Fantastiskt läge och vyer. Hotellet har nagot äldre rum, rena och fräscha men inte moderna eller nya. Bra poolomrade, grymt läge i Palmanova narhet till andra restauranger och att fa tag pa taxi.

Everything was excellent. Nice quiet family hotel. Pool was great. Food was incredible in the restaurant and the view was spectacular. My only one issue was with the toasted rolls ordered from the bar, they were as hard as rock and when I went back to the bar the server told me that's just how they are and didn't offer me a refund or anything. The kids didn't or couldn't eat them. But when I ordered it was the last 2 so must have been stale. Wished there was a little more entertainment at night but overall I really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely visit again.

Rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day. Pool opens at 10 after breakfast. No rush for beds. Hotel provide towels. Breakfast had every option you could want from an omelette station to Nutella pancakes. The restaurant at the pool had a range of lunch options with breathtaking views over the bay. Option of adults only pool on the roof. Will definitely return.

We stayed here in early June and it was wonderful, so much so we’ve booked another trip in September. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The pool area was very nice and well maintained, although we spent a lot of time on the adult only roof top terrace and the sandy cove around the corner where there is a lovely beach bar with fab food at great prices. We stayed in a one bed apartment overlooking the sea with breakfast. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and again the staff were wonderful. The local area is quiet (we like that) but with some really nice restaurants and a very good supermarket near by. Palmanova is within walking distance if you’re able but if not the staff are happy to call a taxi which arrives within minutes. Our apartment was spacious and very clean but our friends had a studio which was equally as lovely so we’ve booked that for next time. The gym is small so only limited amount of people can go at the same time and have the space to work out properly but I got there early and it was empty. There are some steps just outside the hotel to get in the sea but that was a bit tricky and certainly hazardous for those less able but the sandy cove around the corner is beautiful. I am returning again as I said as I love this hotel.

AMAZING! We stayed for 10 nights in the premium studio sea view ! It was such a wonderful room with kitchen ( well equipped), breathtaking view , very clean. Every one ( staff) from front desk, lifeguards, buffet , ect were supper nice and friendly. Food was great, pool was well cleaned every night, fun activities during the day in the pool. Fun games at nights in the common area. Adult only pool on the rooftop was so lovely , great access to the sea. We highly recommend this hotel specially to families with kids. Really good stay. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices like fresh green juice, freshly made omelettes, huge selection of delicious breads. Half board dinner was fine but not as good as breakfast so I gave up and went out a couple of nights. Absolute highlight is the adults only rooftop terrace which was so quiet and peaceful. Also really nice to see a hotel without all the sun beds reserved by 8am, it was very relaxed. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and relaxed and I loved the proximity to Palma Novas bars. Next time, I will pay more for a sea view (no upgrades available when I asked) but all round, a wonderful stay

A really fabulous holiday! It really exceeded our expectations. Super swift check in, everything explained properly, beautiful surrounding, everything so peaceful in the evenings, no subbed wears, diligent and attentive staff and lifeguard, wide variety of good quality food, loved the picturesque lanterns on tree, lovely staff taking the yoga and water polo. We are planning a trip next year already! Thank you to all the staff at Ponent Mar!

Personalet er hyggelig, men kommunikasjon med hotellet om ting som ikke var optimalt var ikke god hvor det var viktigere å bagatellisere vår opplevelse istedenfor å være imøtekommende. Die Lobby und Aussenbereiche sind sehr schön, das Zimmer hat uns weniger gefallen: Wände und Türen wirkten abgewohnt, die Möbel günstig. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet, auch wenn es nur das Comfort-Zimmer mit Gartenblick war. Positiv war die kleine Küche mit Herd und Geschirr. Das Türschloss funktionierte nicht richtig, sodass die Putzfrau das Zimmer teils offenliess. In der Dusche fiel an einem Abend die Shampoohalterung von der Wand. Kein gestelltes Wasser/Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer, keine Minibar. Frühstücksbuffet gut, Abendbuffet mittelmässig. Im Spa an einem Sonntag war es sehr laut – sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene waren lärmend, ohne dass jemand einschritt. Ein anderes Mal wurden wir am Abend fünf Minuten vor Schliessung ausgesprochen unfreundlich aus dem Spa hinausgewiesen – für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel völlig unangebracht. Ansonsten war das Spa grandios, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Gym ist einfach, das kostenlose Hotelyoga entsprach eher einem Stretchingkurs; zudem zu wenige und beschädigte Matten. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft und tolle Aussicht – das ist die grösste Stärke des Hotels. Abgesehen von der Spa-Erfahrung war das Personal sehr freundlich, besonders im Restaurant. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel jedoch nicht erneut buchen.

Superfint hotell med bra läge. Rent och fräscht. Jättetrevlig, hjälpsam och lösningsorienterad personal. Väldigt bra frukost med stort utbud och fräsch färsk frukt varje morgon. Vi är jättenöjda, rekommenderas varmt!

Solid four star hotel in a great location. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Quick check in. Bar staff and those around pool friendly and so glad they enforce the no sun bed reservations. Pool is a good size and never seemed too busy. Room was spacious, modern and clean, plenty of room for a family of three. Good little kitchen area which is well stocked. All in an all a great hotel for the price.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, en verder was het super, het ontbijt en diner was uitstekend, het uitzicht op het balkon van de kamer was prachtig. En de kamers werden iedere dag grondig schoon gemaakt. We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad, we komen zeker terug.
We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, en verder was het super, het ontbijt en diner was uitstekend, het uitzicht op het balkon van de kamer was prachtig. En de kamers werden iedere dag grondig schoon gemaakt. We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad, we komen zeker terug.

All the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean! The pool was big and lots of activities during the day and evening. The beach, restaurants and shops were only a 5 minute walk away. Would defo visit again!

Die Lobby und Aussenbereiche sind sehr schön, das Zimmer hat uns weniger gefallen: Wände und Türen wirkten abgewohnt, die Möbel günstig. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet, auch wenn es nur das Comfort-Zimmer mit Gartenblick war. Positiv war die kleine Küche mit Herd und Geschirr. Das Türschloss funktionierte nicht richtig, sodass die Putzfrau das Zimmer teils offenliess. In der Dusche fiel an einem Abend die Shampoohalterung von der Wand. Kein gestelltes Wasser/Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer, keine Minibar. Frühstücksbuffet gut, Abendbuffet mittelmässig. Im Spa an einem Sonntag war es sehr laut – sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene waren lärmend, ohne dass jemand einschritt. Ein anderes Mal wurden wir am Abend fünf Minuten vor Schliessung ausgesprochen unfreundlich aus dem Spa hinausgewiesen – für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel völlig unangebracht. Ansonsten war das Spa grandios, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Gym ist einfach, das kostenlose Hotelyoga entsprach eher einem Stretchingkurs; zudem zu wenige und beschädigte Matten. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft und tolle Aussicht – das ist die grösste Stärke des Hotels. Abgesehen von der Spa-Erfahrung war das Personal sehr freundlich, besonders im Restaurant. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel jedoch nicht erneut buchen.

Alt i alt var opholdet en blanding af fantastiske og mindre gode oplevelser. Det allerbedste ved hotellet var uden tvivl, at man kunne gå direkte ned ad trapperne fra hotellet og helt ned til det smukke, klare lagune-blå vand. Morgenmaden, personalet, udsigten og især den direkte adgang til havet var helt i top, men rengøringen og faciliteterne på værelset kunne bestemt forbedres.
Alt i alt var opholdet en blanding af fantastiske og mindre gode oplevelser. Wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer mit riesiger Terrasse und Meerblick. Es war sauber und das Personal toll. Einzig die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ging gar nicht. Da hätte man was besseres kaufen können.

Staff top notch! Rooms run down and bathroom old and we had a 2 room suite with kitchen. Too many kids that were poorly behaved and loud. Should NOT let kids in the spa area. They destroyed the atmosphere and were wild. Beautiful setting!

Absolutely phenomenal hotel. I have been visiting Majorca since I was a child and I brought my two teenage girls age 12 and 15 for our summer holiday. The deluxe studio had the most breathtaking balcony and the entire property is modern clean and they have thought of everything from daily towels, to discrete drying racks to portable speakers in your room to make your stay 10/10. The best thing of all though are the staff from housekeeping to reception everyone is smiling and goes above and beyond to help. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and will without question be returning next year.

Stayed here for a family holiday, 2 adults and a 8month old, had a sea view apartment. The room itself was fine, clean and had everything you expected. The shower did block up and did not drain and the shower head itself was terrible. The aircon was another issue, the room thermostat seemingly made no difference and I feel the system is controlled centerally, during the day it got cold and was fine, but overnight the aircon definitely wasn’t working the same and the room got very warm. The hotel is in a good location, 5/10min walk from bars and restaurants. It is up a steep hill, so walking back most nights with a pram did test the cardio. The main reason I wasn’t happy was the hotel staff, found them to be very uninterested and felt every time we needed something, whether this is a drink at the bar or something from reception it felt like we were causing them an inconvenience.

Los pros: La atención del personal excelente, la vista preciosa y el apartamento en general cómodo y bonito. Los contra: no tiene lavavajilla lo que no es un problema si pusieran un esxurridor para poner los platos cuando uno los lava. A la mañana se llenaba el apartamento con los olores de la comida de otros apartamentos imagino. Era desagradable y teniamos que apagar el aire para cortar la ventilación. La luz del baño se prende y apaga pcon movimiento. Al bañarnos se nos apagaba varias veces. Totalmente irracional. El lavabo y espejo del baño incomodísimo. Además si uno va al baño de noche, no quiere que se le prendan todas las luces. Las cortinas dejan pasar tanta luz que tuvimos que dormir con antifaces. El aparcamiento estaba lleno en lunes de finales de mayo. No sé cómo harán en verano. Aunque todo parece malnen mi comentario, el lugar es muy bonito y lo disfrutamos.

AMAZING! We stayed for 10 nights in the premium studio sea view ! It was such a wonderful room with kitchen ( well equipped), breathtaking view , very clean. Every one ( staff) from front desk, lifeguards, buffet , ect were supper nice and friendly. Food was great, pool was well cleaned every night, fun activities during the day in the pool. Fun games at nights in the common area. Adult only pool on the rooftop was so lovely , great access to the sea. We highly recommend this hotel specially to families with kids. Thank you Ponent Mar. keep up the good job, we will be back 🏝️👌

A really fabulous holiday! It really exceeded our expectations. Super swift check in, everything explained properly, beautiful surrounding, everything so peaceful in the evenings, no subbed wears, diligent and attentive staff and lifeguard, wide variety of good quality food, loved the picturesque lanterns on tree, lovely staff taking the yoga and water polo. We are planning a trip next year already! Thank you to all the staff at Ponent Mar!

As an ex hotelier I can’t praise this lovely hotel enough. Beautiful appartment, fabulous service levels (especially reception desk) On the quiet end of Palmanova, within easy walking distance of restaurants. IMO very reasonably prices for the quality and location

Alt i alt var opholdet en blanding af fantastiske og mindre gode oplevelser. Det allerbedste ved hotellet var uden tvivl, at man kunne gå direkte ned ad trapperne fra hotellet og helt ned til det smukke, klare lagune-blå vand. Morgenmaden, personalet, udsigten og især den direkte adgang til havet var helt i top, men rengøringen og faciliteterne på værelset kunne bestemt forbedres.

We stayed here in early June and it was wonderful, so much so we’ve booked another trip in September. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The pool area was very nice and well maintained, although we spent a lot of time on the adult only roof top terrace and the sandy cove around the corner where there is a lovely beach bar with fab food at great prices. We stayed in a one bed apartment overlooking the sea with breakfast. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and again the staff were wonderful. The local area is quiet (we like that) but with some really nice restaurants and a very good supermarket near by. Palmanova is within walking distance if you’re able but if not the staff are happy to call a taxi which arrives within minutes. Our apartment was spacious and very clean but our friends had a studio which was equally as lovely so we’ve booked that for next time. The gym is small so only limited amount of people can go at the same time and have the space to work out properly but I got there early and it was empty. There are some steps just outside the hotel to get in the sea but that was a bit tricky and certainly hazardous for those less able but the sandy cove around the corner is beautiful. I am returning again as I said as I love this hotel.

All the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean! The pool was big and lots of activities during the day and evening. The beach, restaurants and shops were only a 5 minute walk away. Would defo visit again!

Everything was excellent. Nice quiet family hotel. Pool was great. Food was incredible in the restaurant and the view was spectacular. My only one issue was with the toasted rolls ordered from the bar, they were as hard as rock and when I went back to the bar the server told me that's just how they are and didn't offer me a refund or anything. The kids didn't or couldn't eat them. But when I ordered it was the last 2 so must have been stale. Wished there was a little more entertainment at night but overall I really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely visit again.

Rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day. Pool opens at 10 after breakfast. No rush for beds. Hotel provide towels. Breakfast had every option you could want from an omelette station to Nutella pancakes. The restaurant at the pool had a range of lunch options with breathtaking views over the bay. Option of adults only pool on the roof. Will definitely return.

Really good stay. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices like fresh green juice, freshly made omelettes, huge selection of delicious breads. Half board dinner was fine but not as good as breakfast so I gave up and went out a couple of nights. Absolute highlight is the adults only rooftop terrace which was so quiet and peaceful. Also really nice to see a hotel without all the sun beds reserved by 8am, it was very relaxed. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and relaxed and I loved the proximity to Palma Novas bars. Next time, I will pay more for a sea view (no upgrades available when I asked) but all round, a wonderful stay

Super Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Auch das Buffet am Abend war sehr lecker und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Hier kann man ganz beruhig Urlaub machen. Auch das es einen Bereich (Pool, Liegen und Bar) nur für Erwachsene gibt finde ich sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt absolut.

30s couple - We were quite concerned about where we might stay when visiting what is quite a lively place in Mallorca. We couldn't have been more pleased with the stay here at Ponent Mar. Every last detail was well thought out. The breakfast was the best buffet I've ever seen. Even things like the gym and the spa were very well polished and put together, everything brand new and high spec. The restaurant serve great food, all the staff were very friendly and couldn't help anymore. 5/5 but only because I can't give it six.

Die Lobby und Aussenbereiche sind sehr schön, das Zimmer hat uns weniger gefallen: Wände und Türen wirkten abgewohnt, die Möbel günstig. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet, auch wenn es nur das Comfort-Zimmer mit Gartenblick war. Positiv war die kleine Küche mit Herd und Geschirr. Das Türschloss funktionierte nicht richtig, sodass die Putzfrau das Zimmer teils offenliess. In der Dusche fiel an einem Abend die Shampoohalterung von der Wand. Kein gestelltes Wasser/Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer, keine Minibar. Frühstücksbuffet gut, Abendbuffet mittelmässig. Im Spa an einem Sonntag war es sehr laut – sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene waren lärmend, ohne dass jemand einschritt. Ein anderes Mal wurden wir am Abend fünf Minuten vor Schliessung ausgesprochen unfreundlich aus dem Spa hinausgewiesen – für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel völlig unangebracht. Ansonsten war das Spa grandios, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Gym ist einfach, das kostenlose Hotelyoga entsprach eher einem Stretchingkurs; zudem zu wenige und beschädigte Matten. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft und tolle Aussicht – das ist die grösste Stärke des Hotels. Abgesehen von der Spa-Erfahrung war das Personal sehr freundlich, besonders im Restaurant. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel jedoch nicht erneut buchen.

Wir waren ganz zu Beginn der Saison da und mochten besonders, wie lichtdurchflutet es dort ist und den traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer von den Terassen im Freien. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich großartig, viel Frisches, tolle Auswahl! Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht und sind dann spontan im Hotel frühstücken gegangen, wenn es zu unserem Tagesplan gepasst hat.
