Very good

Arrived at the property and reception was a tiny room in the car parking area. This building is a mixture of what looks like owned properties and residential. Not like a holiday apartment if you are used to going on a package deal to a bigger complex. Room was basic. A studio for 3. Very small and basic kitchen and bathroom area. Clean enough but not modern and showing signs of aging and wear and tear. Pool area very basic. Wasn’t hugely busy this week but limited sun beds. No parasols. Certainly no pool bar/cafe/deli like mentioned in description as far as we could see. Nothing round pool.No music or entertainment, but I did not expect this as didn’t book an apartment used by holiday firms. Location is fantastic. Right at the beach and next to main road of Palma Nova and also across the road from the exclusive Zel hotel. Reception not manned 24 hours and barely seemed manned at all. Not ideal as I was told to leave my luggage (next to the desk not a luggage room) and that someone would be there for me to collect. No one was. I rang the bell and was told to go look for the lifeguard at the pool. No obvious lifeguard seen but someone eventually came and we grabbed our bags. No private showering facility or room to change on last day before leaving. I paid €25 to keep room on until 2pm to give us a bit longer. Overall, paid for a last minute break away for 2 nights. Location good. Very basic. You get what you pay for but not worth the price I’m seeing of over £200 a night!

Terrible dated property. Had no aircon in a heatwave and the aircon unit leaked on bed and dropped black dust even after being looked at. Avoid

Me and my friend went for couple days arrived late Monday contacted property to say we would be there for 11pm. Lady on reception was very nice and helpful, we had a studio with pool view the room was very clean and tidy balcony was a good size and the kitchen was great if you needed to cook but we never. We are planning on staying again in this property.

The location is perfect and the rooms are always spotless, great value for money and the staff are great especially promise. I have stayed here may times over the past 6 years and she always goes out of her way to make us feel welcome
