Good location and helpful staff. Our room was damp as the shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor. Bathroom floor was filthy. A/C not very effective. Sun loungers were reserved with towels early in the day. This should not be permitted. Taxi access to the hotel not possible.

Rooms, especially bathrooms, are due for a major refresh. Scum and mold in shower is not appealing. Pool and pool area is amazing unfortunately the pool is freezing! Would be nice to heat it a bit!

First of all: We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. - VERY nice and helpful staff!!!! - Perfect location. - Nice pool area but sometimes too crowded and no control with people blocking a sun bed for a whole day even though they are away for hours. - WiFi in our room was bad (we were in building C) but other places the WiFi was fine. - Very nice breakfast buffet. - Ok room and cleaning level.

Bedrooms were an excellent size, the breakfast was delicious and staff around the pool were very friendly, especially the people that works behind the bar. The one downfall was the fact that there were not enough beds to cater for all guests and the scramble to grab a bed at 10 am was quite comical. The location was right in the middle of town surrounded by fantastic restaurants and cafés. The noise from next door‘s room however was really awkward as we could hear everything via our toilet which was not great.

El Hotel está en un edificio muy bonito con una zona de jardín y solárium muy agradable. El desayuno es fantástico y muy abundante. Bien los protocolos Covid. La calle es bulliciosa pero es lo que hay estando en el centro. Muy cerca de todo lo que se puede visitar y callejear en Sitges. El acceso tiene varias escaleras que son un problema de accesibilidad para personas mayores, carritos de bebé o sillas de ruedas. La habitación es confortable. El parking está cerca y el hotel se hace cargo de una parte del pago.

This is a charming hotel, the rooms are good sadly though there is a 'but'. Key cards regularly stop working if you put them close to your phone, three times for me and four for my friend, however much you try to keep them apart one touch was enough, the staff dealing with this matter were not overly helpful and made you feel like it was your fault. The room locking system needs to be updated. The property offers one bar, outside, it is only open from midday to 5 pm - staff are not attentive and are disinterested in clearing up glasses and plates. In summary this is a great property but it feels like guests are really quite unimportant. Upon checkout I had forgotten to bring back my pool card. I was bluntly told 'well go back and get it or i'll charge you 20 euros'. I get it was my error but I didn't much appreciate the tone.

This property is always spotless. So clean. The staff are always so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Location is great and it has a lovely pool and garden. Highly recommended this place. Absolutely love it.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe und ein schönes, helles Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei für einen guten Start in den Tag. Leider sind die Zimmer jedoch so stark hellhörig, dass bis spät nachts von der Straße der Lärm zu hören ist und innerhalb des Hotels die Türen permanent knallen (die können leider nicht leise geschlossen werden). Dazu hört man jedes Wort, was im Nebenzimmer gesprochen wird. Erholung, bzw. Schlaf ist dadurch leider nicht möglich. (Trotz Ohropax)

The hotel is centrally located and the communal areas such as the pool, bar and reception area were well kept and nice. The main problem we experienced was the standard of the rooms. The first room allocated to us had no window and looked into an internal shaft. As soon as we mentioned it to the staff we were moved without hesitation, which suggests they were aware of the problem. The second room was on the ground floor, looked great but after one day our clothes were damp and we found two cockroaches. Again after reporting this we were moved without hesitation to a room overlooking the pool area. I have to point out that the staff were really good about the situation, but you can’t get away from the fact that there are a selection of rooms that require some serious improvements. The exhaust or smell from the sewer was overwhelming in the morning. It was really unfortunate because I actually think it made us sick. The staff was amazing, the room immaculate, but the smell from the inner bathroom was noxious. It worsened at night when we closed the windows. We chose not to keep the AC on so that the fan wasn’t blowing on us all night, but paid for it with our health from the drain exhaust. It’s an old and beautiful building, but I think that also makes the problem hard to rectify.

The hotel was generally good. The breakfast was good and the hotel manager was nice. However, ants kept coming out of the bathroom, so it was difficult to deal with it. There was a story about bugs in the review, so I think you need to take care of them so that bugs don't come out.

Rooms are very dated, sheets and bed hard, plumbing ancient, A/C only cooled room when cranking loud, bathroom muggy from old slat windows that don’t close, walls paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING, front desk individuals polite at best. Don’t be fooled by the pictures and waste your money.

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Very noisy you can hear everything outside and inside. Housekeeping comes way too early and is disruptive.

The single room was disappointing (209, the one shown on their website). The window is not a "proper" window, it has frosted glass and looks on to a cupboard with a glass roof, so very little actual daylight in the room. Also no milk provided for the in-room coffee/tea - why? Many good things though - everywhere was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and large bed, excellent buffet breakfast, and extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

The reception staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was good with lots of choice and good service. The communal areas including pool area and restaurant are modern and clean. We had a room overlooking the street in the old part of the hotel - there was some street noise and internal noise. The room itself was good but the bathroom was tired and needed refurbishment.

The Hotel Medium is a lovely hotel with many great features. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Sitges and just a short walk from the beach. The hotel is very clean, with excellent facilities, including a lovely pool area bar. The staff are friendly and very helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, my experience was slightly let down by the single room I stayed in. Unfortunately, it was located right next to a very noisy lift, and the room felt somewhat neglected and a little claustrophobic. The window was textured, likely to obscure an unappealing view of a back enclosure, which added to the sense of confinement. Hotel staff kindly offered to move me but informed me the other singles were similar. While the hotel overall is wonderful, the single room fell short, which is why I couldn’t give a full five-star rating.

We were in the annexe and the walls were so thin you could hear next door snoring. The doors bang loudly all night, voices echo around the corridor. We had no sleep, it was exhsusting

Excellent location, lovely staff and amazing generous. complimentary breakfast. Our only issue were the paper thin walls between bedrooms which allowed voices from any of the bedrooms or hallway seem like they were actually in our room, not outside of it. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable and we would return.

Anyone flying into Barcelona for the first time and staying at Hotel Medium Sitges Park should consider taking the hotel shuttle service. It is much less expensive to take the train; however, without knowing the train system it can be a bit confusing. We took the train back to Barcelona to stay for a few days when we left Sitges. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly except Silva; she was a bit rude and dismissive when we were trying to get checked in. I avoided her and found Hector, Christina, and another gentleman much more pleasant. The hotel is deceivingly nice since my expectations were set high; the room was plain but very clean, the terrace is a nice addition, we could see the ocean down the street and a real-life view of what living in Sitges looks like. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a variety of food selections for most cultures. The pool area had a lot of activity, but the pool itself was not crowded. The hotel location is right in the midst of the shopping area with a wonderful mixture of restaurants, cafés, bars, and retail of all kinds, plus a quick walk to the beach/sea front. I would definitely stay here again and looking forward to another trip to Sitges.

Fantastic location, in the centre of everything. Lovely pool and bar area. Staff were fantastic, special shoutout to Hector. Room was nice and clean however a bit small and no views (staring at a wall). From what I could see all other rooms had pool views.

A great stay at the Medium Sitges Park as always the staff as so welcoming, friendly and polite(Julia on breakfast service is a star). The buffet breakfast is extensive with all tastes catered for. The hotel smart and clean and comfortable, the rooms clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed and any issues dealt with immediately. It’s location in the centre of town is excellent

Stayed here before and shall stay here again. Great hotel, great staff, great location for anything you want to do in Sitges. I always enjoy their breakfast buffet and I always sleep well on their big comfy beds. And, if you need help with anything, you take it to the team at Reception and they deal with it promptly and efficiently.

The reception staff are lovely/ the breakfast is huge and tasty. The pool are is relaxing and lovely. My room was comfy and large and quiet. The hotel is centrally located in sitges . My only complaint was my door key kept having to be re programmed but that happens everywhere ! All in all it’s an excellent hotel .

Great stay and had a lovely garden view room. The pool is great and breakfast was good. The hotel is right in the centre which is great. There are loads of restaurants and a few minutes walk to the beach. Its close to the train station, we got a taxi back to the airport which was very convenient €59.

Lovely small hotel in great position for walking Sitges. Few minutes walk to seafront and just a couple of minutes from bars etc. Rooms overlooking street could possibly be noisy at night but our room overlooked the pool so was quiet. Highly recommended.

Conveniently located near the train station, this lovely hotel has clean and spacious rooms, an inviting reception area with a coastal theme, and a pool oasis (with bar) in the centre of the courtyard. The only issue we had was that our room was located facing the street and it could be noisy at night. The staff was helpful and friendly and it was a short walk to the beautiful beaches and waterfront for scenic alfresco dining.

The hotel was nice and in a great location. The bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated and was very nice but the room felt like it needed sprucing up a bit. The TV did not have netflix availability or many English speaking channels and the bar shut at 6.30 pm so it felt like there was nothing to do in the evening unless you were out. Giuseppe the breakfast staff could work on his customer service skills. Food at breakfast was excellent.
