This hotel was great and just what you need for staying in Palmanova. The rooms were clean, basic but all that you need. The gym was small but enough, laundry was great and very quick. Loved the pool and it’s so close to the beach!! Sandra the hotel manager was so lovely and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and so many choices! We were happy we stayed here :)

Friendly staff everywhere. Good pool bar, breakfast optoon so so. Chromecast option in rooms very nice 💪 Noisy in the halls if your room is close to the escalator. Pray you dont have a noisy neighborhour as many are here to booze and return late in the evening.

Booked this hotel as a last minute deal. Great price and was beyond my expectations. All public areas were spotless as was the pool area. Plenty of sun beds available. The unlimited brunch was great. Plenty to choose from and always well stocked,

Un Hotel con muy buena ubicación , muy cerca de la playa , de restaurantes , de tiendas, se encuentra donde aparcar fácilmente y el hotel tiene aparcamiento de pago extra. Piscina muy grande y limpia, desayuno con horario amplio hasta las 13:30 y con acceso ilimitado con amplia variedad y de buena calidad, recomendado 100%.

Great stay at Tent Palmanova! I’m a night owl so I really appreciated the late breakfast and midday check out! The pool could do with some music but they did let guests play their own music which was great. Rooms are quite small and I didn’t like the brown/earthy decor, however they were clean and pillows were comfy. Online it said the pool closed at 6pm but there was always people there past 6 and the staff were happy to let us enjoy the last of the sun! Overall great stay and great location.

There was a free full English breakfast and parking on site and laundry facilities as well The room was a bit small and the air conditioning didn’t work well the first night, but we moved to another room and it was just fine.

Hotel was in a great location, walkable to restaurants, shops, beach and bus stops as well as a crazy golf place. Staff were friendly and always available. Breakfast had a variety of options with a long time frame to go back up countless times. Gym and laundry facilities were good. Room was clean but basic and lacked a few extras such as a kettle, shampoo/moisturiser, perhaps a mini fridge/ bottle of water. Air con was very good. One negative was the lack of double beds in rooms, including ours. Although advertised, two single beds put together to make a double bed did not work and move apart with the mattresses.

So close to the beach, shops, bars/restaurants and for the bus to and from the airport and Magaluf. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The food was lovely, good variety and great that it’s up to 1:30pm! My only gripe would be that our room was extremely hot during the night and the air con was turned off. When talking to reception about it I was told there was nothing they could do and to open the door! This wasn’t the safest solution when I was there on my own with my 11 year old son!

Fine for a couple of nights but difficult to sleep due to a combination of very basic beds and people returning to their rooms in the early hours (even though in Palmanova it’s pretty close to Magaluf). The concept of the hotel is good but maybe not executed as well as it could be. We have been to similar hotels where it is done better (eg Mynd in the Canaries) Positives were good selection for brunch, lots of room around the pool (although people still felt the need to reserve beds!) and the staff were all helpful. Very clean as well

Recebi um quarto para mobilidade condicionada e a casa de banho adaptada o que não foi nada bom porque estava sempre tudo mudado. Encontrei cabelos no duche e formigas no quarto. A recepção totalmente incompetente e a diretora escondeu-se para não falar comigo e tentar resolver a situação. Terrível. Pequeno almoço de muito fraca qualidade também.

Only stayed for 1 night as a stopover . Staff very good . Room was clean , and bathroom as well as hotel . Good value for my 1 night stopover . Friendly and helpful staff .

Initially reception were very helpful but when we approached staff about my friends injury to her foot all they could offer were ice cubes and a plaster (not fully equipped first aid item like ice packs and appropriate first aid dressings which is extremely alarming!) Also skirting boards were disgusting! On check out my friend realised she had left her bikini top airing on the outside clothesline, when we asked reception if the cleaners had handed it in the response was nothing has been handed in you need to check again tomorrow! After explaining we were being picked up in 30 minutes she again said you need to check again tomorrow! Not very helpful at all!

Breakfast was ok minus, a bit cold food. Not very noise insulated, can hear everybody in the hallway.

Location was great. Food nice. Not enough storage space and walls were too thin. You could hear the next room take clothes off the hangers. The showers were pretty poor. You had to decide if you wanted a hot shower or good water pressure. Not both.

Very convenient for the solo traveler and suited for families as well. Clean, good food, and amazing staff. If the rooms had refrigerators it would perfect

Tuve una excelente estadía en hotel tent palmanova, que dispone de todas las comodidades para pasarla bien. Una mención especial para Sebastian de recepción que no solo es servicial sino también muy informado turisticamente. Saludos Sole y Dami arg.

Terrible tea and coffee from the machines. Also fake milk and fake orange juice. All very cheap and poor quality. Food at buffet also very mediocre and I ended up eating breakfast at cafes outside the hotel instead. Awful kiosks for check in that are totally useless and which force staff to do all the work twice and therefore you also have to go through it all twice as well! ZERO soundproofing of rooms. I could hear a group of guys making lot of noise in the corridor and could hear a man snoring loudly in the next room. It was so bad it sounded like he was in my room. Unbelievable. Reception staff member told me I could stay in the same room, but twenty min later said the room was not available as he had not actually checked whether it was, so I ended up packing and unpacking several times and then having to leave the hotel, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. I was offered a single room, but no one had checked it and it absolutely stank of cigarette smoke which I had already informed that I am allergic to. This hotel has a good location for the beach, but that´s about it. I do not recommend especially due to the terrible noise issues, but also the unwillingness of staff to actually check the rooms before giving them to guests and to check avaibility before allocating rooms. This is part of the work of the reception staff and they should not be avoiding doing these standard checks. This type of avoidance of checking indicates a lack of professionalism.

Very efficient staff. Brunch time was brilliant ,plenty of tables and food choices and being topped up throughout the morning. Great location , shops,beach and restaurants all within easy walk. Would definitely return.

Started off with a few issues but got sorted by a woman I beleive was manager/supervisor. After that everthing was great. Great room, great view, nice pool, most other guests was considerate but was a few who wasn't so much. The food was great and fantastic it was included. The staff working in the food area was always friendly and helpful.

Location ideale in Palmanova, ambiente moderno e curato, bellissimo giardino con piante tropicali,pulizia e servizio ineccepibile, ottima soluzione brunch con piatti gustosi e cibo di qualità. Ritornerò sicuramente.

Stayed for 4 nights, perfect location close to beach, restaurants and busses to Palma, slightly poorly soundproofed doors to the room but overall a pricey stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Food could be stored better and kept enclosed. Tomatoes were sometimes rotten.

Breakfast/Brunch is truly unlimited until 1:30pm!!! Lots of options at breakfast and options were changed daily to add variety. Most of the hot food was luke warm. Food was always replenished and never ran out. Change of food around 11am/12pm for lunch options. Lovely clean, calming room with cool simple but useful decor.

Thankfully it was a late night checkin as the auto machine wouldn’t accept my details so back to the trusted manual checkin at desk. Clean room and toilet, good brunch served until 1.30 pm with plenty of choice, could only do with coffee being warmer. Made a good choice in staying there.
