Other than that, the hotel was decent. It could have been cleaner. When we had to do laundry, we had to go to the other location. It was surrounded by very sketchy people. Didn’t really feel safe. Some woman was peeing on the fence nearby. Other than that, it was decent and I guess fine for the price.

The location was great, close to many things. However the area was not great. We never felt in danger but there were more people wondering around than we would prefer. Also, the bottom half of the motel was a motel, the upper floor was residential rental. When we walked in the room, it looked nice and I was like ok this is not too bad, then we started killing spiders and there were live bugs and dead bugs everywhere. Cobwebs in the ceiling the floor was dirty. We would not walk around without our shoes on.
