Generally a very pleasant stay - the hotel is very close to one beach and short walk to others. 25 mins walk to town and there’s a bus right outside the hotel . The staff at reception are excellent. The rooms are similar to most hotels and generally well decorated. The baths are very tiny! Breakfasts were good. Very poor that there are no kettles/coffee/tea in rooms in a 4 star. Far too much plastic around - cups in bathroom, champagne glasses etc - all plastic and wrapped in more plastic!! . a decent hotel should provide glass - much nicer to use and most sustainable. Parking charge at 30€ per day is a rip off!!

The reception and pool areas are wonderful with amazing art everywhere. Very boutique. Rooms were very clean but dated. However I would stay again as it was very good value overall.

Beautiful location of the hotel. Pretty lobby and hallways decorated with artworks. We had a great size room with beautiful view. The hotel is a little run down. Needs renovation. The Wi-Fi is horrible. The breakfast i doesn't have enough choices.

The hotel reception area has a wonderful water feature with a panoramic glass lift. There are several art pieces making the area quite interesting. The Dining room had a great atmosphere, service and food were good although the items on the menu were not to our taste (being English). Breakfast was good, but don't expect a full English cooked breakfast. The food was plentiful and good quality. The Delux rooms have great views (we were on the 3rd floor). The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. However, they are getting a little tired with the odd chips in the bathroom and wardrobe doors which don't run properly. Look beyond these minor details and the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is a little off the track. There is a bus stop opposite (L3 route) which goes to the railway station. In winter there is plenty on on-street parking and two disabled bays outside the hotel. I imagine parking in summer will be an issue. The hotel is next to the marina (Port de Sitges) where there are several resturants, most open around 8pm and generally serve some great fish dishes.

The property was listed as a 4-star hotel and although the reviews were good, that was not our experience. Firstly, there are steep steps to access the hotel which is challenging with multiple suitcases. They’ve no visible doorman, bellman or employees other than a receptionist. Secondly, we were given a room that was 10 steps above the 3rd floor. Since the elevator only goes to floor 3, we had to carry luggage up more stairs. Next, the room had 2 small wall A/C units which were not adequate for the suite we were in so the room would not cool down. It was extremely hot and even with the blackout curtains pulled, it was very uncomfortable. It defeats the purpose of paying for a sea view room when we can’t open the curtains. While we were waiting for our room, we had the breakfast buffet which consisted of cold scrambled eggs, sliced ham, toast, fruit and coffee dispensed from a machine. The breakfast was $32 and was nowhere near 4-star quality. We did finally get a new room about 10pm which was cooler, but we left the next morning foregoing the second night we’d paid for. The location is nice and the yacht club was fun, but the experience at the hotel was about 3 stars at best.

The hotel is old and worn down, the room was really weirdly decorated with something that looked like a kitchen but was just cabinets. The room was spacious but needed simple things like a litter bin and a kettle to make coffee. Also there were no glasses or mugs except for plastic ones wrapped in plastic (not very 2022…) The nearby beach is small but great. The hotel is quite far from the city, though. WiFi didn’t work at all during our stay.

Des fuites d’eau dans la chambre, alors que nous avions un bébé, et tout l’hôtel. Une baignoire à remous qui n’a fonctionné que la moitié du séjour alors que nous avons payé un supplément pour cela. Résultat ? Aucune remise, aucune politesse ! Un parking qui plus est très cher pour ce que c’est. Si le cadre n’avait pas été si beau, le souvenir serait détestable.

The hotel is very clean,elegant with pieces of art throughout. The staff is professional, polite and helpful. Our room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The only downfall is the outdated aircondition that doesn't always work and the shower too. My friend and I both enjoyed our stay and we loved loved Sitges.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable with large ocean view rooms and a beautiful restaurant. Great staff. It's an older hotel and could use a bit of a facelift with some of the finishes but for the price we paid, it was a great place to stay. Just around the corner from the boat harbor, and a 10 min walk to the old town area. We loved this place.

Big room, pretty clean, great location right on the beach and next to the port where you can rent a boat and do jetskiing. lt is a bit of a walk into town and the bus isn’t very frequent though. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Robert. The main issue is that the property is old and there is absolutely no soundproofing between rooms. We were kept awake by the people above us running around and screaming until the early hours of the morning, which we could hear even through earplugs. Robert on reception was very helpful though and we got to switch rooms, however be warned if you are a light sleeper that none of them are particularly soundproof and you can hear everything from the room above and next door. The rooms are also pretty dated and could use refurbishing, especially the ones with the pool view.

We loved our junior suite with ocean view! Spectacular! I didn’t get his name but the young gentleman who checked us in was very helpful with questions I had, scheduling transportation to the airport and assisting with train schedule for day trip into Barcelona.

The location along the beach and near Port of Stiges was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating. We had a glitch with the AC and they worked quickly to resolve the issue and move us into another room.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable with large ocean view rooms and a beautiful restaurant. Great staff. It's an older hotel and could use a bit of a facelift with some of the finishes but for the price we paid, it was a great place to stay. Just around the corner from the boat harbor, and a 10 min walk to the old town area. We loved this place.

The property was listed as a 4-star hotel and although the reviews were good, that was not our experience. Firstly, there are steep steps to access the hotel which is challenging with multiple suitcases. They’ve no visible doorman, bellman or employees other than a receptionist. Secondly, we were given a room that was 10 steps above the 3rd floor. Since the elevator only goes to floor 3, we had to carry luggage up more stairs. Next, the room had 2 small wall A/C units which were not adequate for the suite we were in so the room would not cool down. It was extremely hot and even with the blackout curtains pulled, it was very uncomfortable. It defeats the purpose of paying for a sea view room when we can’t open the curtains. While we were waiting for our room, we had the breakfast buffet which consisted of cold scrambled eggs, sliced ham, toast, fruit and coffee dispensed from a machine. The breakfast was $32 and was nowhere near 4-star quality. We did finally get a new room about 10pm which was cooler, but we left the next morning foregoing the second night we’d paid for. The location is nice and the yacht club was fun, but the experience at the hotel was about 3 stars at best.

I loved this hotel!! I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. Miguel at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. I had lunch and breakfast there-yummy food and wonderful waiter!! I would definitely stay here again!

Generally a very pleasant stay - the hotel is very close to one beach and short walk to others. 25 mins walk to town and there’s a bus right outside the hotel . The staff at reception are excellent. The rooms are similar to most hotels and generally well decorated. The baths are very tiny! Breakfasts were good. Very poor that there are no kettles/coffee/tea in rooms in a 4 star. Far too much plastic around - cups in bathroom, champagne glasses etc - all plastic and wrapped in more plastic!! . a decent hotel should provide glass - much nicer to use and most sustainable. Parking charge at 30€ per day is a rip off!!

The area is stunning.. outside of Barcelona. There is a bus stop outside the building that takes you to the train station to Barcelona. Great location.

The hotel reception area has a wonderful water feature with a panoramic glass lift. There are several art pieces making the area quite interesting. The Dining room had a great atmosphere, service and food were good although the items on the menu were not to our taste (being English). Breakfast was good, but don't expect a full English cooked breakfast. The food was plentiful and good quality. The Delux rooms have great views (we were on the 3rd floor). The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. However, they are getting a little tired with the odd chips in the bathroom and wardrobe doors which don't run properly. Look beyond these minor details and the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is a little off the track. There is a bus stop opposite (L3 route) which goes to the railway station. In winter there is plenty on on-street parking and two disabled bays outside the hotel. I imagine parking in summer will be an issue. The hotel is next to the marina (Port de Sitges) where there are several resturants, most open around 8pm and generally serve some great fish dishes.

The service people are very friendly. It's an interesting hotel filled with art. I was disappointed that there is no hot water kettle or coffee available in the suite. The couch is hard and not comfortable . There is no TV in the bedroom and only one bedside table. The hot tub is actually a garden tub with jets. We arrived at 6pm after a long drive and there was no food available in the hotel until 8:00pm.
