Clean hotel, all staff excellent -polite and helpful Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. A vast selection of foods to suit all tastes. Quiet location at night. Plenty of parking for a hire car close to the hotel. Pool and terrace areas kept spotlessly clean.

Mooi Hotel met vriendelijk personeel . Supermarktjes aan de overkant. Kamers niet al te groot maar voldoet aan alles. Kamers worden iedere dag schoon gemaakt en bedden verschoond en netjes weer opgemaakt . Zwembad echt mooi en niet zo druk . Wij hadden altijd een bedje . Ligging op -5 min vanaf het strand . Lekker ruim ontbijt

Standaard kamer niet al te groot; wel compleet; goed bed. wastafel in de kamer; wel apart toilet en aparte douche cabine. nauwelijks kastruimte. kamers hebben klein balkon met twee stoelen. Wel een echt toeristenhotel met een erg grote drukke eetzaal met een goed, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij hebben er niet gedineerd; er zijn heel veel restaurants in de omgeving.

The hotel is close to the airport which was what we wanted as we had to wake up early to fly back. The check in was quick and the staff were pleasant. We wanted to stay by the pool for an easy day but in mid April it was still too cold with not much sun as the pool is shaded by the surrounding building. Parking was free as it was by the roadside, easy to find spaces. The bed and pillows were hard and the blanket was thin, it could have been improved. The fridge in the room served its purpose but it was in a bad shape, dirty and wobbly. There was noise pollution from the street in the middle of the night with cars revving up as if they were racing. Would have appreciated thicker windows/doors. Check out was easy and quick.

I had a meeting at Palma airport so a quick one night stay. Hotel is clean and welcoming, nice pool area and really nice spa. Room was relatively basic but comfortable. The only thing which let it down was breakfast which wasn’t that great, but the food from the pool bar was ok. Really friendly staff.

The hotel is about 5-10 mins walk from the beach area which was perfect for us. #23 bus directly opposite hotel (every 30 mins) or #25 (every 10 mins) from the street parallel to beach to Palma. 2E in cash, no cards. Taxi from airport around 20E. The rooms are modern and bright - the sink being in the room was a pain though. Our pool view room was right in a corner meaning the balcony looked onto other rooms rather then being more private - we did get moved room without fuss which was appreciated. All staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool area was lovely and we never had an issue getting a lounger (either at 1030 or later around 1530) but it did get busy at times. The food truck was nice for lunch and I thought the prices were all v reasonable. There were few children - my daughter at 11 was the only one at the pool one day! - but that suited us perfectly. A few groups of lads/girlie trips but nothing raucous. When going down to the beach area turning left leads to Arenal which is the party zone, but towards the right was a bit quieter. Plenty restaurants to choose from. We were room only but paid one day for breakfast in hotel - it was nice and plenty choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would def consider this hotel again when coming to Palma. PS I’m positive the Expedia website said there was a swim up bar and mini golf - we found no evidence of either 😂 although there was waiter service round the pool.

Die Zimmer sehen leider nicht ganz so aus wie auf den Bildern, ganz besonders das Badezimmer nicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer reinigen haben wir uns auch anders vorgestellt, mehr als Betten machen war nicht drin. Wenigstens Staubsaugen wäre noch schön gewesen. Die Poolanlage ist so an sich ganz schön, nur leider ist im Wasser sehr viel Zeug an Blätter, krümmeln, Haare, Fusseln etc was mit rum schwimmt. Beim Essen gibt es genug Auswahl und es ist sehr lecker. Der Strand ist in gut 20Minuten zu erreichen. Sonst hat das Hotel auch eine gute Lage. Es sind genug Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür.

Stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. Arrived later than expected but it was an easy check in, friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and cozy. Ladies in room service in the morning are very friendly, very politely asked me if I wanted my room serviced, I didn’t until my third day and the lady cleaned it as I went to breakfast. Breakfast was very good, good assortment and options. Locations very close to the beach and great area, near bus stops to Palma center and airport. Would definitely stay there again.

We were put in an accessible room, no issue. As i had a quick shower, my daughter tells me its flooding. The shower drain was near full clogged. We moved most things up but bedding got wet. Housekeeping came, gave me a dirty look and called manager on duty late at night. How is it my daughter, myself in nothing more than a towel, the male manager and i were trying clean it up. Zero consideration that i was in a towel nd we are cleaning more than anyone else. We kept putting more towels around bed as never soaked it from under there. While manager was very nice, apologetic......thats it?? Skip this place. Much nicer near!!!!workers are a joke and rude!

Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel insgesamt sehr gut geeignet. Allerdings sind die Zimmer, insbesondere das Zwei-Bettzimmer, ziemlich klein. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Doppelzimmer ebenfalls nicht größer sind. Die Verstaumöglichkeiten sind stark begrenzt, sodass wir gezwungen waren, aus dem Koffer zu leben. Das Waschbecken befand sich offen neben dem Bett, und die angrenzende Toilette sowie Dusche waren lediglich durch eine Glastür vom Schlaf- und Wohnbereich getrennt. Diese Lösung muss man mögen, ist aber auf den Bildern erkennbar.

Die Zimmer waren für 2 Personen schon sehr eng. Es gab keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank, nur offene Regale. Auch kein vollständiges Bad war vorhanden, sondern das Waschbecken war neben dem Bett. WC und Dusche waren eine Nische mit Glastüre. Trotz der Renovierung des Hotels 2017, sieht man dass es schon etwas älter ist. Das war eher eine Teilrenovierung bzw. Aufhübschen der Zimmer.
Die Zimmer waren für 2 Personen schon sehr eng. Es gab keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank, nur offene Regale. Auch kein vollständiges Bad war vorhanden, sondern das Waschbecken war neben dem Bett. WC und Dusche waren eine Nische mit Glastüre. Trotz der Renovierung des Hotels 2017, sieht man dass es schon etwas älter ist. Das war eher eine Teilrenovierung bzw. Aufhübschen der Zimmer.

Super fint hotel til pengene. Værelser havde en fin størrelse og renlighed. Dejlig altan og god beliggenhed ifht strand og restauranter. Værelserne er meget lydt med hensyn til vand i rør og andre gæster på gangene.

Overall I would recommend the hotel because the staff was amazing, nice pool, clean rooms, very good breakfast and there was bus (line 23) to city right outside and close by there was the airport bus. However the room was small and my husband always bumped in to the TV ( so glad it didn’t break) because everything was compact in the room. The was was not thick so you could here youngsters, the pillow was thin. Glad that they had duvet.

The hotel is about 5-10 mins walk from the beach area which was perfect for us. #23 bus directly opposite hotel (every 30 mins) or #25 (every 10 mins) from the street parallel to beach to Palma. 2E in cash, no cards. Taxi from airport around 20E. The rooms are modern and bright - the sink being in the room was a pain though. Our pool view room was right in a corner meaning the balcony looked onto other rooms rather then being more private - we did get moved room without fuss which was appreciated. All staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool area was lovely and we never had an issue getting a lounger (either at 1030 or later around 1530) but it did get busy at times. The food truck was nice for lunch and I thought the prices were all v reasonable. There were few children - my daughter at 11 was the only one at the pool one day! - but that suited us perfectly. A few groups of lads/girlie trips but nothing raucous. When going down to the beach area turning left leads to Arenal which is the party zone, but towards the right was a bit quieter. Plenty restaurants to choose from. We were room only but paid one day for breakfast in hotel - it was nice and plenty choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would def consider this hotel again when coming to Palma. PS I’m positive the Expedia website said there was a swim up bar and mini golf - we found no evidence of either 😂 although there was waiter service round the pool.

Der Service und Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war gut, die Dusche war okay wurde teilweise kalt und dann wieder heiß. Die Reinigung ddr Zimmer war immer Hervorragend. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt, nur ein wenig Frisch. Das Frühstück war immer sehr gut und sehr lecker. Staff super friendly and location is quiet. I chose this hotel due to VIP access. However our rooms weren’t even on the same floor, i asked but receptionist said not possible. Also no room upgrade, No acknowledgment as Expedia VIP. I had to show proof that we were entitled to a free bottle of wine. We arrived at 1:00am and a cockroach welcomed us in the bathroom!!!

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. We received a complimentary bottle of bubbles in ice on our arrival. The rooms could do with a little enhancement to the soundproofing but as our neighbours were very quiet this did not detract from the holiday. The guests were predominantly German. We had a great week.

Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs, die Lage des Hotel ist perfekt. Man ist schnell am Strand und hat auch eine gute Lage zum Flughafen. Wer so wie wir auch gerne an den Ballermann geht, ist hier im Hotel auch gut aufgehoben, da man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß beim Bierkönig ist. Das Frühstuck war super und hatte eine tolle Auswahl. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. Arrived later than expected but it was an easy check in, friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and cozy. Ladies in room service in the morning are very friendly, very politely asked me if I wanted my room serviced, I didn’t until my third day and the lady cleaned it as I went to breakfast. Breakfast was very good, good assortment and options. Locations very close to the beach and great area, near bus stops to Palma center and airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal mit gutem Service und Möglichkeiten auch nach Auschecken noch im Hotel den Tag zu verbringen mit Duschen + Kofferaufbewahrung. Der Zimmerservice könnte etwas gründlicher sein aber ansonsten ein tolles Hotel. Gerne wieder!

mooi strak gerenoveerd hotel; wat verder landinwaarts gelegen in c an pastilla; voldoende parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt. reken op 10 minuten lopen naar de boulevard/strand. Hotel heeft buitenzwembad; klein 5x4 meter binnen zwembad ( grote hottub), sauna en stoombad. Standaard kamer niet al te groot; wel compleet; goed bed. wastafel in de kamer; wel apart toilet en aparte douche cabine. nauwelijks kastruimte. kamers hebben klein balkon met twee stoelen. Wel een echt toeristenhotel met een erg grote drukke eetzaal met een goed, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij hebben er niet gedineerd; er zijn heel veel restaurants in de omgeving.

The hotel is close to the airport which was what we wanted as we had to wake up early to fly back. The check in was quick and the staff were pleasant. We wanted to stay by the pool for an easy day but in mid April it was still too cold with not much sun as the pool is shaded by the surrounding building. Parking was free as it was by the roadside, easy to find spaces. The bed and pillows were hard and the blanket was thin, it could have been improved. The fridge in the room served its purpose but it was in a bad shape, dirty and wobbly. There was noise pollution from the street in the middle of the night with cars revving up as if they were racing. Would have appreciated thicker windows/doors. Check out was easy and quick.

Clean hotel, all staff excellent -polite and helpful Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. A vast selection of foods to suit all tastes. Quiet location at night. Plenty of parking for a hire car close to the hotel. Pool and terrace areas kept spotlessly clean.

Very nice, affordable experience. Food was good, plenty of options and cuisines avaliable at breakfast and dinner. Staff were moslty attentative and polite. Rooms are very well designed and clean. Spa area and outside pool are well kept. Gym is very basic but pretty standard/accapatable for a hotel. Being a solo british traveller I was naive to the area being a hot spot for german travellers and party goers. But the hotel is well situated to travel to all the hotspots on the island.

Très bon accueil. Personnel à l'écoute et soucieux de satisfaire les clients. Chambre très propre, belle rénovation. Literie impeccable. Excellent buffet petit déjeuner et dîner !

Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs, die Lage des Hotel ist perfekt. Man ist schnell am Strand und hat auch eine gute Lage zum Flughafen. Wer so wie wir auch gerne an den Ballermann geht, ist hier im Hotel auch gut aufgehoben, da man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß beim Bierkönig ist. Das Frühstuck war super und hatte eine tolle Auswahl. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

The hotel is about 5-10 mins walk from the beach area which was perfect for us. #23 bus directly opposite hotel (every 30 mins) or #25 (every 10 mins) from the street parallel to beach to Palma. 2E in cash, no cards. Taxi from airport around 20E. The rooms are modern and bright - the sink being in the room was a pain though. Our pool view room was right in a corner meaning the balcony looked onto other rooms rather then being more private - we did get moved room without fuss which was appreciated. All staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool area was lovely and we never had an issue getting a lounger (either at 1030 or later around 1530) but it did get busy at times. The food truck was nice for lunch and I thought the prices were all v reasonable. There were few children - my daughter at 11 was the only one at the pool one day! - but that suited us perfectly. A few groups of lads/girlie trips but nothing raucous. When going down to the beach area turning left leads to Arenal which is the party zone, but towards the right was a bit quieter. Plenty restaurants to choose from. We were room only but paid one day for breakfast in hotel - it was nice and plenty choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would def consider this hotel again when coming to Palma. PS I’m positive the Expedia website said there was a swim up bar and mini golf - we found no evidence of either 😂 although there was waiter service round the pool.

I would appreciate if the restaurant timing are till 10:30 pm. It’s nice if food properly marked and written for its ingredients. I had to make a request to at least describe the ingredients particularly the type of meat. Otherwise fine.
